Greek Mythology Roleplay

Denver 
"I'm not going anywhere, not until you're out of here and better," Denver said quietly, taking her hand in his. 

Kahlen 
"I did not swallow a bug!" Kahlen said vehemently. "I'm fine."

Mason
 "You can, actually. Sort of," he replied, gesturing to the messenger bag that was still looped over his shoulder. "Before I left, I took a bunch of our cassettes, since, despite not having a home of my own anymore, I was more likely to keep track of them than Carden- Bruce Carden, rather... I reckon there's too many of 'em to just call him that." He shook his head. "Anyway, point is, I kept a lot of them, but unless we find a cassette player, there's no hope for you."

Auberon
"I didn't say you swallowed a bug. I said you look like you swallowed a bug. There's a difference."

Lilly
She nodded, a wave of gratitude crashing into her. "You can sit down if you want to." Lilly slid over carefully, gritting her teeth, so that there was more room on the cot. And this is why I hate being injured. It makes it difficult to do the simplest things.

Kaylee
Kaylee raised an eyebrow. "Sorry, have you met a hermes kid? I can get a cassette player by tomorrow evening." She definitely wasn't going to admit that she was genuinely excited about hearing the music, though.

Kahlen 
"Well I'm fine." Kahlen said. Kahlen why this is what happens when you say stuff like that

Denver 
Denver sat next to Lilly. We'll figure it out.

Auberon
"Yes, you said that. Care to explain the 'I-ate-a-fly' face?" 

Lilly
"I'm sorry I woke you up." Lilly tried to ignore the part of her mind yelling about the fact they were holding hands, which was relatively easy thanks to the rest of her mind screaming at the top of its lungs about, well, you've heard it enough times. She hurt. A lot. In fact, the small part freaking out over such a simple matter was completely drowned out. Lilly was, frankly, having a hard time thinking straightly, so when she found herself leaning against Denver her only thought was, Oh. combined with an Ow. because moving. She coughed a little bit, covering her mouth with the tissue. No blood this time, which was good, though the coughing really needed to stop.

Kahlen 
"No, not really." 

Denver 
"I'd rather you wake me up than deal with it by yourself," Denver said, only slightly registering that she was leaning against him.

Outlaw 
She dismounted and entered her cabin then promptly ducked and let loose with several punches when Bo came launching off a bunk next to the door in a failed attempt to tackle her. “I’m gonna kill you one of these days yet man, by not recognizing you when you do a stupid thing like that” she growled half irritably, half amused as she looked at him on the floor. “Trying to get you to sleep and get medical help is not stupid!” He argued. 

Auberon
He shrugged. "Alright, then."

Lilly
"I prefer it the other way around." Lilly looked up at his face with just her eyes. It was an interesting perspective. Even in the dim lighting she could make out the green of his eyes. It's such a nice color - WHAT am I thinking? 

Denver 
Denver smiled a little, glancing toward the tent door. Stay calm. 
Kahlen 
"Hold it- ugh. There's someone coming." 

Auberon
He looked up and stood. The person was running. Auberon went to meet them and they talked. When he was done he turned back to Kahlen. "They need me in the infirmary, and from what I gather, sooner rather than later. Are you coming? Don't think too hard, because I need to go."

Lilly
He must have sent for someone. Lilly kept herself from sighing. He was worried. She just hoped whoever it was hadn't been asleep. Another cough grabbed hold of her lungs and again there was blood on the tissue. Everything was spinning again, her body trying to do something about the pain. Lilly sat up a little and, the world spinning like crazy now, briefly kissed Denver. "Denver, I -" Whatever she was about to say was cut off, her body slumping limply against him as everything went black.

Kahlen 
"Go ahead." I'll check in later.

Denver 
Denver didn't even realize that Lilly had kissed him. He was more concerned about the fact that she literally just blacked out right there and that couldn't be good and if anything happened to her he'd be the one to blame because he couldn't think fast enough-

Auberon
He nodded and followed the medic at a sprint. It took a minute or so but he finally arrived at the infirmary. He thanked the medic - how they found him Auberon would never know - and entered the tent. He scanned around until he saw Denver and made his way over. 

Denver 
Denver glanced up and sighed with relief when he saw Auberon. "Thanks. Sorry for interrupting whatever you were doing."

Auberon
"It's fine. What do you need?" There were so many injured people in here it was like an overload on his senses unless he focused on someone specific.
