Solstice just frowned as she watched her brother walk away like he had. Something was off about him, but it was clear he didn't want her to follow him. Even Solstice knew when to leave him alone. Though she looked around the herd once more letting out a sigh before she walked back over to Orion and their daughters. "Is he alright?" Orion asked once she had approached the three of them, "He didn't seem like himself from what I saw." he added before he glanced towards Namir from a distance before looking back at Solstice.

She only laid down beside him before shaking her head, "I know he's not, but he just made it clear he wanted to be left alone.." she said before resting her head upon his back. Nysa just nuzzled Raja encouraging her to get up on her hooves, "Careful Nysa she's still getting used to using her legs." Solstice said as she watched the two, "Let her go at her own pace." Though Raja just looked at her sister before getting up on her tiny golden hooves. Once she did, the little golden filly just seemed to prance around her sister before taking interest in her wings.

"I am being careful mom. I help Nature with the smallest of critters. I know how to be careful." Nysa said before watching her sister prance around her before taking interest in her multicolored wings. Nysa just chuckled a little bit, "When your of age you can start to learn how to use your own wings, but that will be awhile from now.." she said before looking around noticing Minette was with her brother. "Why don't I take Raja to go play? She hasn't played at all yet.." she suggested.

Solstice just looked at Orion before letting out a small sigh, "Alright...j-just keep a close eye on her. There's been a lot going on recently.." she said seeming hesitant about it, but Solstice trusted Nysa. As the two left, Solstice just rested her head upon Orion's back again. After awhile she noticed Orion had pulled out a book and what looked like a few of the scrolls Everest had given him, "What are you looking at?" she asked curiously as she looked over the book a small bit and the scrolls.

"I just thought I'd try to look for something regarding the disappearance of Grey Cloud and the foals..." he said letting out a small sigh before he looked at Solstice, "And whoever that mare was..or what that weird creature of light was as well. We need the answers, so we know for what's to come." he said. Solstice just gave a small nod before she once again laid her head on top of his back closing her eyes to get some rest. Even if the sun was setting yet, Solstice just needed to rest to help ease her mind of everything.

Minette looked up to see Nysa, her little sister tagging along adorably and that made Minette smile, despite having some grass in her mouth as she wanted to graze some more. Minette's last and only other little brother looked up at nysa as well, then he noticed little Raja, the little colt was mesmerized, in a trance, because of how Raja looked in the little colt's eyes: just purely beautiful, despite not knowing the word beautiful.

Meanwhile Eclipsetess decided to get up and just walk about the herd, might as well since her last and only other foal was with his big sister, Nysa, and little adorable Raja. Eclipsetess had to smile because she was happy seeing the two mares together with their siblings, it as just an adorable moment that no mare, or stallion, could disagree that it was just too purely adorable and sweet.

"Hm, I haven't flown in the air for quite some time. I might as well fly and feel the wind through my hair once again." Eclipsetess spoke to no one but herself, as she opened her wings and took off into the sky: feeling free once again, and just loving the soft wind bellow and howl between strands of Eclipsetess's hair, it was just a moment that no alicorn could deny that it always felt good to fly, especially cruising is the best one of all flight speeds.

As Eclipsetess was flying in the air, sometimes hovering over the herd and watching over them, looking at Scorn from high above was quite weird to see the lead stallion look like the shape of an ant from him looking so small from Eclipsetess's perspective. Eclipsetess chuckled to herself as she slowly looked around the meadow, surrounded by trees, protected by foliage and just looking like a safe haven compared to... years before.

Eclipsetess shook her head of any of those bad memories, instead. Eclipsetess noticed something moving in the distance, the creature had long flowing hair, like that of fire, or somewhere close where a fox had the pelt that shined like fire itself. Eclipsetess decided to land on the soft grassy ground, as she looked back at the trees that blinded her view of seeing the creature. Eclipsetess looked back at her herd, making sure that no one spotted her yet, Scorn took obvious notice but decided to keep grazing and letting Eclipsetess explore the forest: she was a powerful goddess after all, she could protect herself, but that meant the herd had a recovering goddess and that was Solstice. Scorn just sighed and kept grazing, knowing that Eclipsetess would return from her adventure and go back to her duties.

Though for Eclipsetess, the thrill of seeing a new creature delighted her, besides that one mare who was just too much of a fire hazard to be kept on the forested isle on Isle of Dreams. But Eclipsetess was happy that same disappeared, she didn't want a second time that the forest burned: there was too much life in the herd, and no one would have had time to run if the forest went ablaze first.

Eclipsetess shook her head a second time, then she bumped into a tree. But when Eclipsetess opened her eyes, she was in front of no tree, she was instead.. looking at the pelt of a horse, or well the skin of one since there was no hair on the horse. Eclipsetess then quickly backed up, she realized she wandered a little farther away from the meadow with the herd, but it was alright since she could fly back when she wanted too.

The skeleton-like horse in front of Eclipsetess just curiously gazed at the living mare that was Eclipsetess, curious of the mare just like how Eclipsetess was curious of the undead-looking horse. Eclipsetess then peered into the black eyesockets, with some eyelashes that barely peeked through the eyesockets. Eclipsetess then looked at the red, orange, yellow moving forelock that was moving on its own.

"What? Are you... dead? Undead? If you're undead, then... you're not attacking me at all. Are you friendly?" Eclipsetess asked a series of questions, wondering who the mare was, but the mare never spoke once. The mare reminded Eclipsetess of her last foal that wouldn't speak, even if he was growing up slowly but surely, never once talking.

The undead mare, with her fire forelock, took one step closer to Eclipsetess. The undead mare wanted to peer into Eclipsetess's soul, peering to see if Eclipsetess had a good soul or a bad soul. And the undead mare was surprised: Eclipsetess had a good soul, mostly due to being a goddess and having her family and friends around. The undead mare backed up, her skeleton hooves sounding like normal hooves on the ground.

Eclipsetess then finally noticed that the undead mare had small white eyes that look at anything like a normal object that a horse might would see. The undead mare then moved her side, so that Eclipsetess could see that the undead mare's mane was also like her forelock: fire, as well as the undead mare's tail too.

"Well, you're definately something and not a normal average horse, that's for sure!" Eclipsetess giggled, the undead mare tilted her head a little, out of curiosity, but Eclipsetess was not disturbed that the mare's head was her actual skull: as obvious because of the eyesockets, then the undead mare was able to move her head to look Eclipsetess all around, the undead mare's neck was not connected to the skull but the mare was interacting at least. Just out of curiosity.

Eclipsetess was spooked when the undead mare's skull was moving around, just something completely unnatural for an undead horse. Eclipsetess still thought that the undead mare would attack her still, but no, the undead mare was completely a pacifist. Eclipsetess was still in shock even seeing this fiery mare walk around as a pacifist, but at least Eclipsetess perked up when a thought occured to her.

"Hey, uhm, mare... I don't know if you're deaf, or just mute: but since you're not speaking, would you like to join my herd? As in you protecting it alongside our lead stallion, my friend, and all our herd members protecting each other, including the oldest but wisest horse that we respect since... Snow..." Eclipsetess spoke up, before going silent, and then perking up again but being humble this time.

The undead mare tilted her head a little more, then she walked up next to Eclipsetess, putting her body close to the mare to signal that she's ready to join the herd. A big change for the entire herd, but Eclipsetess is willing to gain more allies to help stock up the herd on protection, and that the herd has some foals so it will definately be worth the newcomer to be a protecter alongside the goddesses, and everyone else.

"Ah!! Alright let's go!" Eclipsetess got excited, then she started cantering back to the herd. The undead mare followed suit behind Eclipsetess, the undead mare did combust her firey forelock, mane and tail as she got happy and made noises to speak that she's happy right now, no excited!

As Eclipsetess poked her head out, she opened her wings so that the herd's new ally and newcomer was hidden, besides the undead mare's fire mane and tail peeking out a little bit. But it was all good, the fire though, was smelled no doubt, since fire is smoke and its a very strong smell as well. The herd slowly looked up, wondering if the same mare came back, but the presence felt.. nice and gentle, not the other way around for the opposite presence, but this one was kind and caring too, Eclipsetess was definately grinning happily.

"Hey, everyone!" Eclipsetess greeted her herd, every herd member looked confused, curious, a bit spooked and nervous. Then Scorn came over to check on Eclipsetess, he was wondering who the new horse was, and if Eclipsetess somehow made the previous mare an ally instead of a possible threat or enemy.

"Eclipsetess... who is it?" Scorn asked in a scolding fatherly way, he was definately getting a little more overprotective because he smells fire, but Eclipsetess was calm: then he was calm since he knows that seal brown mare better than everyone, besides Solstice, still.

"Um, I don't know her name. And she may be possibly mute, but she's very talkative in body language." As soon as Eclipsetess started speaking, the undead fire mare behind Eclipsetess combusted her mane, forelock, and tail once again. And Eclipsetess got surprised and nervous and Scorn had a judgemental look on him again.. a very judgemental look on his face.

"Alright here the mare is!" Eclipsetess folded her wings, the undead fire mare walked up beside Eclipsetess on her own cue. The fire was definately more controlled and less all over the place, but the undead mare's coat was bone white: very pale and that her ribs were seen a little at the spinal cord, and the mare's hooves were boney and skeleton-like but the skin concealed the gorey insides. Though once the mare looked at Scorn: the mare's neck did not connect to her skull-like head, and the mouth; it was just like the skull for the bones of the skull but the head was entirely white as the black eye sockets also had small white dots. The mare's stomach was inflated to look like she didn't eat for years on end, though the mare was very friendly: besides the fire feathering on her hooves that concealed them a bit.

"What in the blazing sky..?" Scorn mumbled, he was beyond surprised that an undead mare could be so friendly, yet so calm and mute? Well, the mare didn't speak, she only spoke in body language. But it was fine, Scorn could feel the friendly, calm, gentle, caring/kind presence that the mare gently laid onto the herd, almost blanketing them in the entire presence of the mare. Scorn almost mistook the undead mare for Snow coming back, but he knew she was in a happier place now and that she had her horn again up in the heavens.

Scorn turned around to look at the herd, they were stunned and in awe, but they could feel the presence the undead fire mare gently blanketed everyone with. It made them control their emotions better, it was an advantage a very nice advantage that the mare thought of.

Minette was grazing, she didn't realize the undead fire mare was right there, but she noticed her little  brother go and she knew he couldn't be stopped. So, Minette looked at Nysa before looking at her little brother and having to run to him, to keep him near her since Eclipsetess was with the new ally and friend for the herd.

"Sorry Nysa!" Minette apologized as she ran, she unfolded her wings and jumped as Minette glided through the air to catch up with her little brother. Minette was a natural born glider, like what Eclipsetess said all those years ago when she complimented Minette's natural born talent to glide through the sky.

Once Minette was near enough to her little brother, she grabbed his little tail with her mouth very gently, as she slowly and gently stopped and her little brother was in front of the undead fire mare: something Minette did not want her brother near her. Even though Eclipsetess was there, she was nuzzling her little son and then she walked up to Minette and nuzzled her, before she turned around to  look at the mare: she was still something awe-inspiring to see and Eclipsetess couldn't help but chuckled at the gorgeous fire that the undead mare could control without much issue: besides combusting her mane.

Nysa decided to trot over to Minette and her brother thinking it would be good for Raja to play with another foal. Though Raja slowly followed her sister before quickly catching up until she was right at Nysa's side. Nysa smiled before looking down at her sister, "You should go play with him. You two are cousins after all." she said before gently nudging Raja towards Minette's brother. Raja just looked at her sister before looking at the colt unsure about it. Though after a moment Raja seemed to have started playing with him.

Nysa smiled watching them before looking at Minette, "They remind me of us when we were fillies," she said with a small giggle before she decided to lay down and roll around in the lush green grass. Nysa seemed calm and relaxed considering all of the recent events that's happened, but she still worried about those who went missing. Especially Minette's foal since they were only a day or so old. Though Nysa didn't want to bring that up, and she wasn't going to since it seemed Minette was doing better then she was earlier.

Solstice though still seemed a bit nervous about multiple things. Orion just sighed, "Do you ever stop worrying? We'll figure it out like always." he said trying to calm her worries. Though he knew it wasn't going to be easy to do that. "Why don't we just walk around the herd? That might help and it's been awhile since we've both walked around together.." he suggested. Solstice just got distracted watching her daughters for a moment before she looked at Orion and nodded seeming to like the idea as the two stood up.

"I just feel like there's something we're missing..or that this is just the start of something.." she said looking down for a quick moment before returning to look at Orion. Though after a few minutes Solstice just mumbled, "Probably just me being paranoid again.." Orion only let out a small giggle before nuzzling her. "Come on..let's walk around the herd..maybe check up on Moon as well.." she said as the two started their little walk around the herd. Eventually Solstice stopped being so paranoid and worried that she started to enjoy herself.

Though Moon was laying down within the herd looking around. She knew Apollo had been keeping a close eye on her recently, but she paid it no mind. Her once dark blue tobiano coat that seemed to shimmer in the light had seemed to have started fading. Almost as if the color just wilted the older she got, but Moon paid no mind to all of that. She knew when it would be time, and for now she just enjoyed everything and everyone. Especially the foals whenever they played. Oh how she wished she knew what had gone of those two foals who were now missing.

Namir was still laying down where he was resting. Maybe even letting out a cough or two from the smoke. Though he noticed Eclipsetess fly off figuring she was just going to go on a peaceful flight. While she was gone, Namir closely watched Minette and his son as well as Nysa and Raja. Though he was mainly watching the foals since they were the only two foals left in the herd. He did look around the herd as well though. He knew something was coming. What it was, he didn't know, but he knew the foals and Grey Cloud wouldn't just disappear like they had.

It seemed to have been awhile since Eclipsetess flew off before she emerged from the trees and called out to everyone. Namir knew there was something she wanted to announce, so he got up on his hooves and started making his way over. Though the closer he got the more he could smell smoke again, but it was different. It didn't seem to take long until most of the herd had made their way over to see what was going on, but they knew it was something since Eclipsetess called out to the herd like she had.

Solstice and Orion had looked at each other when Eclipsetess called out before they decided to go see what was going on. Moon had done the same, but she stayed in the back. No one knew what to think when Eclipsetess revealed the mare. Solstice didn't even know what to say at first since she wasn't expecting that. "Are you sure it's a good choice for her to join our herd..?" she hesitantly asked although she sensed the mare meant no harm. "With everything going on at least..." she said mumbling a bit.

Nysa looked over noticing the herd gathering around Eclipsetess, but Nysa didn't know what was going on. Though she stayed put until she noticed her cousin running off towards everyone with Minette quickly following behind, "It's alright." Nysa said with a small giggle before she looked at her sister. Raja just watched Minette glide before looking at her almost pure black wings. The filly tried to flap them, but not much happened. Nysa sighed before nuzzling her, "It'll take time sis, but you'll be able to fly one day." she said before nudging her, "Let's go see what's going on now."

#271259 Posted on 2023-12-06 21:22:07

A few days go by, nothing more from what happened and the introduction of a new member to the herd. Nothing else seemed to even want to poke the protective grounds of the meadow with the herd of horses, well it couldn't since it'd deal with the best herd-protectors around..

"Hm... ha rumph.." A mouth curls into a snarl, the eyes of green and orange blink once, the stallion watching the days pass with his crystalized foresight dragon eyeball. "What do you see?" a mare asked, she had blue eyes and a spikey baldish face, she was brown except for the tobiano, and a smallish leopard blanket that sticks near the rump to the near edge of the tobiano on the legs.

The stallion, watching through his crystalized dragon eyeball, turned and started walking towards the entrance of the room to make his exit. "I'm tired of waiting now, Neira, stay here as usual." the stallion demanded in a soft tone, the mare watched as the stallion left the room and presumbly the entire home altogether.

The mare sighed, before looking at the dragon eyeball and then leaving on her own accord to brighten the place up. The stallion, however, opened up his wings and started flying to the Isle of Dreams. The stallion had a pair of feathered wings that were bright and colored like a bird, as a second pair of wings, feathered as well but half of the side was leather. The stallion had a long or normal sized horn but don't underestimate the power of an alicorn sometimes.

Meanwhile Eclipsetess was excitedly grazing, as the new herd member was walking around. The mare's hooves touching the grass was like any other horse, normal, yet the new herd member was far beyond normal. Yet, she looked up at the sky looking intensely into the sky before she rushed over to Eclipsetess, who was grazing until she felt a soft pinch on her skin.

So, Eclipsetess immediately looked up at the fiery undead mare, whom had backed up so that Eclipsetess could see. Even though Eclipsetess looked a bit at the ground and found nothing, until the undead mare motioned her head towards the sky, and then Eclipsetess understood that she was meant to look up at the sky and not the ground.

Eclipsetess then looked back at the undead mare, "Alright what am I supposed to be looking for?" she asked, and the undead mare looked up back at the sky: seeing something, or just looking at the clouds that were white and rolling along slowly across the sky.

Eclipsetess looked up back at the sky, getting a sinking feeling like she's missing something, so she opened her wings and started flying: going to find whatever it was that the undead mare saw and or found, even though Eclipsetess is staying in the territory of her herd and not actually leaving, just circling around and looking from side to side and even out in the beyond: besides the other Isles shortly in the distance.

The stallion was flying in the sky, barely flapping since he's so used to gliding over a distance, and ever so occasionally will flap his wings once or twice before just free flying in the sky. But he did notice that a horse took off into the sky, circling and looking out for anything out of the ordinary.

"Oop." The stallion made a quick dive downwards into the forest, landing on the ground expertly and softly before folding both his four wings up. Then he started walking, slow and steady at first, before trotting off and finishing the rest of his walk that was almost his flight.

The undead mare was watching Eclipsetess, before perking and looking into the foaliage, then she noticed something and ran away from the presence. She wasn't near the full presence of the stallion, yet she took caution and ran from him: knowing the danger before he's even there.

Eclipsetess was just coming back down when she noticed the undead mare running a bit from something, before turning around and standing ground: protecting some herd members that were just grazing, so Eclipsetess decided to land down next to the mare. One mare was unsure of what's happening, Eclipsetess, and the one being protective over the group of horses, the undead mare, looking in the direction of where she ran from.

Then..

Some rustling..

"Time's up." A voice said, suddenly a magical curved web-like dome covered up the herd! It had holes, or well, the holes were barriers so that no one could escape by flight. And the dome came up from the ground, surprising everyone and even the undead mare had to keep her ground and not show to be scared by this.

The stallion emerged from the foaliage, flying into the dome like nothing, as he hovered over the entire herd: the undead mare kept focus on the stallion, her flames hair combusting before slowly going down. Eclipsetess too opened her wings and was just about to get her magic ready: when she was suddenly wrapped up in webs, the stallion thought of that happening.

"No one breaks out, in. No one can escape, and if you think you can: you're sorely mistaken with me.." The stallion growled, looking down upon the herd.

"I am the one that will defy all horses, I will defy the magic that you have. And be the next terror of your minds.. be the next haunting nightmare of ALL realms." The stallion declared without much thought put into his speech.

"Famous last words really." He bluntly added in.

Scorn was about to run up to the stallion, wings out, almost in flight: until he got stoned in the middle of his take off, the herd silent. Surprised, and stunned that their leader got turned into stone, no less a second time now. At least no one else got hurt or turned into something, yet..

The stallion narrowed his eyes at Scorn's sad attempt at defeating an enemy, then the stallion looked at Eclipsetess, whom had shouted Scorn's name out of  right to be frighten, then he went onto the ground before walking up to Eclipsetess and putting his face in hers.

"You're not gonna pull anything are you, mare?" The stallion asked, disdain in his voice, then he turned around: tail smacking Eclipsetess on the face, as he walked away without a care in the world. It seems he does not care about his life, but he tied up one goddess and stoned the leader of the herd, a second time, since its not their first time being stoned, but the stallion did nothing else.

The stallion flew back into the air, his primary wings sort of large but not enough, his secondary wings are smaller than his primary but still is large enough to keep him in the air. The stallion never said his name, because he thinks it would be flanderous to even say it..

#271261 Posted on 2023-12-07 07:34:02

The next couple of days weren't eventful of any sort, but Solstice and some of the others remained worried about those who were missing. There hadn't been a sign of any of them, and Solstice was trying her best to hope for the best. Although she tried to keep her mind off of it every now and then knowing she needed to relax and think of something else. Though she always kept Raja at her side for multiple reasons, and maybe keeping a close eye on Nysa as well. She had a feeling something was coming.

As for Raja, she had started to become quite the handful. Often running around the herd looking for something to do, or even refusing to sleep every once in awhile. At least Solstice was used to staying up in the night. Though at the time, Solstice seemed to have been taking a small nap after a long night without any sleep. Orion was left with watching the filly as he walked around the herd, "Raja stay close. We don't need you running into anyone or going off in the woods. You'll get lost." he said picking up to a trot trying to catch up to her.

Nysa had been with Nature, and had returned to the herd seeing her father trying to keep up with her sister. She only let out a small chuckle and spread out her wings as she flew beside her sister, "Come on Dad can't catch us." she said before going into a gallop folding her wings in keeping pace with her sister who had gotten quite fast. Raja only let out a small nicker as she kept galloping enjoying the little chase with her sister beside her. Namir ended up watching the chase letting out a laugh.

Orion only tried to pick up speed, "Alright alright you two win. I'm not as fast as you girls." he said slowing down to a stop as his two daughters had done the same before trotting back over. Orion only smiled as he nuzzled them both before looking over at Solstice, "Another long night I suppose." he said before looking around. He too was worried about their missing herdmates, but there wasn't anything he or anyone could do except wait. Though he looked at Nysa, "How have you been doing with everything?" he asked.

Nysa was only messing around with her sister before looking at her father a little surprised at his question. She fell silent for a second before letting out a small sigh, "Could be better, but I'm just worried about Minette still...and her foal. The others too of course. It's been days since we last saw any sign of them..I'm starting to think there's more going on then we think.." she said sounding a little worried before she looked over noticing Solstice had woken up and walked over as Raja trotted over to their mother.

Solstice only nuzzled the filly before looking at the others, "I fear the same, but we can't do anything right now. Just try not to overwhelm yourself. We'll figure this out like we always do." she said before looking around the herd spotting Moon, Apollo not too far from her. Her ears lowered slightly, "I'm afraid if something happens and we have to leave that Moon wouldn't be able to flee...she's worsening almost every day.." she said knowing it would be hard on the herd, but some more then others.

Orion only sighed, "Let's hope that doesn't happen. How'd you sleep?" she asked as Solstice just gave a small nod before they both realized Eclipsetess seemed to be searching for something as the new mare seemed to sense there was something there. That was when Solstice noticed something wasn't right. She could tell Orion and Nysa felt the same, but none of them spoke a word. Solstice just studied the new mare and Eclipsetess before an unfamiliar voice rang out from the foliage. Solstice just used her wing to keep Raja close to her.

Though just as the voice spoke, a large web-like dome had trapped the herd. Solstice snorted pinning her ears as she opened her wings slightly while she kept Raja closer to her as well. That was when a stallion showed himself hovering over the herd as Solstice snorted. Was he behind the disappearances of their herd members? Although that was when Eclipsetess had gone to attack only to be wrapped up in webs, "Eclipsetess!" Solstice called out but stayed where she was. She had to protect her filly and her family.

Solstice studied the stallion's words, but she didn't believe him. Now with Eclipsetess unable to do anything, Solstice had to be smart about her actions. She was the only other goddess in the herd after all. Though Nysa was unsure of what to think until she watched Scorn being turned to stone a second time. That was when she started trembling. Not again. She couldn't do this again. Asher flooded her thoughts. Both Solstice and Orion noticed, but Orion stepped beside her trying to comfort her without drawing any attention.

Now Solstice really had to be careful, but she noticed her brother giving her a look from where he stood. She knew what he was trying to tell her. Though she looked over seeing Apollo standing beside his mother protecting her. Though Namir turned his attention back to the stallion furious about what he had done to his mate, "Why are you here, and what do you plan on doing with us?" he asked demandingly as his eyes had started to faintly glow the same red color they always did. Solstice only looked at him wishing he hadn't just done that hoping her brother wouldn't be harmed.

The stallion seemed to smile? Creepy for the one attacking and trapping the herd without hesitation, that's just unsettling. But the stallion then chuckled, before showing his teeth as he smiled and then sighed out of contentness. "That, my dear young stallion: is for me to know, and for you to find out." The stallion flapped his wings again, Eclipestess, meanwhile, is squriming to get out refusing to be stuck defenseless like this.

The stallion threw his attention back onto the entire herd, then he leaned back in the air, somewhat not all to look defenseless, he knows what he's doing, he's just not attacking right away. Planning is important after all, especially when looking over an entire herd, bit by bit or rather horse by horse.

"A herd this big.." The stallion started. "Is simply a dream."

The stallion leaned back once more, before sighing and looking up at the dome. "I suppose its not all bad, I did stone your lead stallion: that means I would rule over this herd, or rather lead it if I felt like it." He huffed. "But I do not want to do something, so time consuming."

"Anyways, I suppose I could take over a defenseless herd..." The stallion was correcting himself. "Well..." The stallion eyed Solstice. "Not entirely defenseless." He chuckled.

The stallion went up straight, before thinking of something to do. He can't just leave the herd as it is, its a bit of a habit to mess with the herd. Even though they have been forced to see things that not any other horse would want to see, especially selected members of the herd.

"Alright, I ought to do something. As you all have seen things, things no one wants to see for a herd or its members." The stallion looked at the ground, before hovering down and landing gently on the grass. For an enemy, he seems pretty much like any other horse, except villains that the herd had to deal with.

The stallion started walking, looking at mares and stallions and other horses of the herd. Going through selectively, for something that he's doing or he's gonna accomplish himself. The stallion walking through groups, just to keep everyone separate: but never going near families of the herd.

So, the herd is getting smart with grouping up by family members, since the stallion never went near families, so they are taking that advantage and because of protection as well. Despite Eclipsetess forced to stay where she was, and the new mare never left Eclipsetess's side: not once, not at all.

Eclipsetess watched the stallion walk around, before turning around in a big circle and raising his head high, the stallion doesn't seem to be much taller than other horses in the herd, in fact, he seems smaller. Eclipsetess gasped as she realized that the enemy was a little smaller than Namir, as she then began trying to contain her laughter as this new revelation.

The new mare looked at Eclipsetess, before lowering her left ear and turning her head at an angle, curiosity as to why Eclipsetess was trying not to make fun of the enemy. It would disrespect the stallion, since all stallions would mostly take offense. But the stallion only gave Eclipsetess the side eye with a raised eyebrow, he understood what she was doing and he didn't seem to care.

The stallion kept on walking, the new mare kept her little beady white eyes on him. Until the mare looked at Eclipsetess, the stallion only walked back to the front of the herd, all eyes on him, except for the new mare was looking at Eclipsetess before doing what everyone else was doing.

The stallion looked over the herd one more time, before just thinking as he looked at everyone, one horse at multiple times. Though Minette was just sneaking into the herd, and she snuck right next to her mother. Which got the stallion's attention, but he did nothing except narrow his eyes before looking over the herd once more.

Minette looked at Eclipsetess, her mother tied up for going to attack the stallion, Minette just sighed before looking at the stallion as he kept overlooking the entire herd from his standing point. Minette then looked at the new mare, the flowing firehair from the bangs to the mane and finally the tail.

Minette looked at the stallion again, this time he looked Minette in the eyes before sighing and walking to someone else. He could tell that Minette was a mother, obvious by her unease at not finding her foal even though she is calm just still worried about her little one.

Minette didn't understand stallions sometimes, even though this new stallion can obviously tell what's wrong: he never does anything, as he knows that no one would like the stallion go near a mare, especially a mother, but that sigh is of defeat: he knows something that the others don't.

And the stallion's behavor made Minette think that this stallion took her baby, and Eclipsetes's other foal and Grey Cloud. But Minette cannot jump to conclusions: she might get the wrong horse, but the clearly has control over the herd since he obviously defeated Scorn easily with magic and a fast speed instantly too.

Still, he knows he isn't trustworthy and he can tell by his behavor and how he's acting around the herd and looking horses in the eyes, except going near families or doing what the stallion is doing with separate horses that he's not doing to the families within the herd.

Namir only snorted and stomped his hoof as he pinned his ears further, "You got a lot of nerve coming here. This isn't our first rodeo." he said not even worried about what the stallion could do to him, "I am not afraid of you." he added before snorting once more, "Call me dear a second time and see what will happen." Namir snapped without hesitation. Though that was when he noticed Eclipsetess squirming as she tried to get free. She was completely vulnerable, and that didn't sit right with Namir at all.

Who even was this stallion? Having the power to turn horses to stone much like Asher, and having the magic of webs? What else was he hiding? Namir pondered on everything the stallion had said so far, but none of it made sense. Nonetheless, he knew he had to think of something. Especially due to the herd members that were vulnerable. Those like Moon, Raja, and now Eclipsetess. Namir only hoped Solstice would play it safe so nothing would happen to her as well. They all needed her, and he knew she knew that as well.

Though Solstice made sure Raja stayed behind her out of sight. Orion and Nysa helped to do the same once Orion managed to calm Nysa down enough for the time being. Solstice just gave her brother a look as if to say, "What are you doing? Trying to get yourself hurt?" Then all of their attention went back to the stallion as he started speaking again. If he didn't want to lead the herd then why did he turn Scorn to stone? Nothing was making sense to anyone, "What does he want with us, if he doesn't want to lead us..?" Solstice whispered to herself as Orion and Nysa looked at her hearing her.

The stallion's next words caused Solstice to look down for a moment lowering her ears. Nysa seemed to have done the same as well. Though Solstice quickly forgot about those memories knowing they would only distract her which could be a big mistake. Solstice then looked up when the stallion had looked at her and her specifically as he laughed. She just pinned her ears and kept her head up. She wasn't going to let any of this slide. She just needed a plan of some sort before doing anything.

Though with the stallion now walking around the herd, everyone grouped up together. Solstice studied him and so did Namir. It seemed as though he was looking for someone for something. Whatever that something was. Although Namir did make sure the foal him and Eclipsetess still had stayed next to him while he slowly attempted to make his way to Eclipsetess once the stallion had turned away. "Stay close." he whispered keeping an eye on this stallion and Eclipsetess at the same time.

As the stallion continued to walk around the herd, Moon attempted to stand up, but struggled more than she had a few days ago. Apollo noticed and nuzzled her a bit trying not to attract the stallion, "Mom don't get up..just stay put.." he whispered hoping she would listen, "This isn't the time," he whispered again worriedly. Moon wasn't afraid of this stallion, but she could see the fear and worry in her son's eyes as she gave a small nod and laid back down. There had to have been a way out of there.

As Namir was slowly making his way to Eclipsetess, he noticed Minette had done the same catching the attention of the stallion. Namir stopped and tensed up watching the stallion closely. If he hurt any of them, he wasn't going to hesitate to attack no matter what would do to him. As for Solstice she watched everything while she thought about everything the stallion had been saying eventually some of it clicked, "He's been watching us...he's been planning this..for a while.." she whispered as she looked at Orion worriedly.

"Mmm, yesss and I'll do it again.." The stallion hissed in Solstice's ear, a snake-like hissy whisper, despite the stallion looking directly at Solstice when he turned his head to look over his shoulder. That is just creepy of what he did, he could be in spot while whispering in another: this isn't like the others at all, this isn't like any other enemy before.

The stallion looked at a random mare, studying her before leaning his head back and sighing to himself before walking off, the same random mare was horrified and shaking on her legs. The poor mare was frightened bvery much, at least the group surrounding her has begun the comfort process immediately.

As the stallion stopped and looked at the ground, before looking underneath him: a tactic Eclipsetess uses to act like she's eating even though she's paying close attention to others conversations, if its something she needs to hear but she wouldn't pay attention if its nothing.

Then the stallion lifted his head and neck back up, before a small faint light glow came from his horn and went up before shooting off in many directions. The trail glittering in the air like magical stalagmites, even though cave critters are... weird but interesting to the eye.

"Let's see if I missed anyone." The stallion whispered, as he grew a small smile, then he began following the trail that stayed in the air, going all around the herd before bumping into someone and backing up. Then he walked around before shortly stopping just on the side of Solstice.

"A foal I presume? Most of them in the herd anyways." The stallion asked before looking at the herd, he isn't throwing hooves but more of wanted to look at Raja for an unknown reason. Well he probably has a reason, but he's keeping secrets besides spooking horses into fright.

"Now, be a good mare and let me see that sunshiney ray of light!!" The stallion said in a sweet and cheery tone, he even smiled sweetly, though it wasn't demanding: more of being patient and waiting. He's waiting until Solstice gives in, he's not gonna leave until he looks at Raja.

"I have heard of your foal before.." The stallion whispered only to Solstice, smiling a bit more dangerously, there he goes being a dangerous stallion with knowledge. his voice low and he knows to keep it down lower to keep out of earshot of the horses and herd entirely. Horses do have an excellent earshot after all, so the stallion acknowledges this and retaliates with a lower whisper that sounds so subtle like he's reading a book for foals. It's more of relaxing than being unsettled, due to the stallion's deep enough voice relaxing to some but others are still uneased about him anyways.

Solstice froze for a second once she realized the stallion was now beside her whispering in her ear. She remained silent, and eventually looked at him, "Whatever you are planning won't work." she said firmly. She knew that much. "Just like my brother said you have some nerve attempting whatever it is you are attempting." she said warning him just like her brother had. Though she was uncomfortable with how close the stallion was. Too close for comfort, and Orion pinned his ears stepping closer to Solstice. Almost like he wanted this stallion to back off because he did.

Once the stallion had turned and walked away, Solstice had let out a small sigh of relief as she untensed some before she looked at Orion then Nysa. Though she knew this wasn't over yet. Not even close. For the moment she just made sure her family was safe and alright. She knew this stallion knew who she was when he had looked at her just a few minutes prior, but she knew she still had to be smart. Solstice saw what he did to Eclipsetess and Scorn when they went to attack, so she knew something of the sort would happen to her if she were to do the same.

Namir snorted as he watched the stallion standing next to his sister and seemed to be whispering in her ear. Though he looked over at Eclipsetess, Minette, and the new mare as he quickly guided the one twin over to them as he had done the same. He felt better once he was back with his family, but he continued to keep a close eye on the stallion before turning his attention to Eclipsetess nuzzling her for a quick moment, "Let's see if we can get you of these webs.." he said in a whisper before he glanced at the stallion once more.

Solstice then noticed a faint glow as she looked over at the stallion noticing the glow was coming from his horn as there then seemed to be a glow splitting off into almost every direction. Orion had a bit of a worried look almost like he knew what was going on, but he didn't say anything. He remained quiet like most of the herd was. Probably for the best, but he also didn't want to worry his family any more than what they were. They were lucky enough Raja was staying put as they hid her from the stallion's view..at least for now.

That was when Solstice tensed up again and both Orion and Nysa pinned their ears. When the stallion spoke of a foal, Solstice tensed up some more as she had a worried look on her face as well as Nysa and Orion. Though none of them said a word. Raja was just unsure why her parents and sister seemed to have been hiding her as there wasn't a way for her to look and see what was going on. Nysa glimpsed down at the filly for a quick second hoping the stallion didn't notice. Though Raja was confused even more so when she realized the others were tensed up and even worried more than usual.

"I do not know of what foal you are speaking of." Solstice said keeping her head up, but she didn't look at the stallion. Though she was well aware that wasn't going to fool him. She could tell he already knew of the filly even before he spoke once again. "I do not know of what foal you are speaking of," she repeated now more firm as she looked at the stallion. The change in his voice was unsettling, but Solstice wasn't going to reveal Raja to him. She wasn't going to put her at risk like that. Not like she had with Nysa when she was a filly, and Solstice never forgot about the golden scroll.

Eclipsetess smiled gently, and she neighed a little. The neigh was a happy, low, neigh. Eclipsetess was happy, and she would always be happy, especially with Namir. Minette smiled before helping with taking the webs off, or at least to try to take the webs off while the little one watches their father and big sister help their mother with getting free. The little foal then smiled and whinnied as their little tail swished and flicked behind him.

The stallion chuckled in a quiet manner, before having no smile on his face, one eyebrow raised and he had a straight expression on his face. He could wait, but he then walked towards Solstice: wings tightened before loosening them down a bit. He then lowered his one eyebrow, and raised the other as he turned his head in a curious manner.

"Do not fool me, I have an all seeing eyeball. A crystalized dragon eyeball. I see the past and now." The stallion breathed in some air as he puffed up his chest, he seemed like an arrogant stallion even though he doesn't act like one: he is confusing when he's doing one or more things at once.

Eclipsetess perked up when she heard "crystalized dragon eyeball" and that's when her stomach sunk in. She knew something about the crystalized dragon seeing eyeball, and it was pretty obvious on how powerful it is if Eclipsetess went pale and attention all on the stallion.

The stallion sniffed the air, taking only one inhale before looking at Solstice. Wind gently blowing, just a small breeze that was passing by. Then the stallion sighed before stepping closer, hoof after hoof. He was careful on where he was stepping, careful with the placing, and careful with Solstice's behaviour.

"I can tell when a family has a... youngster in the herd." The stallion admitted, he actually admitted something, well it is obvious when a horse or more has a young foal. It's just that the stallion is pressing into matters that he shouldn't be pressing into. He could very well anger Solstice, Orion, Nysa or all three by accident.

"It's pretty obvious isn't it?" He chuckled, a couple laughs as that same generous smile came back onto his face. He then backed up, slowly but ever so steady so that he can lower tension in the family group. Or at least try to lower the tension in the family, even if its a little bit or some.

Namir was happy to see Eclipsetess brighter then she was a moment ago, but he went to work with removing the webs as Minette helped. Though while doing so he continued to keep an eye on the stallion. It didn't sit right with him that he was so close to his sister and her family like he was. He wanted something from Solstice that he knew. Though Namir nuzzled Eclipsetess once they were done, "Be careful this time.." he whispered, "He clearly knew you were going to attack." he said unsure of what it was he wanted from his sister.

Solstice only pinned her ears and snorted slightly as he stepped closer to her almost like she was warning him. Though she only adjusted her wings some, "That's how you've been watching us..planning whatever it is you've been planning, I presume? At least someone had a plan, but it will fail." she said before she noticed her brother and Minette managed to get Eclipsetess free. Though what she noticed was Eclipsetess pale..that can't be good if Eclipsetess was pale. Was this " crystalized dragon eyeball" like the one Dra had before his defeat?

Though Solstice then just took a small deep breath as he stepped closer. Their hooves almost touching. Orion and Nysa knew that Solstice wasn't going to reveal Raja, but they both got a bit more worried and defensive as he got closer. Orion hated that they were almost touching each other with how close this stallion had got. Raja was barely even a week old, and there was no way Solstice was going to let him see her. Especially when she didn't know why he wanted to so badly. That was what feared her the most.

"I am not going to let you lay eyes on her as long as we are here." she said stomping her hoof some. Though this stallion was already pushing her limits, and she wasn't sure of what was going to happen next. Why was he so determined to see Raja? She knew he wasn't going to leave until he did see her, but no matter how long he was going to be there it didn't matter. Plus she knew the herd wouldn't like it too much if he were to do anything. Especially Namir and Eclipsetess. Well Orion and Nysa as well.

"I will, of course I will. But you know how I am with family, with the herd, and... enemies..." Eclipsetess nuzzled Namir before shaking her mane free of any webs that might have gotten into her hair, Eclipsetess also nuzzled Minette before looking at the others. Wondering what the stallion was even saying to Solstice.

"Fair point, but I won't be forgotten unlike the one that haunts you and your daughter." The stallion giggled, he was understanding her before revealing to her that he isn't going down unlike Dra and Asher did, he only got closer to Solstice so that he could say that only to her, but he also grabbed some of Solstice's hair before galloping a distance away from Solsice: quickly leaving so that she couldn't nip him back or try too.

But he did get a little too playful with Solstice, as he went from happy to a bit more evil to happy then straight faced to happy and understanding, so many emotions in one mood swing altogether. This is one stallion that won't let words get to him, unlike Dra and Asher, this is one that will most likely get even more stubborn to die if that came to be.

But the stallion left Solstice alone, and her family alone together. He left them alone, for now, but he knows that Raja will be sticking to Solstice even more since the stallion did try his best at trying to get through by conversation, even if he left Solstice alone before she did anything.

The stallion walked a ways away, still near the herd but just being a space away to let everyone settle down. Even if the stallion was looking at the grass and thinking, thinking before his face scrunched up in a little annoyance to show that he lost his patience but quickly left before showing his true emotions.

"I will see that young foal.. one way or another..." The stallion talked to himself, he turned his head to look at Solstice one more time before looking at the grass on the ground and sighing. He isn't gonna give up easily, that much was obvious, but he was gonna have longer patience than any other stallion as an enemy.

"Just wait until you see my surprises..." The stallion told himself one more time, before preening his feathers and using a bit of his magic for something but that answer was kept to himself for now, he isn't gonna act out for nothing in return. He'll wait, or just until the time was right really.

Namir only looked at her, "I know, but we have to be careful. No one can get in or out of this dome...we're sitting ducks and we can't get help from the outside." he said knowing this must have taken a lot of planning. Though he only looked at his sister again, "He's been with her almost this entire time..he wants something from her..but I don't like any of it. She doesn't need a repeat of anything else either.." he sighed before gently removing another web from her mane. Though he started thinking.

He started looking at the web-like dome that trapped them inside the meadow. "Maybe there is a way we could get out of here.." he said in a quieter tone, "If we could get you out of the webs...maybe the dome is just the same.." he said remaining in a quiet tone not wanting to get the stallions attention. Though he knew there could be a risk with that, "Probably best to not..don't know what he'll do if he caught us.." Namir said looking back at the stallion who was getting way too close to his sister.

Solstice only tensed up a bit more as he got even closer. Though she kept her head up, but her ears lowered some at his words. "He will never be forgotten. Not after all the suffering he caused." she said before pinning her ears, "And don't you speak of my daughter again." she said with a snort as Nysa looked at her nervously before looking at the stallion. Only for the stallion to grab hold of her mane before leaving quickly. He knew he was close to her losing her temper. Though Solstice felt relieved when he finally left.

Orion just nuzzled her making sure they continued to keep Raja hidden. Solstice only looked at him unsure of what to do, "All he wants is to see her...I don't know how long we can keep her hidden from him..she'll have to nurse at some point..a-and you know how she is.." she said looking down worried that he was going to do something if he sees the filly. "At least he's gone for now, and Namir and Minette got Eclipsetess free." she said trying to stay at least somewhat positive even with the situation they were all in.

Orion just sighed as he glanced at Nysa, "We'll figure it out, but for now maybe you should lay down. You haven't been getting a lot of sleep, and you can hide Raja under your wing. Nysa you can do the same with your wing. Better safe than sorry." he said as Solstice reluctantly nodded as she laid down spreading out her wings to keep Raja hidden. Orion gently nudged the filly as Nysa spread out her wings to help while Raja laid down. Once she had, Nysa had laid down as well keeping Raja hidden with her colorful wing. "That should do the trick at least for now.." Orion said looking over at the stallion before laying down with them.

"We can only hope.." Solstice said as she closed her eyes since she was still tired. Luckily Raja seemed tired out from the chase, so it didn't take long for the little filly to fall asleep herself. Although Solstice didn't want to rest, she knew she had to not knowing what was going to happen next. Though Orion kept an eye on the stallion before he looked around the herd seeing most of everyone still grouped up. At least Namir and Minette got Eclipsetess out of the webs. Though he sighed as he looked at Scorn before looking down.

"Right.." Eclipsetess said quietly, before shaking herself and flicking her tail a bit.

"Is this the way?" A mare mumbled to herself, before tripping on a root. "Been awhile since I've been back to the herd." The same mare mumbled, as she traversed the foliage ahead of her. Then the mare went down after making it out of the pathway, not remembering that it was so dense, but she doesn't mind the vegetation growth at all.

"And I'm here!" The mare got up, it was Nature. She traversed from her woodland home, to the pathway with vegetation, then making it into the open meadow. Though once she got up, she had seen most of the herd grouped up, but for what reason the herd was grouped up? That was her question, as rhetorical it was since Nature immediately noticed the atmosphere of the herd, she was aware of the dome since she had seen it from her home, and she looked from left to right and she had seen the stone statue of Scorn.

"Oh my... definately a major haul over.." Nature muttered, she trotted over to Scorn. The stallion almost took flight, but the stone magic got to him first, and now he's a memory of what his legacy once was.

Nature put her forehead gently on Scorn's broad chest, she had researched somewhat and she was able to reverse the effects on the stone magic. And that means the stone surrounding Scorn cracked, cracked, and cracked, until the stone broke away. And Scorn neighed, flapping his wings and calming down since he got down from almost taking off.

"What, who, ha?!" Scorn was confused, before noticing Nature standing there and trying to not giggle or laugh in front of him. And the stallion got embarrassed, tucking his wings to his sides before he dispelled his magic and he went back to being a normal, mud-colored, stud.

"You never stop being yourself, and I enjoy that." Nature told Scorn, then she sighed before getting close and raising an eyebrow at him. "Who's the new stallion?"

Scorn looked surprised both by Nature's curiosity and because she was close to his face, but Scorn shook the embarrassment, shock, and surprise from his face and got serious. "I don't know, but thanks for un-stoning me." He thanked Nature. "And being there when the herd needs it." He added in.

"Hm, never thought to this day that a random stallion would just take the herd." Nature spoke, then she looked at all her sides before looking back at Scorn.

"He didn't just take it-" Scorn interrupted himself to calm down, he was getting ahead of himself. But it was just because of the stallion. "The stallion planned to stone me. I'm not sure if he's the new lead stallion, but I don't like him." Scorn kept a growl from getting out of his throat, but he did let it vibrate in his throat a bit.

"Well, never fear! Nature's here!" Nature triumphtly, she was proud; in her own way. "Besides, I'm sure I can reverse effects on stoning magic. I did do it for you, Scorn, and that means I ain't letting the best lead stallion ever go down and lose a fight." Nature told Scorn, as she then glanced at the ground. "Though I'm just not sure how these stallions even got the stone magic in the first place."

Scorn nodded his head at Nature, he understood that she can't figure out how the stone magic appeared or how the stallions got their hooves on it in the first place. But Scorn has a hunch that maybe its about something, that he can't put his hoof on it. But he knows that its something, just something.

Though as for the stallion, he was still looking at a piece of grass, before lifting his head and looking towards where Nature was. He was surprised that a new mare entered the herd, even more so that she had a piece of amber with a piece of black string keeping the necklace altogether. Then he glanced at the horse she was talking to, he couldn't believe it: Scorn, the lead stallion he stoned... was standing and alive?! He thought that he stoned Scorn!

So, the only thing he did was get annoyed and start galloping towards the duo. Not paying mind to the other horses, though the stallion did perfectly, expertly, and gracefully jump over a mare that was passing across one group to another. It was an awe-spiring scene that the stallion had a jump that didn't knock him and the passing mare down together. Though the stallion was still annoyed, so the rest of the herd looked on in surprise and fear as the stallion ran past them; still running towards Nature and Scorn.

The stallion's objective was unclear, but he did get close to Scorn. Before Scorn glanced at the stallion that was running towards him, though Nature stood in front of stallion. As she stood next to Scorn's side, when he glanced at the stallion running towards him with an angry-looking face but could tell annoyance played. Then Nature was about to use her vine magic, but the stallion reared and unfurled his wings. The stallion's bird-like and tanned to a creamish color on both wings, and he had another set of wings: smaller, though opposite (dark) of the tanned color, and had a web-like piece sticking together to make it look draconic.

Eclipsetess had ran behind the stallion in silence, because she suddenly took the advantage of freezing the stallion in place, including Nature. But Eclipsetess unfroze Nature, as she couldn't keep a former goddess frozen for long, especially since Nature had Nysa as a disciple to teach. Though Eclipsetess apologized to Nature, and Nature apologized in return.

"Well, since he won't be frozen for long, what do we with him in the mean time? He'll get free on his own, but would he continue his- reign of whatever?" Eclipsetess asked, she looked at the stallion from the side, and then looking up and noticing his orange eye was glaring at Eclipsetess. Which that glare spooked Eclipsetess, since she wouldn't expect it at all.

"I don't have a thought on what I would do, Scorn?" Nature looked at Scorn, he was just death glaring at the now frozen stallion in place. Nature rolled her eyes and sighed, she could tell that Scorn was just glaring out of being defeated and that his herd was nervous and worried. But the herd doesn't have to be worried at all.

"I say Eclipsetess should teleport him back to his home, that way he takes another long time to get here. But we'll be expecting, since Nature is here." Scorn finally spoke up, but he sighed since his suggestion may not be as good as anyone else's. But it was good enough, since the herd would be protected greatly since Nature was there.

"Shouldn't Solstice get a rise out of him? Since he did get a rise out of her, its only fair she does it in return." Eclipsetess suggested, Scorn perked up and so did Nature. Then both horses looked at each other, then looked at Solstice with her wing over Raja, and Nysa doing the same, with Orion laying down as well. Scorn and Nature looked back at Eclipsetess and the frozen stallion.

"That's a lovely idea! Since when Solstice gets a rise out of the stallion, then you can teleport him home. But that would make him mad, and he'll be less planned on attacking us again, then we can take further advantage on that anger and defeat him." Nature spurred on with excitement, Scorn just rolled his eyes playfully at the excitement from Nature. Even sighing when Nature pranced in place eagerly too.

Orion sighed as he watched over the three while they slept before he glanced over at this strange stallion pinning his ears slightly. That was when he pulled out one of his books and started reading it word for word page for page. He needed to find anything that spoke of this stallion or even anything about all the magic he'd been using. Though Orion only sighed as he moved on from book to book before he looked up at the dome. He had found nothing in the books he had read. Although it angered him slightly, Orion just took a break when he noticed a mare from the corner of his eye.

Though it didn't take long for him to realize it was Nature. Orion watched her as she made her way over to Scorn watching as she ended up reversing the spell used on the stallion to turn him into a stone statue once again. Orion still remembered what it was like here and there. Like everything just went black for what seemed to be like a lifetime until Asher had been defeated the first time. Orion just shook his head slightly shaking away the thoughts before he continued observing silently from afar.

Namir had been watching as well, but he stayed where he was. Not only did he watch Nature, but he watched this unknown stallion as well. Sometimes he even looked over at his sister angered at how close he had gotten to her, but also because he wanted something from her. What it was he had no clue, but what he feared most was if it involved her necklace. Either way Namir watched Nature and Scorn speak before he soon noticed the mysterious stallion running over to the two once he had noticed what Nature had done.

Namir had gotten up on his hooves when he realized this stallion was heading straight for one of the herd mares before he had attempted to jump over the poor mare. Luckily they were both unharmed, well Namir was glad the mare was alright. Probably just a little more shaken up. Though Namir continued to stay back until he was needed, that is if he was. Well until he noticed Eclipsetess quietly galloping behind him and freezing him. Namir just shook his head before he glanced over noticing Moon with Apollo at her side before he walked over, "Are you doing alright?" he asked Moon as the two nuzzled each other in greeting.

Moon just remained where she was laying down in the grass. It was easy to tell she wasn't the same. "A little shaken up from whoever that stallion is..." she admitted, "But I'm doing the best I can. The question is how is everyone else including yourself? I can sense your angered." she said glancing at the now frozen stallion before glancing in Solstice's direction, "Don't deny it. I've known how protective you are of your sister since the day she was born, and I've known you since you were but a small colt." she said with a small smile.

Namir only sighed knowing he wasn't getting out of this one, "I just don't like how close he had gotten to her, and I know that stallion isn't here for us. That much is obvious." he said as he looked over at his sister before making Eclipsetess and the other two were still alright. After doing so he gazed at Moon once more a small chuckle escaping him, "Nothing can get past you.." he said letting out a second small laugh, "You and my mother were close so I don't doubt it." he said before noticing Orion getting up and making his way over to Eclipsetess and the others, "I best go..take it easy." he said before turning around.

Nysa had ended up waking up when she noticed Nature, Eclipsetess, and Scorn? Wait, what was going on? That was when she noticed the strange stallion frozen. Though her attention went to Raja as the filly was starting to wake. Nysa sighed as she carefully placed her horn on top of the fillies forehead and performed a small spell that would keep her asleep longer. Nysa only looked up at her father afterwards, "Just a small spell I learned. We don't need her waking up right now." she said before looking back at the others, "What's going on?" she asked remaining quiet since Solstice was still asleep. Nysa didn't want to end up waking her.

Orion only watched Nysa before watching the others, "I'll go find out..just stay put. Make sure Raja stays hidden." he said nuzzling Nysa before he got up and started making his way over to everyone overhearing the last of what they had said, "I'm afraid Solstice can't." he said shaking his head slightly before looking over at Namir as he had made his way over seeming a bit worried. "He's not after the herd, but he had been planning this for a long time now. He knew you were going to attack Scorn, and he knew you would do the same Eclipsetess. We all know Solstice would have done the same, but she did nothing because of Raja. That's why he didn't do anything to her at first." he said pausing for a moment as he looked in her direction.

Namir just listened to him, "She'd do whatever to protect Raja, but that still doesn't explain things. We have no clue who this stallion is. That and he has the power to turn horses into stone statues just like Asher." he said looking at them unsure of things, "He's able to let his guard down because he's been studying us for so long...how long that is we have no clue.." he said curious to know what the stallion really wanted, but it also worried him. Especially since he noticed how worried Orion seemed even sensing some anger in him as well.

Orion just sighed, "He wants to see Raja, but Solstice wouldn't reveal her. None of us would. That's why we've been keeping her hidden. Solstice and Nysa are using their wings to cover her up. I don't know how long we'll be able to keep her hidden, but Solstice can't do anything. We don't know what he'll do once he lays eyes on Raja.." he said sounding worried. Orion only hoped nothing would happen to the small helpless filly as well as Solstice. Though that's when he remembered about the golden scroll Everest had given them only a short time before, "Do you think this could be related to the scroll Everest gave us?" the stallion hesitantly asked.
