"Because I haven't told everyone your whole life story," the blond muttered, but she crouched down to wrap her arm around Luna's back before pulling the girl up. "Wes, stand on her other side, okay? We're gonna just help her walk because I don't know about you, but I can't exactly go anywhere quickly while straight-up carrying someone."

Wes

Wes supported Luna's other side, and they started walking out of the room. Wes shot Alex a look that said Can you believe this? Magical realm. Huh.

He laughed to himself, thinking how much easier it would've been to just stay in class.

Alexa

Alex just shrugged in response. Luna was probably making this up... right? They might have powers, but her story was seriously pushing the limit. They were all just normal kids... for the most part. Normal kids who went to school, hung out at gas stations, and stayed up late at night binge-watching television shows. There was nothing weird about them. Except for, you know, our superhuman abilities, Alex hissed silently.

Wes

It didn't take them as long to get back to the stage as he expected. They had to traverse a few staircases and more than a few dark rooms and hallways, but they were back before he knew it.

It was strange, how normal the theater looked compared to the tunnels below it. Wes could see the door leading to the hallway, the lockers lining the walls, and the shiny linoleum floor. It was all so...normal, that it was strange.

"We should get the nurse," he told Alex, still supporting Luna's weight.

Luna

"No!" said Luna, gritting her teeth. "I'm going home. Tell the science teacher that I'm not feeling well, and went home. And take the bunnies and hedgehog with you." Luna then realized that they were still down there, all alone! She teleported them into Wes and Alexa's hands, then shakily walked away.

Alexa

"Um... okay then," Alexa replied, watching as the black rabbit in her hands squirmed and tried to jump down. "What do you think we should do with these guys? I don't exactly want to keep a rabbit in my backpack all day-" she stopped herself. "I left my backpack in English, didn't I?" she asked Wes, even though she knew the answer. "I need that back. Right now."

Wes

Wes watched in disbelief as Luna walked away. I thought she couldn't walk? Once again, he glanced at Alexa. The white rabbit was nestled in his hands, and he stroked its forehead with his thumb.

"I kind of want to keep him," he said. He didn't want to hand the bunnies over to the science teacher, or the hedgehog, for that matter.

He looked to Alex. "Let's hope you left your backpack in the classroom, and not downstairs."

"Awesome. That's great. Uh, here, take this one," she insisted, shoving the one she was holding into his hands. "No, it's not downstairs thankfully, but I have to go to English class and get my backpack immediately, so... I'll see you in science, 'kay?"

Wes

And just like that, Wes was left as the caretaker to two rabbits (which were nonchalantly sitting in his arms, twitching their noses) and a hedgehog that was scurrying around his feet.

"Great, just great."

He scooped up the hedgehog and made his way towards the science classroom, trying not to drop any of the creatures. Luckily, class hadn't let out yet, so the hallways were nearly empty. He whistled as he moved down the hall, taking his time.

Luna

Luna felt better, now that she was in daylight, and she couldn't be attacked. (OOC: Alexa, take this! *Starts to VERY out of tune sing 'I ate all your slushies over and over'*) She knew that Alexa would want her backpack back. Luna had secretly shrunk it, when she saw Alexa leave it.

Alexa

Alex panted as she ran back to the classroom, mostly from the effort of not teleporting herself. She peered through the small window in the door, trying to remember where she had been sitting before just walking in, especially considering this was a different period of kids. She felt her heart skip a beat when she didn't see her backpack. Crap... who in their right mind would- she stopped the thought. I think I know who.

Luna

Luna walked down the hall, looking for Alexa. When she saw her, she said, "It's in your pocket, Alex."

Alexa

Alex jumped when Luna spoke. "Are you kidding me? I'm just about done with your antics. It's not funny anymore. I have some seriously important things in here, Luna," she spat, digging around in her jacket pocket and eyeing the tiny bag. Her breathing was shaky from downright rage and near-panic, but she kept her composure this time. "Fix it."

Luna

Luna was just about done with Alexa, too. "Calm down! Easy fix," she said. Luna then made it the regular size, and took off after Wes, who had her animals.

Alexa

"It would have been easier if you hadn't shrunk it to begin with," Alex retaliated, slipping the pack over her shoulder. She contemplated skipping the rest of the period, and decided on doing just that. She hated science class anyway. However, she decided to go after Luna so that she could keep track of the girl and meet up with Wes like she'd promised.
