Auberon
"Oh. Fun." He thought a moment. "Has he done anything yet to raise concern?" Other than, you know, existing. 

Andro
He arrived at the entrance of a skyscraper. Unlike most of the others, this one had lights on inside. The automatic doors slid open and Andro stepped into the reception area. The lady behind the desk smiled. "How may I help you two?" Andro stepped up to the desk and dug in his pockets again, pulling out a green slip of paper. The lady took it, scanned what it said, and tucked it into a drawer. Andro waited patiently as she did so. Finally, the lady - her name was Andrea according to her name tag - handed over a ring of keys. "Thirteenth floor." Andro thanked her and walked to the elevator. "I guess we have the entire floor to ourselves. It comes with two bedrooms, a bathroom, two offices, and a lounge with a kitchenette." 

Kahlen 
Kahlen sat next to Auberon, hugging her knees. "Talking in people's heads isn't good at all. It means that Kronos is probably starting to build another army or something."

Eudora 
"Great. Why are we here?"

Auberon
"Yeah, that doesn't sound good. And you didn't answer the question on why Chiron wouldn't want to see you right now."

Andro
He raised a brow in her direction, pressing the button for the correct floor. "I was under the impression you knew. We're running operations from here. We'll each have our own office, so we'll probably handle separate things. I'll have to ask the boss once we arrive." The elevator dinged and Andro exited into a hallway. "There's my office, closest to the elevator. Then your office is that one, it has your name on the plaque on the door. And then my bedroom on the left, and yours on the right. You have the master room. The end of the hall is the bathroom." 

Mason
 "Isn't he trying to eat right now? Won't that help too?"

Jimmy
 Luckily, the letter appearing in Jimmy's lap did nothing to disturb his slumber, which was, surprisingly enough, plagued by a decent dream as opposed to a bad one. The same scene was repeating over and over in his mind; himself, Freddie, and Noah were hanging out together on a summer night not unlike the one that was currently taking place, talking and joking and simply enjoying each other's existence. It would've been bittersweet had he been conscious, but, since he wasn't, it was nothing short of pleasant.

Kahlen 
"Would you want to talk to someone who would like to throw dangerous objects in your direction?"

Eudora 
Eudora nodded. "Even better than what I wanted. Let them know we'll be ready to start in a few hours."

Auberon
"Fair point. However, I think this is important enough to overrule that small matter."

Andro
"Will do." Andro unhooked two keys from the ring and then handed Eudora the ring. "Your office and bedroom keys." He pocketed one key and used the other to unlock his office door. Slipping inside, he sat down at the chair at the desk and powered the computer on. He shot a message off to "the boss," informing him that they could start in the morning and asking for information regarding what they would be doing. With that done, he personalized his account - desktop background and password. Once that was completed, he turned the monitor off and headed toward his room.

Kaylee 
"Trying is the key word here." She grumbled, subconsciously smoothing her hair back down in a way she vaguely remembered her mother and sister doing, absently fussing over her while busy. "Anyways, I can sleep, but it does nothing unless Floyd is sleeping too. Me sleeping on my own- it's trying to draw nonexistent power."

Kahlen 
"That may be true." Kahlen sighed. Don't put this off just because you are afraid of your responsibility.
Eudora
Eudora took her keys and explored her space. It was nice and roomy, neatly decorated and fancier than anything she'd ever stayed in. Eudora sat on the bed, watching flames flicker along her fingertips as she thought over the process that was required to complete her task.

Outlaw 
She sat on the mare for a moment, wondering if she should ask Chiron if she could have her guns here. She tested the sharpness of her knife on her arm, leaving a deep cut. Well it was sharp enough apparently. 

Mason
 "Want me to go knock the kid out? He'll sleep then," he offered, only half-jokingly.

Auberon
"How about we stay here a little longer, relax a bit, and then go see Chiron? Today's been a bit busy." Auberon shifted so he was sitting more comfortably. 

Andro
He unlocked his bedroom door and slipped inside, closing the door behind him. It looked like a hotel room. A twin bed sat on one side of the room, white sheets pulled tight and neat and three or four pillows arranged at the headboard. A window with curtains dominated the far wall, and Andro walked to it and pulled them closed. The city lights were too bright, even at this early hour. There was a nightstand by the bed with a light jutting from the wall, its stem adjustable. On one wall was a generic painting, probably mass printed. There was a chair with a footrest and a TV opposite the bed. A little dresser was also the TV stand. Under the window was arranged an AC unit. Andro turned it on and set the thermostat to a temperature that was just a tad cool, and then peeled the blankets back on the bed and got comfortable. It took him a little bit, but he eventually fell asleep.

Lilly
Just go to sleep and it'll be fine in the morning. Lilly bit her lip in an attempt to alleviate the pain. She went to massage her ribs but as soon as she touched it, even as gently as she did, a shaft of pain went searing through her and it took all her focus not to cry out. The pain was intense, maybe the worst it had been so far. It was sourced near her heart, where the worst of the pain was, but also affected her ribs and, a new development, near where she was pretty sure her lungs were located. Lilly stopped biting her lip when it drew blood. It wasn't helping at all. She didn't want to wake Denver up, he had fallen asleep again and she knew it was hard for him to do so. But when tears involuntarily formed in her eyes from the agony, she went against her better judgement. "Denver?" If her quiet whisper didn't wake him, she would just deal with this on her own.

Kahlen 
Kahlen nodded. "No kidding." She laid back, able to see a huge sky of stars from here, and sighed. "Sometimes I really hate my job," she muttered. 

Denver 
Denver was instantly out of bed and next to Lilly's cot, backpack in one hand. "What do you need?" 

Auberon
He glanced down at her and then up at the sky. "I think you need a raise." 

Lilly
She turned away from the tent wall, wincing, and forced herself into a sitting position despite how much it hurt. Okay, who allowed the tears to leave my eyes? "I don't know. It hurts -" Lilly quickly swiped at her cheeks, hoping it had gone unnoticed. She hated how her voice sounded, weak and helpless. I should have dealt with it on my own. I shouldn't have woken him up. 

Kahlen 
"They can't pay me enough, to be honest," Kahlen said, a little smile threatening to break through."

Denver 
Oh crap this isn't great- "Okay, it's fine. We'll figure it out. Where does it hurt?"

"Yeah, but they aren't paying you anything right now and I think that's quite ridiculous. You're probably their best employee." 

Lilly
"Right here is the worst," she passed her hand in a circular motion over the left side of her chest, above her heart. "And then here as well," this time it was the right side. "And then just in general my entire chest hurts." Lilly let her hand fall. Just moving that caused more hurt. "I had some ambrosia already, and part of a water bottle." Each heartbeat ached, each inhale and exhale. It was misery, and Lilly despised it.
