"Fancy." She laid down on the bed again. "I guess it beats getting stuck in the ground forever after."

_{Ahanu
"I guess. But a frisbee made out of a dead person is kind of weird."} 

Charity
"Well, yeah. But I doubt it was used for anything... so I guess it's not the worst that could happen. People stuff their dogs and do things with that sometimes... that's creepy."

Ahanu
"Yeah, I guess that's true. I never understood why people stuffed their pets, it just creeped me out."

Charity
"Mhmm." Charity closed her eyes, though she wasn't asleep.

Ahanu
"Should I keep going? I'm not sure how many facts I can recall but I can try." 

Charity
"Whatever you want to talk about is fine with me," she mumbled, her voice softy and drowsy.

Ahanu
"Okay, um..." He thought for a moment. "Sometimes rats laugh when they're happy or when playing. They are less likely to carry diseases compared to cats and dogs. Rats have really good memory. They give into peer pressure and are social animals."

Charity
"They laugh? Is that the squeaking noise they make?" Charity opened her eyes and stared at the ceiling. I didn't know rats were that interesting.

OUTLAW
She walked to the corral and gestured. "in here Aub”

The horse... auberon... I guess
-insert name here- trotted over to the corral, going inside and standing randomly in the middle.

"Sometimes. Some rats kind of click their teeth together." Ahanu studied the floorboards as he tried to think of something else to say. "Rats are pretty cool. A lot of people think they're disgusting, though." 

Charity
"Well, if they're the kind that you would find on Lady and the Tramp, tryna kill babies then yeah. But they seem pretty harmless as pets."

Ahanu
I haven't seen that movie since Aylin and I were little. "I don't think rats would do that. But yeah, wild rats in general aren't as nice as domestic ones. They aren't used to people and can be carrying parasites." 

Charity
Charity nodded slowly, her mind somehow going off of that subject and jumping to something she'd prefer not to voice out loud. She sat there quietly.
