Greek Mythology Roleplay

Outlaw
"Great, now your making me bleed again." She complained to snake. "I am NOT going to the infirmary" she growled under her breath. She pulled herself to her feet and entered her cabin again, the boa still hanging over her shoulders. She swiftly changed into her specially designed gunslinging shirt that looked perfectly like her other shirts but wasn't, then stowed her other four pistols where they belonged. She washed the fresh blood off her face, hoped it would stop bleeding soon, then resumed her bored stance on the steps.

James
 "...Maybe?," James offered after a slight hesitation, shrugging. "I'll be fine. Somehow I've managed to survive this long, so I think I'm good. And yeah, I'll, uh, contact you. Somehow. Don't really know how those Iris Message things work, but...," He bit his lip, contemplating what to say next. "And, um... Come back eventually, okay? Like- Don't- Don't stay out there forever, maybe? If- If you wanna come back, I mean."

Jimmy
 The familiar voice of the over-the-top narrator began wafting from the tiny speakers. Jimmy quietly quoted him, as he knew the lines by heart. A small, blissful smile decorated his face as he good-naturedly mocked the narrator, and, though Freddie couldn't see his expression, he hoped she could somehow feel it.

Jade
A bittersweet half-smile flit across her mouth. "Don't worry, I'll come back. It's just a vacation, so it should only be a couple weeks, maybe a month or two tops." 

Freddie
"Sh, I'm actually trying to watch this," Fred teased, twisting to shoot a grin in his direction. She returned to the more comfortable position of actually sitting in the chair the way you're supposed to and took a swig of her soda.

Jimmy
 "Okay, okay," he faux-complained, settling farther back into his seat and quieting down. Once the narration stopped, the first real scene began, featuring a '50s-era couple bickering about something in their kitchen. Jimmy's smile turned bittersweet, wavering slightly as the scene went on. Noah and I used to act this out together nearly every time we watched it. Gods, why'd he have to go and do all that and die on me?

James
 James nodded, doing his best to force his habitual disbelief away. "Alright," he replied quietly, going silent for a moment before taking a step forward and wrapping his arms around her torso in a hug. "Love you, sis," he mumbled into her shirt, tightening his arms around her. "Don't die, and don't burn down any malls, okay?"

She returned the hug, holding her brother tightly because he was going on another quest, of all things, and she wouldn't see him for a while. "Love you, too. You aren't allowed to die, either, so... be careful." He shouldn't have volunteered. He could have come with us. 

James
 He pulled back after a few moments, shooting her a lopsided smile, which was admittedly slightly forced. "Hey, no promises," he joked, though there was a noticeable level of bittersweet resign in his eyes that he probably wouldn't have been able to hide even if he'd tried. "Alright, guess I better go meet up with Outlaw now, so... this is goodbye for now, I guess."

Jade
"Wait." She rifled through her bag and pulled out a small vial, probably the only one she had in there, really. She forgot why she had it but oh well. Jade summoned some water from the fountain in the Poseidon cabin and put it in the vial, handing it to James. "Don't forget about me," she teased, ruffling his hair. "I'll see you when I get back." 

Freddie
She listened to the movie for a bit. This scene was pretty iconic in the Hermes cabin, mostly because of two particular idiot brothers of hers. Freddie picked up a piece of popcorn and tried to throw it at Jimmy, though she wasn't sure if she hit him. She wasn't sure how he would react to it now that Noah was gone, and throwing popcorn was the only thing she could think of on the spot.

James
 James shrunk down a little under her hand, smiling for real this time. "I won't," he replied, taking the vial and quickly stashing it in a safe place in his backpack before slinging the pack back over his shoulders and beginning to head away. He cast one last glance over his shoulder, waving to his sister as he walked in a sort of sideways manner. "Till we meet again!," he called lightheartedly, before turning back to what was in front of him and breaking into a jog in the direction of where he'd last spotted the tall cowgirl, which was her cabin.

Jimmy
 The piece of popcorn hit his shoulder before falling to the ground; he glanced down at it in confusion before looking over at his sister. "What was that for?," he questioned, quietly reaching down and picking up the piece on the ground without making a sound.

Jade
She waved back and watched him run off for a few moments. Jade finally sighed and turned to see if Alex was ready to go yet. At this rate it'd be January before they left camp.

Freddie
"Can I not spontaneously throw food without a reason?" she retorted, popping some popcorn into her mouth to eat. 

Jimmy
 He tossed the piece of popcorn back at her, aiming for her arm and managing to hit her exactly where he'd intended to, most likely thanks to his baseball experience. "Why, of course you can," he teased, grinning wickedly.

Freddie
"You have such an advantage!" Freddie complained, grabbing a handful of popcorn (she was getting low at this point) and chucking it all at once. 

Jimmy
 Jimmy threw up a hand in an attempt to block the popcorn, but it was too late. He laughed as they flew into him, most of them hitting him in the face, others bouncing down his shirt and rolling onto the ground. He lowered his hand momentarily before he realized that one piece had even managed to nestle itself in his hair; he flicked it away with a slight huff. "How so? You started it!," he retorted, completely ignoring the movie at this point.

Freddie
"I can't even see where you're at. Or move, for that matter." She picked up another piece and flicked it his way, then took a sip from her soda.

Outlaw
She resorted to counting the amount of cabins there was in camp in an attempt to relieve her boredom. She lost track, started to count again, then gave up with a huff that was half amusement, half mocking herself.

Ash

Embarrassed, Ash rounded up Sun, Thanksgiving, and Devil, and fled from Floyd. She had just ruined her first encounter with somebody at this camp. She sighed and headed over to the Hermes' Cabin, and sat down under the shade from the roof.
Ash picked up Devil and put him on her lap, stroking his irridescent black feathers.
