Louis
"If you want to see it that way, go ahead. You don't need to earn your love anywhere. If you feel like you need to earn it, those people aren't worth your time. I've seen this kind of thing first hand and it's not something you want to experience."

Fayre
Fay thought about that for a minute, then shrugged. "Nobody cares, so I might as well care for them. I don't have much to choose from anyway."

Louis
He sighed. "Well, thanks for your help. You can swing by whenever you want. This place will probably get busy once the others show up." 

Fayre
Fay raised her eyebrows. "You're just gonna bring a bunch of others in? Impressive." she turned around, heading out the doorway.

Louis 
That didn't make sense to him. Since when was that impressive? Maybe he was a little too used to college life and sharing living quarters with others. Louis looked at Harper, who appeared to be asleep, and sighed. I get into enough trouble for the both of us. Can't you just stay safe until I figure out how to get you home?

Harper
Harper twitched, fluttering her eyes open slightly, though she didn't seem to really be responding to anything. Everything felt wrong. Her brain felt as if it had been replaced with a new one, and the rest of her body felt dead.

Louis 
He jumped a little, startled by her sudden opening of her eyes. "Hey, Harp. How are you feeling?"

Harper
Harper knitted her eyebrows at the sound of her name, though she seemed very irresponsive. She closed her eyes and sat up, reopening them without a word.

Louis 
"Harper?" The worry rushed in again. 

Harper
"I-I'm fine," she muttered, glancing down at herself. "Nothing feels normal but I'm okay."

Louis 
"Do you want water? Or something to eat?" 

Harper
"No, I'm fine..." Harper glanced up at the wall uncertainly, then back down at herself. "I don't remember anything."

Louis 
"What's the last thing you remember?" 

Harper
"Being chained up to some post," Harper replied.

Louis 
He blinked. "Holy - that far back?" Louis sighed and ran his hand through his hair. "Let's hope it comes back. I'm not sure what to do." She doesn't remember laughing.
