Karma

Karma ran around the fence going in right after Bailey did, she nearly tripped over her as she did. She shook off glad to be indoors, she looked around the place didn't look that bad. She looked to Levi "it's nice here", she then looked to Bailey "are you okay". She panting really hard, she didn't think anything really was wrong but she felt like she should ask.

Colt:

Colt drug his feet through the mud. He felt so weighed down by the rain in his pelt, and his eyes were shut tight to keep out the water. He didn't understand why it seemed to take so long to find Quincy's house.

Bailey
Bailey dragged open her eyes and stood shakily, shaking the water out of her fur. "I'm... I'm fine." She looked toward the door. "I really hate rain." She sighed, and looked from Levi to Karma. "Sorry," heat crept up her skin, and she looked at the ground. She couldn't believe she had panicked because of rain in front of her new friends. "We left our new stuff at my house." The realization hit, and she knew that they might not get a chance to go back for a while. It sure was raining hard. She felt the punch that it made in her belly. Her bowl...

Levi

Levi looked at Bailey panting on the floor. She must really have a bad phobia of rain. He looked to Karma who had spoken, "Uh, thanks." He looked around the room which was evidently the eating area and the kitchen. He looked around him and realized he had forgotten something. The cow plushie was back on Bailey's porch. He went to the window by the door and peered out in the direction of her home, but could not see anything due to the heavy rain falling. He thought about going back out and getting it. Is a cow plushie from a pet store really worth that much? He shook his head and went upstairs without waiting for Karma or Bailey to even follow him. He went to his room, there he grabbed an identical cow plushie. There were more scattered all over the room.

Karma

It hadn't even crossed Karmas mind, and she had looked forward to her bone. She looked to the doggy door, trying to see if it was wroth going after it. There was no telling if someone would take it or not, "oh well I'm already wet. She bolted back outside really wanting the bone back, she would grab the bowl as well. It seemed Bailey really liked it, she ran around to the front, with in a few minutes she back on the porch. Grabbing her bone and putting it in the bowl, she picked up the other stuff as well and then the bowl. She looked to the house, taking a deep breath she once again bolted out in the rain heading back. She nearly slipped in the mud as she turned the corner of the fence, she slowed and walked back in the house where her friends where. Dropping the bowl on the ground and shaking off, "I wanted my bone" she wagged her tail.

Bailey
Bailey gasped, her tail wagging. Her friend was dripping wet, but she had braved the rain to grab their stuff. "Thank you!" She gave Karma a quick nuzzle, then looked in her bowl. The food was ruined, but that was okay. She extracted all the damp items and wagged her tail. "Thank you, Karma!" She called up the stairs, "Levi, Karma got your cow!"

Levi

Levi placed all his cow plushies in the corner of the room before hearing Bailey call after him. Karma had gone back out in the storm for their stuff. He went back downstairs and stared blankly at the two for a moment wondering why Karma had bothered getting their stuff. He picked up the cow and squeezed it in his mouth, letting out the satisfying squeak. "Thank you, you didn't have to get it," he said gratefully.

Karma

Karma wagged her tail smiling "your welcome", she looked to Levi as he came down a flight of stairs. "I know but I wanted my bone I just love the peanut butter filled ones so it thought I might grab everything else while I was at it", she picked the bone up she couldn't wait until she chow down on it. "Where's a good spot to lay down", she didn't want to just go around his home and act like she owned it.

Colt & Spruce:

The water had started rising. Spruce had broke into a run, practically leaping over the water. But Colt couldn't. He struggled to even stay upright because of his smaller size.
"Spruce! Wait!" he shouted, trying to trudge forward to get closer to her. She stopped and looked back at him.
Just then, another powerful surge came, and knocked her off her feet. She screeched as she was washed away. Colt was pulled under by the current. He could still touch the bottom with his feet, but it was hard for him to keep above the water. Swallowing with fear, he let himself be carried away. It wasn't easy- he kept stopping because he would hit the bottom. It wasn't that deep yet. But how long until it is really deep? And where is Spruce?

Levi

Levi looked around the room, "Anywhere you feel like I guess." He didn't really care where they slept as long as they didn't go to his human's room. And as long as they didn't tear anything up, which he assumed they wouldn't. "Just don't go into my human's bedroom," he added just to clarify. He squeaked the cow in his mouth once more before putting it down to talk properly.

Whip
"Yeah, why don't we look for the card" Whip murmured, still not able to shake the feeling that something bad was about to happen. She turned away from the door and scanned the room. "Where do you think it would be?" She asked, her eyes landing on the desk. She trotted over to it and examined. So far, nothing.

Ace

Ace looked away from the window, and scanned the room thinking as he did. "well there's a rom where all the card where kept, but only one opens them all" he stood up and went to a door just behind the desk, it opened a crack so he pushed it all the way open entering as he did. Inside there where little cubbies attached to the wall that's where the cards where kept, each number had it's own card.

Bailey
She nodded her thanks to Levi, picking up her own bone and considering it. She hadn't really ever had a bone. "Would you..." she felt awkward asking him. "Would you like to play with my rope with me? I've never played with a rope before." She wagged her tail, hoping he would.

Quincy
He couldn't stand the nervousness. The rain was coming down really hard and he was nervous about little Colt. He stood and dashed into the downpour. He lifted his nose, but it wasn't too much help. A surge of pounding rain came down and stopped, making the little rivets of rain deepen. He looked off in the direction the cats had gone and thought he saw something bobbing in the water. Was it one of the cats? He raced to it and was relieved when it was just a stick. He followed the mini rivers, his fur soaked through now, not knowing where to go. He saw something again. He approached it, prepared to see another stick or piece of debris. It was Colt! He hurriedly grabbed the little cat's scruff and lifted him from the water. He looked around for Spruce but didn't see her. Why was Colt alone? He turned and raced back to his home, dashing in his dog door and running upstairs. He needed a towel, and a blanket... He put Colt down and ran to get a towel, placing it on the cat bed. Then he lifted Colt and placed him on the bed, draping a towel around him. "What happened to Spruce?" he asked kindly.

Karma

Karma smiled and went into what she guessed was living room, there was a couch and chair in the room. Levi said anywhere so he happily jumped up on the comfy couch, going in circles twice before laying down with her bone. She found it odd that Bailey never played with a toy before, but seemed she didn't really know a lot about the fun stuff there where. She could hear the ran pounding harder down on the roof, "it's raining pretty hard out there" she was beginning to worry now.

(I don't have time to do Spruce rn)

Colt:

Colt shivered, still stunned from the cold water. It was hard for him to think. "I... I don't know." he managed to whisper. "She got knocked over by a current, and I haven't seen her."
It was then that Colt started to panic. He finally wrapped his head around the fact that Spruce was lost somewhere- she could be hurt, or... or dead. Spruce could be dead.
He hunkered down into the bed. No, no, no...
