Trust Me RP

Cora
Cora huffed. "Well great... this wasn't my fault this time," Cora said quite loudly, flying her hands up in the sky and walking bavk into the building.

Outlaw 
She steered into a hardly used old gravel backroad that led strait to her neighbourhood. The grass had almost completely retook the gravel, but it was still driveable, and was a good way to get to her place without going directly through town. She reached the north side and pulled the truck into the old garage that went with her shack, climbed out after shutting it off, and closed the garage door and then went through the gate in the wooden fence surrounding her shack. She entered the house to see Sly sitting tensely on the old leather couch. “Seriously?! You have free roaming snakes in this house??!!!” He yelped at her, looking around scaredly. “Relax, they keep away other varmin” she grumbled, and went and changed into a clean pair of camp pants and shirt. She then grabbed her towel and went out in the yard to the washbasin she had in the sun, washing her face to get the blood off. “There’s also no running water” Sly commented from the doorway. “Ya don’t say” she replied sarcastically, drying her face.

Cora sat down stiffly on the couch, crossing her arms and glaring at the wall in front of her. Bad day.

Outlaw 
“Gotta go find someone. You can stay, go to your buddy’s, don’t bother me.” She told Sly. “I’ll go. But thanks” he said. They left the yard together then went separate ways, her to find Rayden him to go find a buddy to stay with. She kept her pistols ready just in case as she scoured the streets for the boy. One of the men she’d helped in this neighbourhood waved her over. “You ok?” He asked in concern. She had befriended most of the folks round here by helping them when they needed it and either then that staying to herself and minding her own business. “Yah. Gotta go find a kid.” She said. He nodded, and watched as she continued on her way. Eventually after an hour of looking she spotted him. She gave a low whistle then gave a quiet call of “Rayden” 

Rayden
Rayden turned around at the mention of his name. He spotted Outlaw and rolled his eyes. "Not you again..."

Outlaw 
“Yes, me again” she replied, propping herself against the wall. “Wanted to warn you bout somethin” she slowly drawled out. 

Rayden
"If the dude wants his corndog back, I already bit into it," Rayden said, biting into his corndog again.

Outlaw 
“I don’t give a flip bout your corn dog, they ain’t even good” she assured him. 

Rayden
"Watch your profanity woman," Rayden said. "Now what did you want? You're interrupting my corndog and I's personal time?"

Outlaw 
“I can cuss all I want, you catamount” she retorted. “Boy got injected with Hoboxine. Right outta it. The rest of the group are convinced you have the antidote. That’s all.” She said in short form, straightening up from the wall. 

Rayden
"Hmmm..." Rayden hummed thoughtfully. "Hmmm, hmmm... well I can go back to my home and see if I can make an antidote. I didn't know Hoboxine was still being produced though- I'll need a bit of it to see what could cure it."

Outlaw 
She pulled a small bottle of it from her pocket. “Enough?” She said, holding it out to Rayden. 

Rayden
Rayden took it with a nod. "Yes, thank you."

Outlaw 
“Yep. Enjoy your corn dog” she said with amusement then turned and headed back down the alley the way she’d come. 

Rayden
Rayden frowned, watching her go. He the  turned around and headed towards his "home".
