Ethel
 She sighed. "Don't push it, Ollie." But yes, absolutely.

James
 "Yeah, and you won't be one of them," he murmured distractedly, watching Kaylee. "Neither will she."

Jade
"I'm leaving. We probably missed everything, anyway." Jade opened the cabin door and slipped out, sprinting up to the amphitheater. She settled into a bench next to a girl from the Ares cabin and asked her what she'd missed. The girl summarized it quickly, and Jade blinked. This didn't sound like good news at all.

Chiron
He left the Big House, mulling over the two prophecies in his head. He walked past campers sitting in the amphitheater until he reached the bottom. He turned and faced the crowd, clearing his throat and waiting calmly for the chatter to quiet. When the talking had sufficiently lessened, Chiron spoke. "The prophecy for the Beau quest is as such:

'In a state of lakes

You will find what you seek,

Uncover a lost past,

Discover a secret'

Any volunteers to go on this quest?"

She threw her arms around Ethel, grinning widely. "You- I... Thanks, Ethel. You really don't know how much this means to me." She glanced up as Chiron called out, letting Ethel go so she could raise her hand as volunteer.

Floyd
"I'm not letting you go on your own." Not again. Besides, I'm well due for a quest. My last one was in January."

Alex 
He groaned, stretching one last time and following Jade. He came to stand beside the bench, glancing down at her with a sheepish smile on his face. "Sorry. Floyd filled me in- God, another two quests already? They just never end, do they?"

Ethel
 Ethel rolled her eyes, suppressing a smile as she raised her hand as well. Still don't know why I'm doing this, but...

James
 "I won't be alone, though. There'll be some other people as well. I'll be fine, Floyd. I survived the last one," James insisted. Says the kid who's only going on this quest so he can sacrifi- I give up.

Jimmy
 He entered the tent, walking over to his sister's cot, making sure to make as much noise as possible to make his presence known.

Floyd
"Please don't leave me here alone." Floyd mumbled, in a very, very little voice, staring at the ground as to not suddenly burst into unneeded tears. "With Ava gone, Alex with Jade and Kaylee with Mason, I don't know if I can handle being on my own again."

Freddie
One of the medics who had stayed behind had given her a snake cube, and she was still trying to get it back into cube form when she heard someone enter and walk her direction. "Jimmy?"

Kahlen
Kahlen exhaled slowly. "Okay, what's up?" she asked Auberon.

Auberon
He glanced over at her. "Hm? What do you mean?"

 Kahlen 
"Something's wrong, Auberon. What?"

Auberon
He waved his hand down toward Chiron. "Three kids are missing, Kronos is out and about, and Lilly died." He struggled to keep his voice even on the last part, another wave of guilt slamming into him. 

Kahlen 
Kahlen bit her lip, then stood up, taking his hand and moving to a spot under a tree. She sat down, legs crossed, and motioned for him to continue. "I'm listening," she said.

Auberon
Auberon gave her a confused look, the skin between his eyes creasing. "Listening to what?" he muttered.

Jimmy
 "Yeah, it's me, hi," he greeted halfheartedly, stopping once he reached her side. "Do you want the bad news or the baddest news?"

James
 That was enough to refocus his attention on his boyfriend; James looked up at him in concern. "Floyd, no, don't- It's okay, I'm not gonna leave you, you can come with me," he said, attempting to sound reassuring. And, come to think of it, I probably wouldn't be able to handle another quest without him or Jade with me. Way to be a hypocrite, James.

Outlaw 
Her fingers tapped out a drum beat on her knees as she sat on the steps. She needed to drum soon. It was a good stress reliever to be able to hit things. 

Freddie
"No good news?" Freddie muttered, looking up in his general direction. "Baddest."
