"It looks like a graveyard down here."

Boxes were scattered around haphazardly, dusty instruments leaned up against the walls and were strewn on the floor, and the air smell slightly stale.

"Do you think they even use this room anymore?"

Alexa

"I hope not," Alex answered, grinning. "It's really awesome down here... a little bit of the school's history! This stuff probably hasn't been touched in years," she added, crouching down to brush off a dusty box of sheet music with her hand.

Luna

"Oh, this is the old theater. They use a new one now. And I just wanted to grab my violin. I forgot to take it home last week and have been using my spare. I decided to give Alexa the FUN entrance," said Luna while smirking slightly.

Wes

Now that there was light, the room wasn't as creepy as it was interesting. Wes rifled through a trunk full of costumes and pulled out several hats, trying them on. "This beats being in English class," he said.

He settled with a swooping green hat with a large golden feather before he closed the trunk and sat on it. "So, if you haven't guessed by now, I'm kind of new to the area. How long have you been here?"

Luna

"Oh, I'm assuming you're asking Alexa, but- Oh, snickerdoodles! The science teacher wanted me 15 minutes early, and it's two minutes before I have to get there! Let's get out of here."

Wes

Wes frowned. This was all for a violin? "I kind of want to stay for awhile. It's so boring up there." He motioned to the trapdoor with his chin.

Luna

"Oops..." Luna began. "I just realized, I actually have to be there in twenty minutes, since English is extra long today. At least there's no school tomorrow, you only come for the formal, or if you're helping prepare for it, like me.

I didn't notice that the quotation marks were after the This was all for a violin, no she can't read minds! Sorry :P

Alexa

"I've been here for, let's see, two full years, three years counting this year... so my whole time in high school so far," Alex answered the male, ignoring Luna's remark about the 'fun entrance'. She rummaged through a plastic milk crate filled with bits and pieces of old costumes, then decided to move on to a large box sitting on a shelf. 

Luna

"Alexa, don't touch that box!" Luna gasped.

Alexa

Alex paused, her hands moving away from grabbing at the box. "...Why not?" she asked, turning back around to face Luna. "What's in it?"

Luna

"Stage explosives. I mean, you COULD open the box, if you don't mind a high chance of being electrocuted, and starting a fire. Oh, and there's always the risk of getting hurt."

Alexa

"I see..." she murmured, walking away from the box of explosives and going over to a rack of clothing that had been shoved in a corner. Although dusty, the dresses and suits were still in fairly good condition.

Luna

Luna was slightly nervous, since behind the rack of clothes Alexa was looking through, there was a door with a crawlspace, and no one ever went behind there, and no one knew what was there. She didn't want Alexa to get any ideas about going in there.
