Jinx

Jinx looked back at the two again, she felt like they where asking way to many questions. "Why would it matter if she was anyways, his pack is nearly gone and it's probably best if you joined us instead". She looked ahead she was irritated not with these two wolves, but with the fact that they wanted to meet Maddox and she had to see him again.


Nero

"In what way is he weak", he had ran into a few alpha wolves before that where considered weak it varied as to what reason. He looked to Jinx at her remark, "what about you where you in the pack before". He recalled that she didn't seem so happy about seeing him, so it only made him think that she had been in the pack as well.

Jaspar - a rusty red wolf with golden green eyes and black brindling. roughly 2 years of age.

Jaspar sprinted at full speed down the slopes of Thunder Pass Mountain. It had been a year since his family had left and he was happy to return. His alpha must be awaiting his return. "Alpha Maddox," he barked as he saw the familiar wolf come into view. He and his brother didn't want to leave the pack, but were forced to by their parents. No doubt Maddox was surprised of their return.

Link - identical to his brother Jaspar and same age.

Link was close on his brothers heels, feeling the same excitement. They had journeyed from far away. "Alpha," he yelled as well. He saw another wolf with the alpha, but that was the least of his concerns.

Juniper

Juniper nodded in response. She didn't want to snap at her. She kept her mouth shut and just let them lead the way.

Maddox

Maddox turned his head to see two males running in his in his direction and yelling his name.Old pack members? "What are you two doing here," he asked curious.

Jaspar & Link

Jaspar wagged his tail happily, "We came back to be in your pack." Link nodded in agreement to his brother's words. "It's true, we came back for you, we are forever loyal to your pack," Link said almost to overly excited. The two wagged their tails in unison. It was clear they were happy to be back with their alpha and happy to be home.

Sacka:

As they reached the foot of the mountain, Sacka took a deep breath. "Where do you think we should look for him, Jinx?" she asked quietly, flattening her ears against the wind.

Jinx

"I don't know you know him more then I do, where does he usually go", she looked around seeing if he close by she didn't see him. "If we can't find him then what" she didn't care if they found him or not, she just wanted to get this over with.

Nero

Nero was unsure about all this, he was up to meeting Maddox but he also hesitant. After all he knew nothing of him, these two females say he's weak but how does he know they're specking the truth.

Sacka:

"Maybe the lake? I dunno, it's a pretty big place. But he hangs around the lake a lot." Sacka responded.
"Come on, we might find Maddox by Bear Claw Lake." she called to the two wolves behind her.

Maddox

Maddox was confused for a moment. Why come back? I mean he needed pack members if were to be able to keep his territory, or at least most of it. They sure have incredible timing. He smiled at the two wolves, genuinely happy that he now had two pack members, well three including Akita. "Welcome back you guys, you sure have incredible timing," he said with a hint of guilt and sadness laced in his voice. "I have to say the pack isn't what it used to be."

Juniper

Juniper looked at Nero hesitantly. "What if they are right about Maddox?" She didn't want their words to matter so heavily to her, but she had to wonder. She didn't know what she would do. She knew if she joined the pack led by this female, Maddox would hate her for her betrayal against family which mattered to her more than these two wolves hating her. She wasn't even sure Nero would much stick around if she joined either one of the packs. He said before that he didn't have much of an interest in joining any pack...oh stop...you are just thinking to deeply into this.

Nero

" We'll have just to see, try not to worry about it", he gave her and encouraging smile. It seemed to him that she worried about it, he didn't understand why though. Then again she's been in a pack before not him, "are you sure he's going to be there". he didn't to just be walking around and looking for him all day, he wanted to meet him and get this over with.

Jinx

Jinx nodded "sounds good", she twitched her ear back at what the male had asked. She didn't know if Maddox would be there or not, but seemed Sacka did. "We're sure he there", he better be she didn't even want to meet him again.

Sacka:

"We can only hope." she snapped at Nero. "What, do you think we can read his mind?"
Then she realized that she shouldn't be so touchy. "Sorry." she apologized falsely. "I didn't mean to lose my temper."

Juniper

Juniper growled lowly, taking offense to the wolf snapping at her friend. She wasn't looking to start a fight with her by any means, just warning her not to be so quick with her anger. When the wolf apologized, Juniper's growling ceased and she turned to Nero to resume their conversation. "Your right," she said while returning the smile and wagging her tail.

Jinx

Jinx smile slightly as Sacka snapped at the male, she gave her a side glance eyebrow raise at the apology. She heard Juniper growl but it didn't last long, she could see the lake now "there it is".

Nero

Nero pinned his ears back as Sacka snapped at him, "you know if your to ever get members you should watch your temper". He looked to Juniper wagging the tip of his tail before looking forward again, he could see the lake as well.

Sacka:

"I'm sorry. I did not mean to offend you. Not everyone is nice, though. Just a heads up." she growled sweetly. She glanced at Jinx, letting her know that she really wasn't sorry. Sacka knew that she should at least try to sound pleasant, but she wasn't very good at holding her tongue.

Jaspar

Jaspar was confused by Maddox's change in tone. "What do you mean Maddox," he asked him cautiously. He knew that when he left that the pack was undergoing some difficulties, but since he was so young when it happened, he didn't remember much.

Link

Link stood behind Jaspar and let his brother do much of the talking. He was curious to know about what happened after their family left.

Saphria

(sleek sliver wolf with bright blue eyes, 3 years old. Used to be in a small, close family pack. She disgraced herself and was forced to leave, now alone and craving company)

Wandering through the forest, Saphria senses she has entered the territory of other wolves, her small ears perk up listening for any sounds of other life. She cautiously moves on along the trail scenting every few steps thinking to herself 'what if they chase me away... what if they are vicious..' She decides to get off the path and find a good spot to observe from, a near-by oak tree looks ideal.
