"We used to have a lot of rats in our stable. We had a lot of cats though, so it helped them stay away." Charity went over to the door, opening it slightly. "C'mon."

Outlaw
"Umm somewhere yah. I don't need it though" she answered absently, watching his mare as it tried to go greet Empire. "Nice mare. What's her name?" She questioned. Horses where much more interesting then stopping her from bleeding to death.

Ahanu
He followed Charity to the door. "Do you think they'll be okay with us bringing horses back?" 

Charity
"Yes, Ahanu," Charity sighed, giving him a weak, reassuring smile.

Ryan
 "Alri- Never mind. That's fine," Ryan responded offhandedly to her response to his question, more to himself than to her. He took a moment to comprehend what she'd asked before responding, having been distracted by his own words. "Uh- Rose. It's Rose. Not sure what her actual name was before, you know, this, but I've been calling her Rose."

"I hate medical attention, just so you know" she informed him matter of factly. "Cool name. Suits her" she replied, studying the mare again.

Ryan
 "Why? We're already all at a high risk of dying, why make that risk higher for yourself?," he questioned as he dismounted his horse, slightly baffled but not really shocked given who he was talking to.

Outlaw
"Cause I really have no cares whatsoever about if I die or not" she responded bluntly. He might as well learn that now if he was planning on sticking around like the others.

Ryan
 He met her with a concerned expression after ensuring his footing, his grip on Rose's reins going a bit slack. "You know... You know you can get help, right?," he asked after a small hesitation, tone quiet and noticeably rather concerned. "I mean, maybe not right now, as we're in the middle of the- Well, the zombie apocalypse, but... there's people out there that can help you, alright?"

Outlaw
She eyed him, pondering her answer and reflecting with surprise that he was concerned about someone he had just met.. who happened to have threatened to shoot him. "Well heck, now I gotta come up with an answer to that.. hmmm" she muttered, looking up at the sky as she tried to think of an answer.

Ryan
 Ryan shook himself off and sighed, shrugging listlessly as he turned and tied Rose to the pen the other horse was in.

Outlaw
She watched him, grateful she didn't have to the answer that now. "Ya want anything? I got drinks an food up there." She gestured at the hut in the trees to specify where "there" was.

Ahanu
“Okay. Just checking.” He trailed Charity into the hallway and glanced out the window, subconsciously scanning for zombies or other threats. It seemed quiet out there, but he knew that didn’t always mean the area was safe.

Jade
Jade exited the cabin and walked back over to the fire. She sat down and checked the food to make sure it wasn’t burning but still staying warm. The fire had died down a little, and she added some kindle to keep it going. “Has everything been okay out here?”

Ryan
 "Yeah, maybe some answers, but we all want that, don't we? And yet none of us have any," he replied bitterly, resting his elbows on one of the wooden rails and gazing out at the stallion just so he'd have somewhere to direct his eyes. You're acting like a child, his conscious chided him; he sighed, lowering his head a bit. "I- Sorry. I shouldn't be sitting here complaining. I should be stepping up and acting like the adult that I am, huh?," he asked rhetorically, turning to look back at Outlaw, giving her a small, weary smile.

Bryan
 He looked up when Jade sat back down next to him, capping the pen and dropping in onto the page so he could give her a dramatic thumbs-up. "Oh, yeah, totally. Not the zombie apocalypse or anything," he replied sarcastically, reopening the pen and resuming writing as he continued. "But in all seriousness, it's been surprisingly calm, which is a tad concerning."

"If you tell me what you want answers too I might have some ideas." She replied calmly. "Naw you're good. Go ahead and ramble if you want. Means I don't have to try to find conversation." She added with a slight shrug.
