Quincy
Quincy chuckled, then turned to the protective cat. She would probably be nice once she settled down... She had that protective mother appearance, and he admired her for it. "Hi," he said to her. "Colt's fine. We were just talking."

Bailey
Bailey licked her chops when she saw the bone Karma brought back for her. "Wow! Thanks!" She took it and placed it in her bowl with her other items. "I'm ready to go when you guys are." She was also curious as to where Levi lived, as she had never seen him around. But that wasn't saying much, since she had been kept in Man's backyard.

Spruce:

Spruce grunted, sitting down stiffly; her claws were still unsheathed. "About what, exactly? And why is he here?" she demanded, planting her tail over Colt's mouth to make the dog explain for himself.

Quincy
Quincy wagged his tail, sitting down onto his rump. "I don't know why he's here. I was playing with my Wunderball and saw him standing there, watching me." He smiled. "I said hi, and we started talking. We barely got past the formalities. I assured him that I'm a nice dog and invited him in for some food and water. You're both welcome to come in, in fact."

Spruce:

"I don't live inside anymore, thanks." she scoffed. "Colt, you're welcome to stay here. I'll be outside."

Colt:

"I'm sorry I left Kaya, but I went looking for you." Colt apologized sincerely to Spruce. "I'm gonna go inside with Quincy."

Quincy
He tilted his head, wondering at the cat's sour attitude. Was she still sour about him talking with Colt. He turned to her and said quietly, "I didn't know that he was supposed to be waiting for anyone. I'm sorry." He then turned and walked to the door. "Colt, you go in first." He wagged his tail, hoping the cat would like the food Miss Q had here.

Colt:

"Thanks!" he exclaimed, trotting through the doorway. "Wow, this is a very nice house!" he remarked, in awe of the building. It was a large step up from the cramped, generic home he had lived it. Sure, this place wasn't a gigantic mansion, but he thought it was fancy enough.

Karma

Karma dropped her bone, "all right we can go now if you want, what about you Levi are you ready". She looked down at the bone and toy she planning on brining back, she hadn't really thought on how to get them there it would be hard to carry both and help with the bed. "Do you think I could put my stuff in you bowl that way I will be able to help you the bed" she looked at her wagging her tail, she didn't think Bailey would mind but she was asking anyways.

Bailey
"I don't mind. I picked out different things then you, so we won't forget which is which." She smiled and wagged her tail, looking at her bowl. She wished she hadn't. A memory of her puppy days flashed in her mind. Seeing all but one sibling go to new homes. Anticipating her own human. Excitement when Man first came. How she loved him on first sight. Bailey sighed and brought herself to the present.

Quincy
Quincy chuckled at Colt. "You haven't even seen Miss Q's room yet." He led the way into the kitchen and rummaged in the open closet. He dragged out a plastic cat bowl. He found the cans of wet food and the bag of dry food for cats and pulled them out. Before he asked which Colt would prefer, he showed him how to work the mini-sink. "You put your paw on this little button here, and water comes out." Quincy demonstrated, lapping at the pool that formed on the bottom of the sink. "When you let go, the plug opens up and the extra water disappears. There's a line that it will stop flowing when water reaches that point." Quincy was glad that Miss Q had made the button small and easy to press, even for a cat. "Now, wet or dry food?"

Colt:

"Whoa..." he breathed, staring at the small sink. "Um, dry food, please."
He had never liked wet food; it stank. He didn't like fresh-kill ll that much either- it also stank -but he did because it was all Spruce would get for him.

Quincy
He tore open the bag of cat food, dumping it into the small plastic bowl. He put the bag to the side and jumped up, leaning his paws on the counter, He pulled down two bowls, filling one with water. He filled the other partly with dry cat food, and partly with wet. He carried the water outside and set it in the lawn, close to Spruce, then returned and did the same with the bowl of food. He returned inside and watched Colt eat from the plastic cat bowl.

Karma

Karma put both the bone and the toy in the bowl, "thank you". She looked to a window that she could see from here, it was cloudy and look to be around late noon. "It'll probably get dark in a few hours", she didn't mind the dark but she didn't like walking in it. And the place she had in mind to sleep in for the night would take a while to get to, she looked Levi trying to see if he ready to go or not.

Colt:

"Thank you!" he exclaimed, gulping food from the bowl. "I haven't eaten cat food in months."

Spruce:

She growled in her throat as Quincy gave her the food bowl. "I don't want that junk." she hissed after he left, nudging the food-filled bowl away with her foot. She lapped a few sips from the water bowl before dozing off in a bush.

Whip
Whip reluctantly followed Ace through the open door, not really sure why. Whip recognized the building. It was like a temporary home for humans. They would go in and out everyday, like a normal house, but everyone eventually left and never came back. Since humans lived there, did that mean there was food in there? Or did Ace just go in there for shelter? Hopefully there was something useful in the strange building.

Levi

Levi had spaced out into his own little world and it wasn't until Karma was looking directly at him that they had addressed him. "Oh uh, yeah we can get going now," he stuttered, embarrassed that spaced out for so long. He picked up the cow plushie and looked to all of Bailey's stuff, "What should I help with?"

Karma

"You can help with the bed, you could put your toy in the bowl if you need to", seeing as Bailey had allowed her to she thought it would be fine that Levi could as well. She turned to Bailey "we can get the bed if you just want to carry the bowl", the bed would take two dogs while it doesn't take much to carry a bowl. She wagged her tail, she was ready to go. She looked to the both of them, happy that she had met them.

Ace

Ace use to come here a lot with his humans, he would get treats from the man at the desk. In fact there should still be some, he went over to the desk going behind it. He grabbed hold of a box on a shelf attached to it, "here" he tossed the box to Whip it was treats. "They're really good, if you don't want that there might be stuff in the kitchen", he knew where everything was in the place seeing as he was here almost everyday. He thinks his human had worked, or maybe even owned the place seeing as he had been the only dog allowed inside.
