 He took the notebook and the pen, giving her a nod of thanks. "I'm an erasable pen person, actually, but this'll do," he half-joked, opening the book and immediately starting to write stuff down. His goal was to recreate his Book of Equations and Theorems and Everything Else, which had been the title written in Sharpie marker on the cover of his old math journal. The book had been left behind in his house when the outbreak started, which was a shame, because it had been filled from cover to cover with detailed explanations of each and every math equation and trick that Bryan knew - which was a lot.

"If it's okay with you I'm going to see if I can wake sleepy-head up." 

Charity
Charity shifted slightly, becoming half awake and resting her head on Ahanu's shoulder. She fell back asleep quickly.

Ahanu
He looked down. Oh okay. He smiled slightly and closed his eyes. Now that the door was locked he felt better, knowing they were relatively safe in here. 

Bryan
 "Uh-huh," he mumbled distractedly, too busy filling out the first page of his new notebook to really pay attention to what she said.

"Alright, I'll be back." Jade stood and reentered the cabin. "Alex, you need to wake up. I have breakfast ready."

Charity
Charity shifted again, this time waking up completely though she didn't say anything about it. She stared at the ground quietly, not wanting to wake up Ahanu if he was asleep.

Ahanu
Ahanu had fallen asleep shortly after locking the door. 

Charity
Charity carefully sat up, glancing at Ahanu. Seeing he was asleep, she sighed and ran her fingers through her hair, her eyes stinging, but mostly with the effort of keeping everything together again. I'm never going to sleep again if that keeps happening, she thought, quietly standing up and walking to the desk. She silently went through a few of the drawers, hoping to find some paper in it.

Ahanu
He shifted, pulling out of sleep a little at the sudden absence of warmth. "Charity?" Ahanu muttered, eyes still closed. 

Charity
Charity looked up, but quickly glanced back down. She had successfully found a notebook and a pencil, and grabbed them. She went back over to Ahanu and sat down again, leaning against his side lightly. "Go back to sleep," she mumbled, kissing him on the cheek after she did so. She exhaled and stared at the notebook.

Ahanu
He hummed something unintelligible and then obeyed, falling asleep again.

Charity
Charity looked up at him, smiling and shaking her head at him. He's too cute sometimes... She opened the notebook, hesitating for a moment before she started writing some stuff down.

Ahanu
He slipped into a relatively nice dream of him and his sister when they were very young.

Charity
Charity bit her lip as she wrote, trying to evoke memories from her mind that she didn't necessarily want to remember, but had to. She had writen down an adress, along with the name of the people who lived there. Part of her wanted to go check it out, but if they were still alive and around that area, she doubted it would end well for anyone, even if she did go alone.
