Greek Mythology Roleplay

Jade
She smiled. "Thanks." She had no doubt in Denver's skills, but she was worried about the quest. This was supposed to be a quick game of capture the flag, but everything seemed to have gone downhill. And wasn't Chiron supposed to be a referee?

Chiron
This whole time, Chiron was busy keeping a couple Ares and Nike kids from literally murdering each other. Having finally diffused the problem, he trotted nonchalantly toward the river and froze when he saw some kids moving through the forest, one of which was carrying another. "What happened?" he cried, trotting over to Katie and Ethel. 

Bobby
He stood from where he had been sitting this whole time, playing on his flute for the newly planted rose bush. With a soft smile at it, he turned and trotted to the mess hall to wait for the questing heroes to finish their game.

Eudora
Eudora woke up slightly and saw James. Hearing him ask Denver is she was alright, she said to him, "I'll be fine."

James
 James nodded briskly, turning on his heel and racing back in Katie's direction. He nearly ran into Chiron.
 "'What didn't happen?' is the real question," he muttered.

Katie
"Your game of capture the flag happened!" Katie snapped, continuing to walk back to camp so she could get Ethel looked at. She trudged through the dining pavillion, and headed to the infirmary.

Denver 
"Yeah, just one second."
Kahlen 
"Aphrodite's threatening to doom our quest if we don't find and return a lost hair pin," she said irritably. "I officially dislike Aphrodite. Also, her son's a jerk."

Eudora
Eudora struggled to stand up, trying to walk over to where James had gone.

Bobby
He scrabbled to his feet as Katie walked through the dining pavilion with Ethel. His heart stopped for a moment and he plunged after her. "Oh, gosh, is she alright?" He followed with dogged concern when Katie exited the mess hall. 

Denver 
"Okay, this is probably gonna hurt, but I've organized my supplies decently, so it should be quick." He paused. "That kid's gonna be organizing the infirmary for a month." 

Ethel
 Ethel finally regained consciousness, though it took her a moment to process what was happening. She grunted, trying weakly to get off of Katie's back.
 "I'm fine. Put me down," she grumbled, rubbing her eyes.

Jade
"Noah?" she asked, referring to 'that kid.' She grimaced. "He was really nice when I first met him last night. I have no idea what's wrong with him." She paused. "Am I going to be conscious during this?" 

Bobby
He trotted next to Ethel's head. "Ethel!" he cried, forgetting his shyness momentarily. "Are you okay?" He pulled a leaf from his jacket and offered it to her. "Soothing and healing properties," he explained.

"Hmph. You don't just pull an arrow out of someone. You don't have to be if you don't want to, but either way works."

Jade
"I - I think I'll be fine." She reached out for Alex's hand and grasped it with a vice-like grip. She turned her head away from the arrow, not wanting to watch. Her green eyes changed color to the dark tones they displayed when she was afraid, but of course Jade had no way to know her eyes did this.

"Thank god." Katie groaned, letting Ethel off of her back. "Go get checked out, and don't argue with me, alright?" And with that, Katie took off, back to where the others were to start moving people to the infirmary.

Alex
"You're gonna be fine." Alex murmured, rubbing Jade's arm soothingly. "Also, beach night tonight?"

Bobby 
He nodded, dutifully sitting in the folding chair next to the bed. He didn't know what to say, so he just gave her a weak smile and sat there in case she wanted to talk or anything.

Denver 
"If you say so." He started unwrapping the bandages, carefully inspecting the wound. "Here we go." Denver started taking the arrow out.
Kahlen 
Kahlen winced. Her brother had skills she could never hope to possess. Another headache started to set in. "Please leave me alone," she said to no one in particular. "I'm not customer service."
