Gypsy Vanner Club (June)

Poll Question: I feel roan should be included as it seems to be a desirable trait even if it is more common. I love roans but have only ever had 2 of them. I can never find them when I'm looking for them... but that may just be my luck. ;D

Foundation Contest: Before I decide to enter I wanted to ask if specialty treats are allowed. For some clubs they are & for some they aren't. I just like to check so I don't mess the horse up.

Mascot Contest: I have no clue what dilutes are or if any of my Gypsies have them so I think I'll skip this one. Good luck to everyone who enters!

Mascot Contest: 
Leprchaun is a super handsome 3 y/o colt with flaxen, roan rabicano, homozygous for Pangere, and all of this is on a gorgeous cremello pelt. ♥ I love just his coloring!!

(Just in case: Lalix is my backup).

Poll:
I honestly prefer homozygous roan (RnRn) over Rn+. As roan is the #1 marking I prefer to breed for, especially since tobiano is super common, and not at all unique.

Dilutes are genes that make the coat paler, i.e. cream and dun. Any colour that involves at least one of these will be suitable, e.g. palomino, red dun, dunalino, cremello, smoky black, moreno, etc. It doesn't matter if they have additional genes like flaxen or pangare or tobiano.
For the foundation contest peppermints are not allowed, but anything else is fine.

If your mascot entry isn't registered with the club when you enter them, that's fine, just so long as they are by the time the contest closes. The club physically won't let me select a mascot who is not registered. :P

I'd like to enter the foundation contest, a mare would be preferred :)

Ya'll can check out the foundies in my stable. They are in the "FOUNDATION CONTEST" division and they are locked. I did not touch any of them except to change their names. All were bought within 30 minutes. 

Not sure what you guys like.. so I got a little bit of everything lol 
They all have 55+ confo stats and some were blessed with color aha

Keep in mind I saved a lot of the solid colored horses so that way they would look pretty after the coat applicator :)

I'm not sure where I am supposed to post to reserve one of the foundations for the contest but...  would like to pick this one with the Pangare applied to it please :D

I knew I just had to have a solid stallion, but between certain stat areas and confo, it was a tough choice. I am really happy with this choice though!
