This is a collab between the lovely Altair and myself! She drew the horse/based it and I did the background and will be doing recolours :D

Rules:

-Do not alter, steal or claim you made it.

-Do not upload these to your deviantart gallery. They may be uploaded to your stash however.

-Do not post back up refs. Bugs the crap out of me when people do that not gonna lie lol. I can do complex designs.

-Keep in mind, because this is an underwater setting, the horse does have a slight blue tint overlapping.. So before you come back to yell at me why your horse's design looks slightly blue, it's because I made it apart of the scenery, not just some random horse pasted over a background lolol

-I can remove the skull and crossbones from the flag too if you like! I won't be doing custom flags however.
