Rulers of the Savanna pt. 2 RP

Dollu purred slyly, wrapping her arms around his neck and repeated licked his face. "You handsome, sly, powerful lion you!" she cooed as she loved on him. The thoughts of Sengo had completely left her mind, and she focused on her mate.

Vitani nodded, staying low and waiting to him to shake the tree before she pounced. "Marzipan would love a meal like this..." she mumbled to herself, not letting her father hear her words.

Kuizmu waited a second more, then pounced!!!! The tree nearly bent over double from his weight, the money's screeched in alarm, but instead of trying to leap off, they foolishly looked back at Kuizmu, who grinned at them, let the tree go, which sent them flying into the air, and landing on the ground all around!!! "Get them Vitani while they are dizzy!!" Kuizmu cried out, leaping onto each monkey, slapping it hard with his paw, killing it instantly, and making sure Vitani wasn't having a hard time.

Teferi suddenly twisted his body, getting on top of Dollu, purring, and pinning her to the ground. "I want to love on you forever.........." He purred, licking her, and wanting to be intimate. *lights out?*

Vitani obeyed, jumping onto some monkeys and killing them by cutting their jugular veins. It didn't take long for her to kill three more, having killed five in total. She put them in the pile with her father's other dead prey.

"Wonderful job Vitani!!! You are going to be the best huntress this land has ever seen!!!" Kuizmu praised her before beginning to devour one of the freshly killed monkey's. "Mmmmmmm..... so tasty and banana flavored."

Vitanti took one of the dead carcasses, setting it in front of her to eat. She didn't feel like eating so she scooted the meat over towards her father. "You like Ms. Sunny, don't you?" she asked, looking over at him while he devoured the monkey.

Kuizmu nearly choked and stared at his daughter. "Ummm.... what do you mean like her????" He didn't want to tell her, not yet, but they had already talked things over, and well........ had been given Zala's blessing in his own way. He wasn't sure if Vitani would want a new mother just yet, which is why they hadn't told her, though they were already expecting cubs.

Vitani stood up, looking up at him with glossy eyes "I know you like her! You've spent all your time with her and practically none with me. Well you know what Daddy?! You can have her!!" She turned around, running off and away from her father, tears streaming down her golden cheeks. Just recently her mother died and another lioness was already ready to take her place, to top it all she didn't have Marzipan, she didn't have anyone.

Kuizmu moaned, wishing he hadn't fallen for Sunny, who made his heart whole. Sunny came up just then, tears in her eyes, and nuzzled him. "I'm sorry. I wish I had kept my promise and never had any desire for a mate. I didn't mean to do this. I love your daughter but she just doesn't like me." "No, it's my fault. I was the one who persuaded you. It was too soon. She just lost her mother a few months ago." Kuizmu stared after the direction his daughter ran and sighed deeply.

Marzipan hardly spent anytime with his friends anymore, he was so lonely. He had a great family, wonderful friends, and an endless amount of things to do in the Savanna; but it didn't make him happy. What he wanted, was way out there, in the Jungle of Zala, and he couldn't have her. He wanted Vitani and could hardly wait to grow up so he could find her once more. Suddenly, he yelped in pain, looked to see little KJ nibbling on his tail. "Oh..... you are such a little rascal KJ!!!" He chuckled at his cousin, who looked up with big green eyes, and smiled. "Me like you Marzipan!" Marzipan smiled and nuzzled his godson.

Vitani ran as fast as she could to Nomad's land, and headed towards Dollu and Teferi's direction. She stopped at the water hole, thrusting herself against a little rock and crying her poor heart out.

Dollu had just left Teferi for a drink of water, swishing her tail as she pranced to the water hole. Her eyes widened when she spotted the crying cub and called out for Teferi "Teferi, come quick!!" She raced to the cub, taking her into my paws and cradling her in a motherly nature. "Shh..what's wrong sweet thing?" she asked sweetly.

Vitani cried "Everything!", she leaned against Dollu's chest as the lioness held her. Her tears soaking Dollu's fur.

(Or did you want her to go to Marzipan?)

(No, not yet. I'm going to have Kuizmu and Sunny look for her and they'll drive off Dollu and Teferi)

Teferi grinned with pleasure to see the cub, decided to pretend they were her friends, but had every intention of getting rid of her.

Kuizmu and Sunny decided to go look for Vitani and apologize to her for not telling her. "Vitani!!!!! Where are you?????" Kuizmu yelled, to which a sly voice replied. "I saw her go that way." They looked up to see a bright eyed leopard point towards the Nomad's Land!!!! Gasping, they thanked the leopard, and raced in the direction he pointed; which her scent was getting stronger by the minute.

Vitani sniffled as Dollu let her stand up on her own, but lean against her. "Why don't you tell me all about it." Dollu cooed, sitting down beside her.

"It all started a few months ago, my mother was killed. Daddy found me again and we started living at the Savannah pride. I had a wonderful friend named Marzipan, everything was wonderful! Being with Marzipan helped me take my mind off the loss of my mother. But then...Daddy got offered a job to guard the Golden City. That's when he met that lioness....I've suspected for some time that they've been more than friends, shoot they're probably already expecting cubs!" Vitani huffed.

"It's not that I don't like her, I just don't like that she's trying to replace my mother. And my father doesn't even care how I feel! He didn't even ask me if I liked her before he started their relationship!" she whimpered, letting the tears fall from her eyes again.

"There, there little one..." Dollu whispered, nuzzling her head in a motherly fashion.

A sinister chuckle came out of the long grass and then Teferi walked out. "Well, well, well, well! A Jungle cub. Do you know where the Golden City is cub? I can reward you greatly....." He decided that she would be more useful to lead him to his Palace than to kill her.

Kuizmu and Sunny ran as fast as they could, determined to find Vitani before she got into trouble, or worse....

Kopa was finally able to go visit the Golden City with Kacy and Zala. He proudly showed them the place where Kopa's grandfather, King Herex of Africa had lived and ruled for years, and Kopa paced at the entrance that led down the trail. "It's beautiful!!! All the buildings and the palace are covered with gold. I can't believe that is where my Grandfather ruled and my father was born!!!!" He looked at his reflection in the river, to see one of the many crowns King Herex had worn on his own head, and smiled. "Someday soon, this land will belong once more to my family. I shall be content to see this land with my own eye. Thank you." He thanked Zala, who nodded, and then said, "Come. Your grandfather's grave isn't far from here." Kacy and Kopa gasped, for they had no idea that Herex wasn't buried in the Savanna.

"I don't know...even though I dislike my father now, but...I couldn't let you hurt him. Kill me where I stand but I won't tell you." she spoke firmly, standing up and brushing off Dollu. Vitani realized his intentions were to kill her, but death seemed better than what she was going through anyhow.

Teferi lost his nice look and an ugly look came onto his face as his eyes narrowed and he snarled. "That can be arranged, you stupid cub." Just before he pounced on Vitani, Kuizmu tackled him, while Sunny took on Dollu. "YOU TOUCH MY DAUGHTER AND YOU ARE YOU DEAD ROGUE!!!!!!" Kuizmu snarled, Teferi rose up to fight him, immediately recognizing him, and his hatred came back to the surface. "You......... I've been waiting for this moment....." In the past, Teferi and Kuizmu had fought for Azola's paw, Kuizmu had won, and Teferi had never forgiven him. The two males fought, while Sunny drove Dollu away from Vitani, standing over her protectively, and snarling.

"Get away from me!" Vitani snarled at Teferi and Sunny, moving away from the fighting and standing on a rock.

Dollu roared, jumping onto the lioness and slapping her with her paw. How dare she push me away! "It's BOTH OF YOU who drove her down here!!" she rasped, prancing a little past Sunny to watch her mate and Kuizmu fight.
