"Okay. Thanks for talking with me," Jade said quietly, looking at her shoes. He didn't know everything about Joshua, and she wondered if she would ever get the chance to tell Alex about him. The memories had stirred up all the pain from his death, adding onto the grief she was feeling about Bobby's death.

Kahlen

Auberon
Auberon looked ovef Outlaw to see that Kahlen was gone. He sighed sadly and turned his thoughts back to what he was supposed to be doing. Denver probably needed his help, and now Outlaw was injured. He looked up and saw that the sky and forest around him was starting to reapear.

Eudora
Eudora stood up weakly and decided she would head back and try to explain herself. Maybe Bobby was alright, and maybe Jade would understand she didn't mean what she had said... she turned around and start heading in the direction of the camp.

She smiled, albeit a bit sadly, at Alex before turning and striding out of her tent. She heard what Kahlen said and nodded. "I agree. There's something coming and we need to go before it gets here!" Tod nudged her shoulder gently. "You okay?" I'm fine. He huffed, not satisfied, but didn't respond. Jade's hand drifted to her sword hilt like it always did whenever danger was imminent.

Eudora
Eudora stopped just outside the camp, in clear view, but scared to go into the camp. She knew they wouldn't trust her, and they plainly looked like they were about to leave. She looked for Jade and tried to make eye contact with her.

She rubbed Tod's nose before turning and running to Bobby's tent. She took a deep breath before entering and glanced around, searching for something... There! An empty flowerpot, leaning against the wall. She scooped it up and exited the tent, pulling it down. She wasn't sure what to do with it, and she couldn't beat to part with it, so she slipped it into her backpack. She hurried to Ethel and gently set the pot down beside her. Standing, she scanned around the camp. Her tent needed torn down. She was about to run over when movement caught her eye and she glanced over. Her eyes widened. Eudora! She instinctively took a step back, her hand fluttering to her sword, but she forced herself to relax. Jade nonchalantly walked over and slipped into the shadow of one of the few trees. She simply looked at Eudora, waiting for her to talk.

Eudora
Eudora stiffened, slihhgly concerned Jade might try to defend herself somehow. She stared at Jade for a moment not really knowing what to say. "What all did I do?" she asked feeling shame fill her soul.

Jade
She sighed and leaned against the tree. She didn't realize her hand was still on her sword hilt, just in case. "Bobby died." That's all Jade could get out. If she said more, she would start crying again. Jade had put up a barrier to keep the emotions from showing in her eyes. She felt them, yes, but nobody could see them. Jade scanned Eudora's eyes and saw the guilt there but didn't comment on it.

"Bobby..." she swallowed hard, trying to keep some kind of emotion from making her cry. She blinked a couple times and looked down. "Look, uh- when I said you weren't my friend..." she trailed off.
