Only The Strong Survive

Auberon
Auberon put down the taco and went out onto the deck, looking where Outlaw was looking. 

Charity
"Thank you, I will take that into consideration next time," Charity called back.

Outlaw 
“That your sister?” She questioned Auberon in a low tone. 

Auberon
Auberon examined the girl momentarily, nodding his head and frowning.

Outlaw 
“Want some privacy with her?” 

Auberon
"Definitely not..." Auberon mumbled, raising his eyebrows.

Outlaw 
“Ok” she mumbled then turned her attention back to the girl. “You need water, shelter, anything of the sorts?” She called to the kid. 

Charity
Charity wanted to refuse, but she couldn't deny she needed all those things and more. She sighed and got up, going to the entrance of the Fort and waiting patiently.

Outlaw 
She untied the ladder and lowered it, then stood to the side so Charity had room to climb up. 

Charity
Charity climbed up, offering Outlaw a small smile when she was up. She glanced over at Auberon, who was still looking out over the woods with his brow furrowed.

Outlaw 
Once Charity was up she pulled the ladder back up an secured it. “I got food, drinks, in there, and can pull out the cot for you to rest if you want” she said the girl, gesturing to the Fort. 

Charity
"Tha-thanks," Charity stammered, peeling her eyes away from Auberon forcefully.

Auberon
Auberon looked over at Charity and managed a small smile, looking back at the forest right after he did so.

Outlaw 
She went into the hut, pulling out the cot and setting it up along the far wall. She dropped a blanket and pillow onto it with a mumbled “there”

Charity
"Thanks," Charity mumbled. "Uh- what's your name?"

Outlaw 
“They call me Outlaw” she replied, watching for Charity’s reaction. 

Charity
"Oookay..." Charity muttered, making a small clucking noise with her mouth. "I can imagine then you know my brother from a gang."
