Outlaw 
She reached the other side, but studied the note first from a distance. She gave a slight chuckle. Smart. It was a decoy with strings attached to it. She spotted the real note, once sure the way was clear she motioned that Shane should get it. 

Shane
Shane nodded and grabbed the actual note. He doubted he was supposed to read it, but he glanced back to see if Rodger was looking, then peeked at the note. He closed it quickly after reading and looked over at Outlaw.

Outlaw 
“You lead back or me?” She questioned the boy. 

Shane
"Preferably you," Shane replied, narowly missing a fake bullet.

Outlaw 
She ducked the same bullet then started back, retracing their steps and pointing at the traps as a reminder, dodging bullets when they came.

Shane followed her, both of them making it back easily and safely. 
"Hmm... I didn't actually think you guys would work as a team," Rodger mumbled, turning off the system. "Well then, I will take the note, and now I want you two to talk with each other and see what made you guys work together as a team (#lifelessonsbytheoneandonlyRodger)." Rodger took the note and left, leaving the two of them.

Outlaw 
She stared after the man. More talking. Didn’t say anythin bout that on the paper either!

Shane
Shane watched Rodger, then looked at Outlaw, obviously waiting for her to talk.

Outlaw 
She went and retrieved her pistols, buckling the holsters to her belt. She then returned and shrugged slightly to signify she had no idea what to say. 

Shane
Shane sighed. "I dunno honestly..."

Outlaw 
“We worked together cause we had to?” She mumbled 

Shane
"I don't think that's good enough reason..." Shane muttered, almost unaudiably. "If you haven't noticed, teenagers nowadays don't work well together."

Outlaw 
“Well I can’t think of anything. On a side note, are you Auberon and Kahlen’s son?” She questioned. Just get it over with already. 

Shane
Shane furrowed his brow, completely confused. "Um... yeah..." how the heck does she know who my parents are?

Outlaw 
“Figured” she mumbled.
