Nov 2008. I haven't been as active since having my second child in January. Just looking at the amount of horses that are on my accounts makes me want to pull my hair out. It's so overwhelming... :(

Hello, yes I am oldbie. I started playing EV in November of 2006, before the grand recode and replacement of 2008. EV is my hombase of sims, though I try others periodically if I have the time. I'm happy to see all you darling players that have grown up with us still sticking around, or coming back again and again. I hope to see every one for many years more!

I haven't been very active the past 3 years though, but had initially been on this game daily for hours. It is the only SIM I've played, and it taught me everything I know about digital art and quite a bit about basic equine genetics, too. I love this game for these two reasons!
Not to mention, some of those members back when I joined as still active, and I always will have a soft spot for them because it reminds me of those early days of EV when I first joined.

I love seeing the old names too, makes me nostalgic :') 
And yes! EV has taught me A LOT about digital art (its the reason why a bought a tablet!), genetics, and even a little bit of coding! honestly I can't believe its been so long

Nostalgia is the perfect way to put it! There were two members in fact who have passed away now, who I talked to often in those early days... you may know them also! Door was one of them, and I remember I fell in love with one of their characters (an appy with green ribbon in the mane). Weird how the mind remembers the little details! 

I also remember the name of the first in-game horse I bought (a TWH named Whiskey River). She was a silver bay tobiano, and was the big reason I got into TWHs back then and bred them on this game. 

I was hooked on this game right from get go!!! 

Then when I got curious about digital art, I found the art community was so kind about teaching me all about it! Laufey had written a detailed tutorial for me, and many many other artists would always answer my questions I had when I'd either PM them or make posts in the forums to learn how to do art. < 3 

I'll always love this game. Years from now, even if I'm no longer playing, I'll always look about upon it and remember the enjoyment it brought me, and the people I met here!

Wow! it says I've been here since Aug 19th 2016, I joined just after the recode I think. ^.^ 

I actually remember Door! i never talked to them much but I remember seeing them around

I remember my first horse too! I believe he was an Arabian, he was bay and I named him Pirouline xD

Also when I first started making tags I didn't know how to make backgrounds transparent so they all had to have white or colored backgrounds xD

These are my first and second tag sales ever, and this is also the first character I ever owned/designed xD

I was around when EV first opened and was a moderator for awhile but didn't actually "play". I took like an 8 year break from even owning a computer and came back in November 2017, so have been pretty active since then. 

I joined in August 2013 . . . I had no idea then that I'd end up helping out as admin later on, and I love that I can. c':

I joined Oct 2nd, so I'm new! I can't believe that I never heard about this game until recently!  I was really into Howrse and I'm still active, but not as excited about it. It was getting a little boring and unrealistic, so when I discovered this game I was instantly hooked!

OoOp. Well I joined on October 18,2019... yep... It's been a while...lol

Ahh I love the nostalgia EV brings lol. I think my first horse on here was a Belgian Draft named Snake Charmer. I miss all my old thoroughbred lines too! And my chincos! I switched over to TWHs cos not a lot of people were breeding them at the time. It makes me want to get back into the horse side of EV, but I don't think I have time for it XD
