Looking for a mentor for making Art/Tags/Signature

Does anyone know how to make art/tags/signatures? i would really like to know how to make them. but i don't know how. does anyone want to mentor me on how? or just offer advice? I can pay whatever you want. i just KNEED TO KNOW HOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Art is different with people, I'm not the best for mentoring but I just wanted to sum up the tags and sigs for you.

I found it but my computer would not let me use it. i have a really old computer.

I can mentor you on making tags! For a beginner I would recommend going on to deviant art .com and searching free horse lineart, and then using a drawing app to fill in the lines! You can also join some groups on deviant art that have a bunch of free lineart! Just make sure it says free or else it would be stealing art!

Personally, I use Sketchbook since I don't want to buy anything fancy, but I will leave it to others for recommendations!
