Alex swallowed his tears, turning to Anteros. "See?" He hissed. The blonde dipped his head. "Things will turn out fine." "Yeah right." Alex muttered.

Upon falling into unconsciousness, Jade was hit with a recap of everything that happened to her since she arrived at Camp Half-Blood. And as soon as it was over, the hum slid into place with no resistance, for her mind was too tired to fight it. The darkness gave way to an underwater view, and Jade knew it was a vision. She looked around for her father, but didn't see him. Suddenly she was standing inside the palace and could see Poseidon, talking to a large fountain. Shimmering in the water was an image of a man. "Zeus," Poseidon was saying, "I promise you, brother, I am not the one trying to overthrow you. Why, my own daughter is questing to stop this insanity." Jade could tell by Zeus' thunderous expression that he didn't believe Poseidon. "Very well," Zeus said curtly, which didn't really make sense to Jade in this context. The image faded, and Poseidon sighed. The vision flickered into nothing.

Eudora walked slowly up to Bobby, eyeing Ethel a little fearfully. "Hey Bobby, could I talk to you?" she asked almost too quietly to hear.

"Sorry I keep on getting hurt..." Auberon mumbled. "Something just isn't clicking with me today."

"Do you wanna pet them?" Katie grinned, holding out the cat gently, albeit a little against the cat's will. "It won't bite."

Katie felt bad about lying to James - she really, really did. But it was safer for him not to know about the Pesanta..... at least,

"Is that from me, like, breaking it, before?" Katie winced. If she'd broken his hand she'd never forgive herself.

Bobby
"Yeah, sure," Bobby replied, standing. He gave Ethel a shy little wave and trotted a short distance away, just out of earshot.

Jade
She woke from the visions and unconsciousness and reached for her water. "Oh," she said, jumping about three feet into the air upon seeing the two, "you're still here."

"No. Don't apologize. It gives me something to do other than obsess about organization. However," he said jokingly, "that doesn't give you a good excuse to fall out of trees every five minutes."

Eudora sighed and looked at Bobby. "When I ran off..." she started. She felt her heart pounding so hard she thought for sure Bobby could hear it. "There was this-" she broke off suddenly. No... maybe I shouldn't. "Nevermind..." she mumbled. "I didn't hurt you did I? Accidentally hitting you with fire."

Auberon laughed slightly. "Well, don't temp me. I will admit it was fun," he joked.
