Greek Mythology Roleplay

Jade
At first, she was doing pretty good with the whole pulling-the-arrow-out thing. She grit her teeth and squeezed Alex's hand, not really worrying at the moment that she could possibly be crushing it. As Denver started to pull it out, Jade bit her lip, which soon turned into a full-out scream. Luckily, the arrow was out, and she lay on the ground, panting and sweating with tears rolling down her cheeks. She released Alex's hand. "Sorry," she murmured, then turned to Denver. "Th-thank-" she caught sight of her stomach. Now that the arrow was gone, it had started to bleed a fairly decent amount. The world began to spin. She should not have looked.

Denver 
"Anytime. Happy to help." He went to work cleaning and bandaging the area where the arrow had been. "You got lucky- no damage to any organs whatsoever."

Alex
"Shh. You did great." Alex whispered, wiping away Jade's tears. He watched Jade's sanity starting to slip and the panic set in, and he sat up, crawling closer to her. "Hey. Hey. Look at me."

Jade
She tore her eyes from her wound and looked up. "I'm not a shish-ka-bob anymore," she muttered, smiling faintly. 

Kahlen 
Kahlen grimaced, looking away. "Believe it or not, I can't stand medical stuff either." She shuddered.

Katie
"Yeah, I think I prefer you arrow-free." Alex laughed, pulling her into his lap gently after she had been bandaged up. "I might have to carry you to the infirmary." He murmured. "Unles we can get a stretcher."

Jade
She nodded to Kahlen. "Yeah, I don't know how your brother can do it." She grinned to Denver. "But I'm glad you can." She leaned into Alex. "I wouldn't mind that," Jade hummed softly. At the back of her mind she wondered what Kahlen thought of Alex after all this, but her main thoughts were how nice it was not to have an arrow protruding from her abdomen.

Denver 
"I'll go get one." He bit his lip. "If something happens to Kahlen, let me know, okay? I'm a little worried," he whispered to Alex. "I'll back." 

Kahlen 
Kahlen closed her eyes for a second. These reoccurring headaches were a problem, especially since they lead to visions half the time. Power of prophecy. Yaay. 

Alex
Alex nodded to Denver, giving a little sigh of relief as he cuddled around Jade, being careful of her wound. "Y'know, you promised you weren't going to get hurt, and you've already broken your promise."

Kahlen 
Denver left, and Kahlen's headache slowly got worse. "Not again," she muttered. "Especially if you're Aphrodite."

Jade
"Oh." She looked up at him sharply. "This doesn't mean you can break your promise. And I wasn't trying to get hit with an arrow." She looked over at Kahlen. "Are you okay?" she called to her. 

Alex
"Okay, okay." Alex murmured, the sound muffled by his nuzzling into her shoulder. He head Jade call out to Kahlen and realized - oh gosh, he was supposed to be watching her..... but Jade seemed to be doing an alright job.

Kahlen 
"I don't-" Aand it was vision time. Greaat. 
This time around, Kahlen was standing on the edge of a cliff, looking out over a void. "I really don't have time-" she looked into the void and saw campers calling in, screaming silently. "No! Stop!" And then she was falling. 

Auberon
Auberon decided to head back to the river in search of that boy that was fighting with that other boy. When he arrived at the river he found all of them still there, so he sat down and watched them all thoughtfully. 

Jade
"Kahlen!" She wriggled out of Alex's arms and tried to stand and run over to her friend, who had fallen. But as soon as she took a step she crumpled back to the ground. "Ow," she grumbled, cursing her wound in ancient Greek. She began to crawl painfully to Kahlen, wanting to help but not really having a plan for what to do once she got there. She slid hand after hand and foot after foot on the ground, shuffling on all fours, taking forever to close the short distance.
