*"Pure" Crossbreeds

I personally wouldn't mind if the crossbreeds weren't really recognized. I just like the idea of limited crossbreeding, instead of everything breeding everything. It keeps it easier to own purebreds.

Horse breeds are a little more vague than dog breeds as there isn't a single registry. Anyone can create a registry, create a breed, and Bam, new breed. That's kind of what I see with the Stonewall horses. They have the potential to be pretty, but it's not a fully established breed with strict guidelines for build, height, and type. By all means, this is how POAs started, it was just a long, long time before they got more set in a type and really picked up as an established breed.

I love the idea of adding crossbreeds, but I wouldn't, personally, vote for Stonewalls to be one added, at least not as one of the start-up crosses. I do think POAs could be a nice addition, just a simple Shetland x Appaloosa cross (though, again, Arabian blood is allowed, it could be something added with time as it wouldn't be one of the F1 crosses).

I am in full support so long as crossbreds are not available as custom horses. I think they must be bred for their addition to help values in the current market. So long as they're bred vs. created, it will force expansion in herds and/or more interaction with other players to acquire lines in many cases.

I fully support this idea. I feel cross breeding would add a lot to the game, but i feel that the cross breeds should not be available to create in the equine center.
