Wrongful Discord Ban

So yeah, my Discord account got wrongfully banned for 'suspicious activity' after someone I haven't spoken to since 2018 reported me for what someone else did, I followed all of the steps and took screenshots of everything, the staff then said that I was lying because I had an account linked which I did not and sent proof as well as screenshots from my cashapp account since that is the banking option I used, the staff member still called me a lier and proceeded to ban my account. That's okay, I posted everything to my Twitter, TicTok and soon my Instagram and Facebook accounts, I have also called several attorneys who even said I have a case against them. So to sue or not to sue that is the question?

Couldn't you just make a new account? It doesn't seem worth the trouble of going through such a crazy process for something like a discord account 

I agree with Olympea. Why waste money on a lawyer over something as minute as a discord server/account? Probably better off just finding a new server if possible and moving on or just create a new account and re-join.

If they ban your IP, then tough luck -shrugs- Why would someone wanna be part of a toxic community anyway? lol
Or I mean, if you're really dead set on it, just use a VPN

without enough context it's hard to say what's going on, but are you certain the person who reported you wasn't hacked? it's strange you were asked to show your bank info, are you sure this isn't a scam?

Discord confirmed that it wasn't a scam and I use cash app which their statements leave out things like the routing number and stuff, apparently Discord has had reports about the employee before.

do whatever you think is right. if you feel like it is worth sueing about, then do it!
