Tell me when you joined!!

Wow I forgot how long it's been since I joined! :O February 2014!

I joined on January 17th, 2012, when I was 13. Now here I am at 21, over 7 years later. Time sure does fly!

a long long time ago LOL 2011 or 2012 maybe? I was on hiatus when the recode happened and lost my account 

November 2007. Was here for a couple re-codes, including the big one that transferred from equiverse.org to equiverse.com, which is why you see all the old players only have back to Jan 1 2008 listed on their join dates, even if they were here long before. I remember everyone had to "reclaim" their old accounts when the new site opened and we got renumbered that way account-wise. I think my original account number from 2007 was 4432, got bumped to 62 thanks to all the inactive people that didn't reclaim before me (A lot of people quit due to lots of downtime from all the recodes, and also breed cull).  Annnndd here we are!

P.S. Also being nostalgic and went sifting for some old screenshots I know I took back in the day on this thing. Who remembers that putrid mint green background? haha! Left some links below to share the joys. I forgot we used to be able to upload our own horse pics too, before breed art. Oh my gosh, and the live java chat we used to have! LOL

while i did technically join on this date, i guess i REALLY joined during the summer of 2014 (i was active on the forums, talking to people, etc). ngl my favorite memories was from that summer meeting people on the forums and becoming a member of the community. it's been 6 years, so i guess that means i started playing when i was 11?

there are so many members that commented on this post that i remember from before the recode. great to see that we all kinda stuck around for the long haul

also kind of crazy to think that i started playing this game in 6th grade and here i am about to go into my winter semester exams for senior year of high school... wow.

OK LAST EDIT I SWEAR lol (sorry for the caps) - i saw some other older members saying how EV taught them things about horses, art, etc that lead them to eventually doing things in real life and i just want to tell any new members that that is completely true! without EV, i would have never become so in love with horses which has lead me to become a working student and get into judging. also, if you are new to EV, please feel free to pm me! id be happy to help any new players, its me paying it forward for all the people in 2014 that helped me.

Been here since May 25 2015. Took about a year or so break, but now I'm back hopefully to stay lol. Been quite the ride. I also miss many players and breeders that were active back then. But, atleast this gives chance to get to know new and upcoming breeders ;) 

Been here since 2008. I remember when Equiverse changed from a .org to .com and herds being culled. Art community seemed like it was booming back then. I left on and off after recode and became more active in 2018 to present but not as active with art after July when I had my baby girl. One of the first sim sites I joined was in 2003 with Gaia lol.

April 3rd 2011! I was 13 when I joined and im now 22!

It looks l like I joined Aug 17th 2011.

january 2012, eight years next month :D seems like a common sign up date for a lot of us on here too. 

My first account was 2010, I came back in 2012 with this account.

January 18, 2016. Little did I know that my life was about to get very interesting just a few months later. I've been off and on since then due to health. I'm attempting to give it another go. ^_^
