Snow watched everything going on. She felt bad for Diva, she knew how horrible the vet could be, but she also knew it was necessary for Diva to heal quickly. "Hey Diva, I know you probably hate the vet, I mean, who doesn't, but you need to brave it. If you want to get out and galloping as soon as possible, this needs to happen. Maybe the vet visit will go by quickly if you cooperate" She advised.

After listening to Snow, Diva calmed down. She was right. The filly allowed Alaina to lead Diva out, and where the vet was. The vet gave a few pats on her neck before getting started. The vet nummed the area before removing the stitches. Once it kicked in, they went to work. After about 10 minutes they were done. The wound had healed enough to remove the stitches, but it was still healing.

Snow saw Diva leave without putting up another fuss and nodded to herself. She looked at Vinn and then at the barn entrance. No one had come to take her out just yet, but she knew that in just a bit a groom would enter, alongside an exerciser, and she would be taken outside. Though, she hoped it would take them a while, at least long enough for Diva to return from the vet.

Once the vet was done, Alaina and the vet led the filly to the pool. Again? Seriously? Alaina walked into the water leading Diva who hesitated at first, but eventually walked into it. The vet stood by the pool watching. The filly and human got to the deeper part. Diva would not go any further no matter what. Even if Alaina swam out holding the lead rope, she still wouldn't. The vet told Alaina to bring her back, and so she did. Awhile later, Diva was back in her stall glad when she heard the vet's truck drive off.

Snow greeted Diva excitedly. "How did it go?" She asked her. Just as Snow had spoken up, a groom entered the stable and began to gather up Snow's halter. He clicked a lead rope on it and began to attach it to her head, but she ignored him completely.

"Not as bad as I thought except for the pool," Diva said replying. Hey leg was still a bit numb, so she could put almost as much pressure on it any horse would. Hey ears drooped a little as the groom approached Snow. A moment later she looked down at her leg seeing a scar slowly forming.

"Alaina took you out to the pool?" She refused to budge as the groom tried to lead her out of her stall. She could hear him voicing complaints and muttering curses but she didn't care. "That's awfully strange. I get if she took you once, but twice so close together? Did you get in?" She asked.

Vinn left as Snow and Diva chatted, indeed thinking that was strange- but Vinn finally got in a good run. When Nia asked Vinn to stop, she refused. Vinn instead continued to run, letting the anger pulse through her legs, kicking up dust and tossing her mane. Vinn didn’t want to stop- in fact, she could go forever. She put a little extra bounce in her step and let the air have it for a while. When Vinn finally realized Nia was holding on for dear life, she immediately settled down. When shaken up Nia came to her senses, she laughed. “Are we almost getting back to our old antics? Not that I want them back right away, anyways...” Nia giggled and returned the filly to her stall, now exhausted. Vinn looked at Diva, studied her leg, and nickered. “It’s looking better.” Vinn nodded her head before going to the backside of her stall and watching the colts at the other end of the property.

Diva rolled her eyes, "They're using the horse pool as therapy. It took time to get me in, but I wouldn't of gone into the deep end." Her voice went from a bit annoyed because of the pool to a bit happier, " Maybe if you'd stop fighting him you'll be done quicker. Just saying what you told me." A few minutes later Vinn came in. "Yeah seems as though it is," she said continuing, "You look tired."

Snow nodded along to what Diva was saying. She looked down at the groom who had now settled on trying to drag Snow out of her stall which, clearly, was not working. Snow made a sound like a sigh and walked out, much to the groom's relief. She let him lead her out, whinnying her farewells to her stablemates.

Diva nickered back once Snow left the stable. She turned to drink some of her water, then her food. The filly was now eating more, and drinking water. She glanced up at Vinn. I wonder if something's up....she's usually not so quiet Diva thought. The numbness in her leg had wore off, and she removed a little bit of the pressure on her leg due to the pain she still had. It may not have been much, but it was enough.

Snow expected to be taken out and worked on a lunging rope like always, but today was much different. After she was brushed and groomed, she saw an exercise rider bringing in some tack. A soft looking white pad, a light black saddle and black reins with some sort of snaffle bit. "Let's try a gentle bit on you, alright girl" She placed the pad and saddle on her back. Although Snow was slightly used to having a saddle on her back, this one was different. It seemed to be used for a more practical, general use, not for racing. It was a bit thicker than the racing saddle that was put on her, but it also felt slightly more comfortable. The bridle was about the same as her racing bridle, but the bit was definitely much gentler and easy to deal with.
After Snow was tacked up, the rider led her to the small indoor arena. She mounted Snow and urged her into a walk. Snow wanted to speed up, but her rider wouldn't allow it. She would pull on the reins tightly enough for Snow to stay at a walk, but not tight enough to hurt her. Why am I not going fast? I thought being ridden surely meant I would get to go fast, she thought.

Diva turned her attention to Snow. She was confused watching her get tacked up. Why was the tack different? The filly didn't know why. She continued to watch Snow and the exercise rider. Diva watched them walk in the pen, and snorted seeing her rider pulling on the reins. Even though it seemed it wasn't hurting Snow, she didn't like it one bit. (bit haha) It reminded her of something that happened to her in the past. Diva looked at her body seeing scars. Scars she knew where there, but others would only see them if they looked close enough, or someone knew about the scars. There was one scar everybody would know about, the one that was forming on her leg.

For the next hour or so, Snow's rider would work her on commands while being ridden. Snow thought it was unecessary but she couldn't really do anything about it. It was much harder to ignore someone when the were on your back, constantly urging you to do as they say. Finally, when Snow was on the brink of bucking her rider off, she was led back to her stall for a break. The rider had taken Snow's tack off and promised they would work a bit more later. Snow wasn't excited about that, but she would make the best of the short break that she had now.

Diva turned to Snow when she was put into her stall, "What was all of that about?" she asked. She turned trying to give the person a nip, but they backed away too quickly. The filly snorted. Once she was calmed down again, she turned back to Snow confused. Diva tried to make Snow happier, "At least your out there, and not stuck in your stall like I am," she said with a smile.
