Rulers of the Savanna pt. 2 RP

Sengo purred, placing his paw on his mate's belly and feeling the cubs kicking. "When you go into labor, you will let be me there, won't you?" he asked while purring and rubbing his muzzle against her face lovingly. His paw gently stroked her cheek as he looked into his mate's eyes with his adoring ones, enjoying every moment of their time alone together.

"Yes. I don't want to take Malka away from Julie and their cubs. You can be my paws when I do go into labor." Areli smiled at Sengo and nuzzled him the best she could considering her belly was huge.

Sengo grinned at this, giving her a big lick on the face. He repeatedly whispered into her ears "I love you..", nuzzling her passionately. "You're mine and I'm yours." he spoke handsomely, loving on her face tenderly.

(I'm back!)

Bahari instinctively jumped in front of the other cubs, a rumbling feeling growing in her belly. She growled at the cobra, and out burst the ROAR OF THE ELDERS! Bahari stared with shock as the cobra went flying. When she closed her jaw, Kifo looked at her with admiration, as did Cobar and Maua. "You did it!" Kifo squealed.

Marrana and Tarzan, however, were woken from their afternoon nap. "Babe? Did you hear that??" He was hysterical. He raced down the rock, and tore through the grass towards the cubs. When he arrived, Bahari threw herself into his arms. "I did it daddy!! I'm part of the Lion Guard! I have the roar!!" Marrana soon followed, tears streaming from her eyes.

Star licked her face. "This will be our home. We will leave my parents' den to Malka and Julie." He stood and spread his wings. "I'll be back." He returned, holding all the supplies from their old den, and laid out the furs. "Come, lay with me."

(Yay, but Feather is gone. :c )

Alina obeyed, standing up and padding over to him, laying down onto the furs before he laid down. She rested her head on her paws, staring at the wall and going into thought. Her tears dried up, a cold silence rose into the room, the only sound was Star and the water running.

Star laid down beside her, laying a wing on her back. He rubbed her face, and smiled. "I love you baby. Never forget that. Ever." He rested his head on his paws and fell into a deep sleep, slightly snoring.

Areli continued to purr, then squealed slightly, when the cubs began to kick, HARD......

Kuizmu had been fully trained to be a Guard of the Golden City. Every morning before going on duty, he met with Zala by the hole of the gray mud, where they would both dive in, covering themselves fully, and on the way to the gateway to the Golden City; they would be dried and station themselves as statues. So, if anyone dared to try going in, whether it be monkey's or any other creature (even the insects) that had no right in the Golden City, they would be driven off fiercely.

Marzipan stared at his sister and couldn't believe what had just happened. Kali had dropped her mouth and stared with a wide-eyed expression at her niece before grinning broadly. But then, Chumvi came stumbling into the group, from the direction the cobra had been flung, moaning in pain. Kali ran to his side, purring against him, but then saw something, and screamed in terror. "Easy baby. I... I'll be just.... fine...." He groaned, trying to calm her down, but then fell over on his side, and all there could see that he had been snake bit. "That cobra came flying, I ducked, but not in time I guess." He whispered in pain, beginning to have convulsions, and then nothing...... He was gone. Kali cried out, tears streaming from her eyes, and wept over her dead mate's body.

Tarzan dropped Bahari, who landed on her butt. He walked up to Kali and placed a paw on her shoulder. "I'm sorry." As he caught her gaze he looked down, for he felt it was his fault now. He turned, and somberly padded towards the Great Rock, his fluff seemed to flatten as he dragged his tail. Bahari looked back at him, tears pricked at her eyes when she saw Chumvi. The cub bolted, scattering mice. "It's all my fault. I hurt him, and now daddy." She whispered to herself as she ran. When she was finally out of breath, she carefully picked her way up a tree, and laid there, sobbing.

(She's kinda close to the Nomad's Land where Dollu and what's-his-name are at. )

Kali forced herself to stop crying and raced after Tarzan. "It's not yours nor Bahari's fault. He was getting weak, but he could've been snake bit at anytime. Also, that cobra has been after him for a couple years, ever since he forced it out of the meerkat village. It wanted revenge and it finally got it." She told her nephew, not realizing that Bahari had wandered away.

Teferi sneaked through the forest, making sure Sully didn't find him, and making sure that he didn't run into anyone; such as Sengo, Areli, or any of the warriors. He suddenly smelled a cub, got a sneaky expression on his face, and sneaked up on it. Spying the little cub in a tree, grinned, got a neutral expression on his face, wandered into her view. He assumed that the cub was the daughter of Queen Kacy, so he figured why not get rid of her.

Alina leaned against him once he fell asleep, placing her head against him and resting her paw on his paws. She nuzzled his cheek adoringly, hoping to find some comfort by feeling his warmth, tingle across her snout.

Tarzan snarled. "Leave me be!" And raced away to the Guard's cavern. He did not want to be talked to, not disturbed.

Bahari noticed the rouge, and growled. "Get out of her you nasty vermin! My daddy could tear you to shreds!" She unsheathed her claws. "And so could I!" And just then, she noticed the mark in her shoulder. "I have the Roar of the Elders."

(Night!)

Teferi laughed, "Roar of the Elders???? You have been indoctrinated cub. I can remedy that!" He grinned, ran, and jumped at her; teeth bared, claws out, and grabbed the cub.

Kali decided it'd be best to leave him alone for now and went back to Chumvi's body. She struggled a bit, but dragged his body back to the rest of the graves, dug a deep hole, and was getting ready to bury her beloved mate when Cali ran down, followed by Valido, and their little girl riding her daddy's back. "Dad is dead?! Oh mother!!!!" Cali cried out in horror, Valido couldn't believe it, and wept. Their daughter, Tali jumped off her daddy's back, trotted to her dead grandfather, and cried. "Grandpa? C'mon, you gotta get up! Grandpa! We gotta go watch the sunset!!!" She grabbed his ear, pulling hard, let go when he didn't move, crawled under one of his front paws, and cried. Kali, Cali, and Valido drew in sharp breathes to see Tali taking her grandfather's death very hard. "Hey, come here you little sweetheart." Kali crooned to her grandcub, who cried against her grandmother's front left leg. Cali and Valido sighed, said their goodbyes, and buried their father while Kali comforted Tali.

"Are you alright??" Sengo asked, in a almost frightened voice, afraid she was going into labor. He nuzzled her stomach, hoping to make her feel better.

"No, not yet. They are just getting more active these days. I wonder just how many are in there????" Areli reassured him with a smile, waddled over to her medicine cabinet, took out a bottle, and swallowed a two mouthfuls of two kinds of herbs that helped to strengthen the walls of her womb so she wouldn't feel the kicks as hard and the other would let the cubs relax so they weren't quite as cramped together.

"Have you seen Munar Cinna?" Kacy asked the tan lioness with concern. She and Moyo had settled the cubs down for a nap and only now just realized that Munar wasn't with his siblings.

Bahari snarled. Unsheathing her claws she swiped at him, and was able to leap out of his paws. Growling, the mark on her shoulder flashed, and the grass began to billow around her and the rouge. "My daddy told me about you. You need to go!!" She roared. The clouds formed the heads of Mufasa, Simba, Herex, Kalumvi, Kunar, Sky and Chumvi! When she closed her jaw she didn't look back, running for the Great Rock.

Cinna pricked her ears. "No, I haven't. Sorry Kacy." She glanced around the den. "Where did he go???"
