"Oh come on. At the least hit me or something, Care Bear?" Aub begged, sighing quietly. Besides, she had twenty names for him and he only had one- might as well play with her a little bit (gr8 boyfriend).

Kahlen
Kahlen glared and whacked his arm none too lightly. "There you go."

"You smack like a girl..." he muttered under his breath, rubbing his arm and side stepping slightly.

"Yeah, genius, I am one. Be glad I didn't shove you into incoming traffic."

Auberon
"Oh! Do it?" Somewhere along the lines he decided puppy eyes were a thing, therefore giving her them.

Kahlen 
Kahlen rolled her eyes and broke into a run. "Yeah yeah, we've got places to be."

Auberon
Auberon kept at a walk calling, "I'm too lazy! Sorry sweetheart."

Kahlen 
"Thought so," Kahlen called back, not breaking her sprint.

Auberon
"Pick me up when you get the car!" Auberon smiled, shaking his head. He put his hands in his pockets and trailed the ground as he walked.

Kahlen
Kahlen sprinted home and dashed through the front door. She had a quick conversation with Denver and her aunt, then grabbed the car keys and went back to the driveway, backing out and going to pick up Auberon.

Auberon
Aub found a relatively quiet street, walking down the sidewalk a bit before wandering into the street for old time's sake. Him a Charity would always run down the middle of a quiet street and played most of their games in the street- it made him feel less crazy when he could be somewhere that took him back in time.

Kahlen 
Kahlen drove through the neighborhood, relying on her mental map to find Auberon. 

Auberon
Auberon stopped in the middle of the road, looking at a piece of glass that was lying there. He wondered where it had come from, whether it be a crash or a glass bottle.

Kahlen
Kahlen turned onto the right street and was distracted by some other aura pulling at her attention- as such, she didn't realize how far she'd gone down the street until she hit something. "What the- OMIGOSH I JUST HIT MY BOYFRIEND!" She said I'm French, getting out of the car.

Auberon
The only things Auberon remembered was impact, more impact, and a couple seconds of darkness. He groaned, rolling over onto his back and blinking at the (overly) bright sky for a few seconds, before pushing himself onto his elbows and looking awkwardly at the car. He probably would have sworn out the driver, but then he saw that the driver was, in fact, Kahlen. Which made him burst out laughing. "I guess I deserved it, didn't I?" he choked out, laying back down and feeling his slightly bloodied head, all the while having a laughing fit.
