After talking with the Ares counselor, Noah strode toward the hill, alone. He was decked out in a breastplate, but that was all he had armor wise. His belt with his sword and knife was clipped around his waist. He climbed to the hill top, where the monster army jeered at him. "Hello," he said. "Any chance we could come to an agreement that ended with you leaving?" Out stepped the leader, and she shook her head. "I'll have you know," Noah said, like an afterthought, as he turned around, "I'm Hecate's apprentice." He walked back down the hill and shook his head no at the Ares kid, who grinned maliciously. "Bring it on," the kid said, and began rallying the troops.

"Huh?" Auberon said jumping a little bit when Denver showed up. "Oh, hi it's you."

Auberon sighed. "I think I broke a rib or something.," he said.

She slipped close to a small stream that ran through the dark, foreboding clearing. She laid down beside it and gently trailed her hands in the cold water, letting them drift about with the current. They where soon numb but she paid no mind.

"Apart from my emotional stability, no everything's fine..." he took the ambrosia.

"Thanks," he mumblex with a slihht smile. He did want to talk about it, but everything was screaming at him not to. He closed his eyes and let out a labored sigh.

Auberon gulped and tensed himself again, which shot shooting pain up his side and into his chest. "I had a dream.. or a flashback..." he said slowly.
