This page has some DNA tested DWBs with At, trying to dig up evidence for trakehners and thoroughbreds.

Breed: Paint (and others) 
Color: The Pearl gene aka Barlink Factor

Is it disputed by a reputable source? UCDavis is a very reputable source.

already exist in EV? are you wanting more variation in the way those colors appear on the horses? (you can get close to the quarter horse you shared with Buckskin + grey(@ 4 yrso) or Buckskin + RnRn or Buckskin + silver (ZZ))

Breed: All
Color:  most commonly seen on palominos, chestnuts, and darker horses
Marking: Bend-Or spots (or Ben d'Or, Smuts, or Grease Spots)
Proof it exists on purebred horses of that breed: (e.g. links to studies, to a widely known registry which states it's accepted, etc.): I know Wiki isn't great, but it has quite a lot of info in it about them. Also found here.
Is it disputed by a reputable source?: Not as far as I know
