Well, I did a thing...

Some of you may remember that earlier this year, I had to put down my mare, Rose. After that, I purchased a gray AQHA gelding named Leo. Unfortunately, things with Leo are not working out and we do not get along. I am sending him off to a trainer next week to be worked with, evaluated and sold.

So, what did I do? I went ahead and put down a deposit on this guy ♥ "Blitz" is a 2024 APHA colt (will be gelded), he is currently 3 1/2 months old. He is a palomino tobiano. I am super excited about him. My plan is to show him in the yearling in-hand classes next year. I am really looking forward to our future together! OH, and, we are going to take his momma as well. "Dream" is a 22 year old cremello AQHA mare who has earned her retirement. She is just going to be a pet and live out her days being pampered and spoiled ♥ She is pictured in the last photo with Blitz when he was just a wittle bitty baby.

Sad that things with Leo didn't work out, but I am excited for you! Blitz is absolutely adorable and I'm glad Dream can Live with you and be happy and healthy! Also he is sooo tiny in the last photo! Best of luck! Also I'd love to hear about how your yearling classes go! ( even tho that'd a while from now)

Sorry to hear about Leo, but I hope he gets a good home at least..? The colt is very adorable, the palomino and tobiano makes it so very unique. I even wanted to make the foal and mother into characters for you, like make them in digital bases that fit them, but that probably wouldn't settle well with you.

Cute foal, but be warned health conditions show quicker in geldings than stallions. I speak from experiance.

aww too bad things didn't work out with Leo! i hope you and Blitz are able to get along well, he and his momma are super cute! ♥
