My horse Mav!!

I just wanted to introduce everyone to my gelding Maverick.

He is a 8yo Quarter Horse gelding. Regestered name is Okies Magnum Opus. he was trained in western rail, cow, trail, and a little bit of Drill team. when i first got him he had never had an english saddle on before and now we are great at it!!!
He is super lazy tho. he is our youngest horse but he acts like our oldest. but i still love him. :)
i have owned him since August last year.
This year we hope to do well enough a our county fair to go to the state fair.

What a handsome fella!

He's beautiful! What color is he? Bay?

A handsome boy, but I will never ride English, I nearly broke my back due to English riding, a rattlesnake slithered across and the horse wanted to play stomp the snake and I was thrown and landed on a stump, with a western saddle at least I have something to grab and hold on to.

Oh no!!! that's aweful! we do a mix of bareback english and western. my fav is western, but i enjoy english to. all we do tho is ride in an arena.
