Persy nodded, moving behind him and slipping her cloak over her head again. How am I going to tell him I'm the Princess of Moonae?? she thought hopelessly. What if someone identified her at Lagosta, the painting of her and her family was all over Moonae.

Kasimir stopped for a brief second to overlook Lagosta. They were now at the entrance and he was worried deeply about being caught. He looked to Persy, then back to the entrance. "Its now or never," he thought to himself. He took the lead into the streets of the wandering horses, hoping they wouldn't bother him too much with their speaking to him.

Persy followed, being careful not to look to strange. She stayed a few feet behind Kasimir, trying to make it seem she wasn't with him. Her eyes glanced under the dark hood at some horses whispering, Oh no, they know it's me., she thought.

Kasimir noticed Persy had started to follow him at a farther distance, which didn't particularly bother him. What bothered him was the fact he might get caught with a mare from Moonae. He slowed his pace at the sight of oncoming guards, who seem to have taken notice to his presence very quickly. He took a sharp turn between two stands to avert them and hoped that Persy would follow and that the guards would not.

A mare ran past Persy, hitting her shoulder pretty hard. Persy turned her head, as the mare apologized and ran off. When she looked up to find Kas, he was no where to be found. She panicked a little, walking down the street. She couldn't call out his name and raise suspicions so she continued down the street.

Kasimir turned his head to find that Persy had not followed behind him. He began to panic as he trotted back over to the streets to search for her. He thought about calling out for her, but it would be too risky. Instead he rushed through the crowd, looking for her before something bad happened. If only he hadn't been so stupid to agree to take her, this wouldn't had happened.

Persephone panicked more so as the minutes passed, she ran farther down the street. She stopped abruptly, thinking she saw Kasimir. She trotted up to his 'face', a gasp breaking from her lips as it turned out to be a painting of him, with the title 'Prince Kasimir'. Shocked and bewildered she just slowly walked, not paying any attention to where she was going.

Kasimir walked faster down the street when he hadn't caught sight of Persy. He began to panic more and more. "Prince Kasimir," he heard a voice yell from behind. He ran faster, now trying to get away from the voice and find Persy. He ran on top of someone and tumbled to the ground. Everything became a blurry haze as he stood up and began running. "So sorry," he yelled to the fallen horse behind him. Through the blurry haze, Kas could see a cloaked figure up ahead that he only hoped was Persy.

Everything became a blur as she continued walking, her cloak still on her head and back. She wasn't really hurt about him being the prince, just shocked and sad about it. I'll never be able to see him again.., she thought sadly, tears sliding down her soft cheeks.

Kasimir's vision began to blur more as spots clouded his vision heavily. He stumbled as he ran down the street, clearly making a huge scene. "Persy," he yelled, not caring about what others would think of it. "Persy," he yelled again with deperation, "where are you?" He was only hoping she was safe now, though he had very strong doubts.

Persephone took a sharp swallow, hearing Kasimir's calls for her. She shook her head, running down the street, abruptly stopping when she almost ran into a stallion. She gasped, realizing it was Kasimir, she brushed past him, galloping down the street. Her coat fell off of her head, revealing her Moonae-bred features. Horses gasped, yelling names at her and spitting at her as she ran.

Kasmir stopped with a look of disbelief when Persy didn't stop. It saddened him to realize that he done something wrong to push away a friend he hadn't known very long. He lowered his head in saddness as he watched her gallop away. "I should have never brought her here," he said with bitterness in his voice.

Persephone neighed in terror when a guard snatched her by the mane. She reared, trying to kick the guard. "Kasmir!!!!!" she screamed, hoping he would come, despite her leaving him. The guard laughed at her as he screamed, thinking it was a joke for a Moonae horse to call out for the prince.

Kasimir turned in the opposite direction almost ready to just get back to the palace when he heard his name called out. He perked his ears and made a sharp turn as he picked his pace back up as he ran in the direction. "Persy," he yelled as she came into view, surrounded by guards. He kicked out at the guards, breaking through to her. "Let her go," he yelled to the guards.

The guards immediately released the mare, seeing that it was the prince, they bowed muttering apologies and so forth to the prince. Persephone froze, her chest moving up and down as she gazed at him. "Prince Kasimir?" she asked in a shaking voice, her eyes a little gleaming with tears.
