Star 
   "Hang in there Nyx and Apollo, we are gonna get you guys both outta there soon, just be be strong, I know you guys can do that" she tried encouraged them to stay strong in any possibly way. "
  "Rowan, we are gonna get them outtta there don't you worry, I'll everything I can to get them out of there for you. I know how special those two are for you. I promise we arent gonna lose them" she nuzzled him in comforting way to make sure he knew he wasn't alone in this situation at all.

Human (Lily) 
  "I'll be right back you two", she said to the stallion and mare. Lily ran back the stable and brought a drill to drill through the rocks. She grabbed what she needed and raced back to the cave as fast she could to help them. After she reached the cave, she brought out the drill and started to drill on the sides of the cave, where it wouldn't collapse or anything. She started to make a big enough hole to allow the made and foal to get through without any harm done to them.

Rowan
     "We just need to be quick. They don't have much time left," he said seeing the girl run off. Rowan ran after her, and stopped in front of her as he knelt down indicating the girl to get on his back. Though he had to push aside his hate for humans, as he galloped as quick as he could to the stable. Rowan pawed the ground and tossed his head waiting for the girl. As she came running out with some weird object, Rowan knelt down again as she got on. The stallion galloped back to the cave waiting anxiously for the girl to do something. 

Nyx
     Nyx had backed up along with Apollo as they heard strange noises coming from the other side. Once there was an opening, Nyx urged Apollo to go first. "I'll be right behind you," she said as he walked over. The colt hesitated before doing a little jump through the opening. Apollo ran over to Rico and Rowan. Nyx looked up as soon as her colt was safe as the roof had started to collapse. The mare quickly jumped over just in time as the roof collapsed fully. 

Star
   Star sighed in relief that they both came out the cave safety, before the roof had collapse onto the them "Thank god, you guys are okay. I knew we could get you guys outta there" she smiled softly at them. She then trotted over to the human and kneel down and offered her a ride back to the stables "I'll be right back Rowan. Imma gonna take her back to the stables".

  Star raced her back to the stables before it got dark out, she wanted to safety return back to once was the den she use to live in, but is now nothing but a pile of rubble.

Human (Lilly)
 Lily got on the mare back to go back to the stables, and as they safety made it back to the stables. She hopped off the mare's back,and gently patted her "Thanks for the ride back girl" and with that she walked back to stables, and watched the mare gallop off back to her herd, where she had belong.

Nyx
     Nyx looked back at what had used to be a cave once she was out, "Well that was a little too close to comfort." she said before walking over to Rowan, Rico, Star, and Apollo. "None of this would of happened if I hadn't almost run out like that without Apollo." she said not happy with herself. The mare did have a few scratches on her body from the rocks falling on top of her, but they were hardly anything. Nyx nuzzled her father and Rico in relief. 

Rowan
     "I'm just glad that the both of you are safe, and got out of there just in time." he said feeling relieved. Though he noticed the small scratches on her, but wasn't too worried about it. "I think we'll stay away from caves for the time being," he joked. 

Star
    Star arrived back from tbacking the human girl back to her stables "Hey, I'm back!" She smiled to Rowan, Rico, and Nyx & Apollo. She trotted over to them and shook all the branches off from running in the forest. "I'm glad you guys are safe" she nuzzled Nyx and Apollo. She was sad to see the den go cause that's where stayed most of her time, but at least everyone is safe and only has a starches on them.
  Star sniffed the air and could tell spring was just right around the corner for them. She was eciited for spring to come because she loves flowers and her most favorite flower were roses. And who knows what spring could bring. New relationships? Family? 

Nyx
     "I am too. I was starting to think it'll collapse before we got out by the looks of it," she said grateful to be back with the herd. What was odd though, was that spring was coming. Though, sometimes the seasons came and went earlier than usual, but just about everyone was over with winter. 

Rowan
     "Let's just go to the grazing grounds. With the snow melting, we should be fine there." he said getting the herd gathered. "Let's go," he said as the herd started moving. Rowan stayed behind as Rico led them when he caught Star in the back of his eye. Rowan stopped, "You coming?" he asked, "You did save my daughter and her newborn colt." he said.

Star
  "Yeah I am coming, just smelling the air, its smells so nice and fresh" she trotted catching up with Rowan. She smiled at Rowan "you know, its really getting nice outside, seems like spring is right around the corner" she said to Rowan. She walked to the grazing ground, and when they reached the grounds. She saw how huge the ground was "wow, this grazing ground is huge. I didn't expect it to be this big" she gasped in shock.

Rowan
     "It looks bigger in the winter, but this is where we usually hang out. This is where you kept popping up," he said chuckling a bit. Rowan smiled as he saw Apollo galloping about the open area as he finally figured out how to use his legs all the way. "Y'know I can never thank you enough for what you did today." he said speaking from his heart. Not until that day did he realize this mare had what it took to become a lead mare.

Star
  "Its no problem, just trying to help out. and I know how much your daughter and grandson mean to you. And you have already have lost so much. I couldn't watch you lose anyone more" she smiled. She also watched Apollo run around because he was so cute and glad he was safely recovered from the cave. She was grateful that she could help out. 
  "I wouldnt saying popping up, more liking finding you guys here all the time" she chuckled. She finally was happy and where was belonged all her life.

Rowan
     "Unfortunately it's a part of life to lose those who are special to you. All you can do is move on," he said before looking at Star, "I think today you proved yourself worthy of staying in the herd." he said with a smile.

Rico
     Rico nuzzled Nyx as their son galloped around, "I thought I was going to lose you today." he said relieved he didn't.
     "I did too Rico, but except for a few scratches, I'm fine. And so is he." she said smiling as they watched their son run around.

Star
  "Really!? I can stay. You don't know how much this means to me Rowan" She nuzzled him with excitement, not even caring what she had just did. Rowan had just made her day, by letting her stay with the herd. She had gotten so happy.

Rowan
     "Without you I would have froze in the river, Nyx and Apollo would be gone, and the herd would have no one." he said not minding her reaction. Weeks past, and spring had come. A couple mares had left the herd to deliver their foals, and Apollo had just gained more energy.

Apollo
     "Mom! Can I go explore? I won't go too far. I know where to go and where to not go," he said as his little tail flickered back and forth. Apollo was about a month old, and he stayed cleared of caves as well as Nyx. "Please??" he said hoping for a yes.
     "You know the rules Apollo. Your not old enough," she said as he wasn't happy about the answer he got.
     "Then how old do I have be??" he asked.
     "Until I saw you can." she said, "Why don't you go play with some of the other foals well yearlings?" she said.
     "They're a year older than me! It's not fun playing with them." he said.

Star
Star had sheddded her winter coat, her coat was sleek and clean as could be for a wold horse. She went off and graze by herself, when she saw that Rowan had come to join. Which seemed pretty off, but she enjoyed having him around. 
"Its pretty nice around in the spring, I liberal the flowers especially the roses, they are my favorite" she smiled to Rowan. She could wait to see what spring had brought for her.

Rowan
     Rowan had decided to graze over by Star for awhile. "Agatha's favorite were lavenders. Though she did like roses." he said. The two grazed for a little bit until Rowan heard Apollo.
     "Grandpa! Mom won't let me go explore. She's says I'm not old enough," he said not happy about the answer his mom gave him.
     "Your mother knows what's best for you, and should listen to her. If she says your not old then your not old enough," he said as Nyx came walking up.
     "Apollo, I am your mother. If I say no, then your not going to go explore. Don't go to your grandpa to complain." she said, "Sorry about that father," she said with a small chuckle.

Star
Star grazed with Rowan "they are really nice flowers, they are favorite because my mom loved them" she smiled.  She watched the clouds roll throughout the sky. "Apollo sure wants to explore, he is really growing up so fast" she smiled. She really wanted a foal of her own, but she had to keep waiting until the right time for her.
