Back after 4 year hiatus!

Hi guys! 

I've not been on here for about 4 years, I have been lurking around a bit getting used to things again and its really nice to see. Its really lovely to have so many new players as well as seeing some players I remember from a couple of years ago! 

A little about me; I am a final year Veterinary Medicine and Surgery Student (graduating next year which is a bit scary!) I am hoping to go into the equine field. I have two horses of my own, they are both basically retired now so enjoying life in the field. I did a little bit of digital art when I used to be more active but since then I have got a new laptop and an I-pad so sadly most of my designs have gone and also the apps I used to use. 

I am looking for some recommendations for the best (and simplest to use) apps or programs as I'm hoping to get back into doing some digital art now my university commitments have more structure to them. Also if anyone has any tips I would be very greatful. I have noticed that things in the forums seem less busy now so would love to see that pick up again and hopefully I can get involved! 

In terms of horses on here I have some showjumping dutch warmbloods, driving paints and western quarter horses, all foundation horses to start fresh- if anyone has some tips for that would also be lovely.

Hello tye! I am Nala's Equestrian Center but you can call me nala! I joined 2 years ago but then became inactive and then rejoined last December on this new account. I have show jumping roan Trakehners and I have some show jumping dutchies along with Western paints and quarter horses on my alt account. I Just got into digital art and I downloaded this free drawing app called Sketchbook, which probably isn't the best but I like it. I own a horse named Homer and two cats! Also, love your tag and sig!!!

While the forums aren't as busy as they once were we still have a nice player base going. The discord is usually a bit more happening than the forums so feel free to join there also. 

I use gimp but don't do a ton of art so not sure how well it would work for you.

Well, hello there Tye! Welcome back! I've been on EV for two years now, started Nov but I'm hoping I can go for a longer streak than two years. I ain't a very good artist either paper or digital, but I am getting there very quickly! FOUR different types of digital art I make, well only one now that I have had practice over the last few months.

I'm also an RPer as can see with my rp's I just keep making, ION (completed) and IOS are my pride and joy rp's as they are (somewhat) published books and also got an official wiki as well. I'm a growing varied artist but also a writer, if you want a book: I can make it happen! Literally as I have 83 books by now.. so much work and I'm still not done with the drafted books either.

Anyways but yeah, you'll see me constantly when I'm around or waiting for a good tag or sig for my characters, I like to participate in anything as long as its reasonable to me or I can afford it with my evd. I also made some art here and there once, I might remake them at some point but I made "Stabled with Friends" and "Sea Breeze" unfortunately I lost the lines for both of them though I already said I'll remake them.

I'm also a big chatterbox, once I start typing I cannot stop until I stop when its finished or done. So, uh, yeah. If you want to shoot me a friend request, just saying because there are the some that won't take random friend requests, as written in the descriptions and that's respectable, then go ahead as I'll most likely accept a friend request anyways.



I'm online on TH as RoseTheInkDemonWolf, I have an imgfly account if you wanted to know that (its just where I stuff my art and other things like chars), a DA account for showing off art as well as making bases that don't exist such as a Leopard Shark base I've tried to accurately do with an actual Leopard Shark reference image, also a Wattpad account for the writing.



I'm also on other horse web browsers such as HoFa's Rose or Roseatte, NHC's Rose Nicolas Wolf, WP's Wolf Kingdoms, HEE's Rose Nicolas Wolf (my og account is gone as I forgot to log in and keep it), I'm also on/off WoR's Rose or Roseatte. Most of the accounts I have always has "Rose" because that's my mascot I have on my DA, imgfly (sometimes I change my imgfly account's profile picture), WP (writing site), and anywhere else I have my main mascot as her friend is Roseatte (sometimes in fanon universes the two friends are sisters, example Spider-Man ATSV where my OC is a Spider-Man character but its a totally different universe altogether for them)


Anyways, so that's me in a very long and overdone welcome back greeting and introduction of me, I can cut half this down and only leave the necessary parts. I don't mind editing my own replies sometimes, it just makes more sense to do so anyways, makes it easier to read when no one wants to read the long intro to something unless its necessary then yeah but I don't have keep most of this text.
