Jimmy
 He nodded, beginning to back Freddie's wheelchair away. "See you around. We'll be in the Big House if you need us. It's- Well, it's the big house. Over there. You can't miss it."

Outlaw
She sat there wondering where they would go to find Eudora and Andro. And also when the best time to disappear after that would be. She would do the quest, she owed Auberon that much, then vamoose and hope they wouldn't come after her. Hopefully not, as not many knew her here and there was no pictures of her. Although probably someone could make one.. but still.. it was best not to get attached to anyone when you're stuck in time, cause then you're faced with watching them die off one by one until it's once again only you.

Kaylee
"Love you too, dork." She grumbled, tuning Floyd's anxious running commentary into nothing but soft background chatter. "Even if I don't say it a lot."

Mason
 He laughed softly, though it was clearly forced and only done as a way for him to say 'I do not know how to respond to that because I am a prideful and petty dork'. "Personally, I think you should just talk to him. I've found that I tend to regret the things I didn't say more than the things I did. But that's just me."

Kaylee
She sighed, running a weary hand over her shorts and smoothing the imaginary wrinkles out of them. "I'll talk to him tonight, at dinner." She pulled back a little eying Mason with a look far too stern for the face it was on. "Speaking of, you'll be coming and joining us as a slightly-longer-than-temporary Hecate camper. I make sure Floyd eats, and I won't hesitate to take care of you as well. Also, there isn't exactly a cabin for your dad, and the Hermes cabin is full, so...."

Mason
 He sighed, ruffling her hair. "Kaylee... you know as well as I do that there's nothing here for me. It's boring, and monsters don't even try to kill me, so... I just don't see a reason to stay, which is why I never have. Maybe I'll, I dunno, finish high school or something. Hah, that's likely."

Kaylee
She retreated further, brow furrowing in what could very well have been blatant betrayal. "So you're just going to leave here because you're bored? Going to leave me here, because you're bored?" 

Mason
 "No, it's not- Kaylee- No." His voice was exasperated, almost cold. "Stop acting like you don't know me, don't know how I am. I gotta keep moving, keep doing stuff, or else I get caught up in guilt and regret and start drinking my pain away like an unemployed forty-seven-year-old who got a divorce ten years ago but still isn't over it," he added icily, getting to his feet. "So yes, Kaylee, I'll leave the minute I get bored to preserve my somewhat-decent state of mind, if nothing else."

Kaylee
The girls lower lip quivered, but her voice was steady and void. "Go, then." And she just couldn't help herself, she always had to have the last word - Floyd told her that pride was one of her fatal flaws, she just couldn't let something go, couldn't be stepped over, didn't know when to stop. "And when you come crawling back in another twenty years after everything crumbles once again, don't expect me to be here." And with that she shouldered past him, storming up the stairs and fleeing into her cabin before the stinging tears started, leaving her clutching her stomach as she stifled a violent sob - oh god this was it this was her losing her family all over again it started with Alice first and then it was John and then Jehane and she'd already lost Ava and Mason would leave and this is all your fault you got your siblings killed then you got yourself killed and that killed your parents you're a murderer you got them killed and you're going to get Lionel and Mason and Floyd and James and Alex and Jade killed look what you've done - listening to the voice in her head scream (literal) bloody murder at her.

Mason
 "Go, then." Her voice was firm, emotionless, cold; her stance rigid and unmoving. However, the look in her eyes offset all of that. Her eyes held nothing other than sadness and utter betrayal.
 "Jane, no, it's not-,"
 "GO, Mason, just go!," she screamed, eyes beginning to fill with tears. She turned and marched back to the entrance to her house, not bothering to give him a final glance before stepping inside and slamming the door behind her. He winced at the sound, staring at the now-empty space for a few long moments before turning just as the girl had done moments prior. Unlike her, though, he did not march. He walked, his feet kicking up small clouds of dust as he trudged down the road, no end in sight.
 Then and there, Mason Wilkins vowed to himself to never try to explain why he had to leave ever again.
 He shook his head to snap himself out of his thoughts, wheeling around to try and catch Kaylee, but she was already gone. His mind was telling him to just leave, to flee from the camp and to never come back, but his cold, shriveled heart managed to direct his feet in the direction of the Hecate cabin.

Kaylee
- and if Lionel dies then you die too but you're already going to die, you're doomed and you know it and you're going to fade and everything will go on without you maybe it's better this way it's easier for everyone if you fade Floyd doesn't have to look after you or waste his energy and then you can't be left behind if you're already gone - She could barely hear the approaching feet as the voice grew in intensity until it was all she could hear, the bellowing in her head.

Ethel
 Ethel tapped her foot impatiently. "Alright, enough of whatever this is. Let's go." She then promptly turned and started heading in the direction of the woods.

Jimmy
 Upon reentering the Big House, he took a moment to change which arm he was holding the item under. "This thing can be heavy when it wants to be," he muttered, resuming pushing his sister's wheelchair down the long hallway.

James
 As he was dragging Floyd away from the cabin, James spotted Outlaw sitting on the porch of her cabin. His eyes lit up slightly. Target reached. Bingo. He came to a stop, looking up at Floyd. "I, uh- There's Outlaw. I gotta... you know... She's going on the quest with me, so...," He hesitated momentarily. "I've got two questions before I go. The first is, uh... Can you pick me up real quick?" I'm suing whoever's genes it was that made me so short. Not kidding.

Mason
 He finally reached the door. He raised his fist, preparing to knock, but stopped himself. She doesn't want you here right now. Just go, like they said. You're going to eventually regardless. What's it matter if that happens today or tomorrow? Mason shoved his thoughts aside out of nothing but stubborn willpower, gently knocking on the door.

Outlaw 
She noted the other boy that volunteered for the quest. James I think his name was.. she mused, studying him and the boy next to him for a second then turning her attention back to the woods. 

Floyd
Floyd faltered for a second at James' request, but after a few moments he shyly wrapped his arms around his boyfriends waist, hoisting him a few feet off the ground until they were almost the same height. "....Yes?"

Kaylee
"What?" Kaylee snapped, but her voice trembled too much to convey any kind of malice as she curled further in on herself, almost as if she became small enough, these voices would forget she was there.

Mason
 "Could I come in?," he asked, attempting to sound gentle.

James
 His face being so close to Floyd's was what made James realize just how bad his idea had been. Bad. Very bad. Terrible even. Why did you do this why did you ask for this he doesn't want this he doesn't want you why are you like this this was a bad idea bad bad bad-, He managed to tune out his mind for the most part, taking a subtle deep breath. His face must've been bright red, for it felt like it was on fire - Okay maybe that wasn't the best metaphor. Just breathe. "Can I, um... Can I kiss you?" BAD IDEA BAD BAD-
