The FHS also has a side registration for the Arabo-Friesian, which from it's name is an arab/friesian.

Andies can be crossed with quarter horses to get aztecas. Andies can also be crossed with arabians to get hispano-arabs.

I would really love to see Kisber Felvers, specifically as a Thoroughbred x Trakehner cross. They were introduced on Ludus Equinus way back when and I fell in love with the breed.

Thoroughbred x any Warmblood type would be a "pure" horse of that Warmblood type in real life. Warmblood "breeds" are typically made up of Thoroughbred blood mixed with other breeds (always makes me laugh when WB people say they wouldn't be caught dead riding a TB... ha!).

Ohh Kisber Felvers look lovely and would give the Trakes a crossbreed slot. Definitely support those. I feel the less popular breeds would benefit more from being able to crossbreed.

Regarding POA ponies - according to the official registry, horses are only eligible for registration if they have at least one POA parent (with the other being an accepted crossbreed). If EV crossbreeds are only those where one pure EV horse crossed with another pure EV horse is capable of producing the crossbreed, then POA do not qualify. They could still have potential as a pure breed on EV if we got crossbreeding, as it wouldn't be a traditional pure breed, but rather one that allowed out-crossing, so I've added it to a different section.

That is true for the American Azteca breed. That is a sub-type of the Azteca breed. They are very similar, but not the same. For example, the American Azteca registry accepts Paint lineage, while the original/Mexican one does not. I'm still trying to establish exactly what the breed similarities and differences are, so I can determine whether the name "Azteca" or "American Azteca" is appropriate.

Honestly unless there's a distinctive difference between American azteca and regular azteca, I'm happy to just use the name "azteca" for both types of crossbreed (if we ever add criollo it would just produce the same).

I strongly support Kisber Felvers- I already breed TBs, and I'm really considering starting Trakes, so this breed would be great for me personally.

I'm not going to add a breed solely so that I can add its crossbreed :P

I know, but maybe far into the future? If we can ever sustain more non-crossbred breeds?

I wanted a mini crossbreed, so... What about Miniature Gypsy Horses? (Miniature Horse x Gypsy Vanner)
