Greek Mythology Roleplay

Kahlen 
Kahlen took the square from the satyr. It didn't look like much, but at this point she was past questioning things. It took too much energy she didn't have. She ate it. It tasted like.... caramel popcorn? She closed her eyes. 

Denver 
Denver turned around to see his sister on the ground. He crouched down next to her. "You okay?" He asked gently. She nodded, her eyes closed. "What did you do?" He said incredulously. "Well, I may or may not have threatened some strange evil Greek deity that was possessing Jade," she said tiredly. Denver whistled. "Seems like something you'd do." He sat next to her, Kahlen resting her head on his shoulder.

Alex
Alex nudged open the door to the infirmary with his shoulder, carying Jade through. "Aaaaaand you're back." The girl from before shook her head tiredly. "What's up now?" 
"Some evil greek spirit possessed her and our friend threatened it." Alex said conversationally, depositing Jade gently onto an empty bed, and sitting in the chair beside it.

Ariel  (I just had to, lol)
Ariel walked over. "Who?" She asked curiously. 

Jade
She woke with a start, her head pounding with a headache. At first, Jade didn't want to open her eyes, she was so tired, but the darkness felt constricting. She opened them. She was looking up at the ceiling of the infirmary inside the Big House. How did she end up here? "Alex?" she croaked, turning her head slowly. He was sitting in a chair next to the cot she was laying on. 

Alex
Alex smiled gently at her, speaking quietly as not to startle her. "Hey hun. You feeling alright?" He asked, leaning forwards a little in his chair, resting his elbows on his knees.

Jade
She groaned. "Kind of. I have a splitting head ache." She looked at Ariel and attempted to shrug, but found she couldn't. "And apparently I can't move very well," she muttered. Her voice was hoarse. "What happened? I don't remember anything after Kahlen came over when I was pinned down." Everything she said was spoken hoarsely, her voice barely louder than a whisper.

Ariel
"Kahlen? The dark brown haired, kinda scary one?" She asked, her eyes widening.

Jade
"Yeah," she said quietly. "But she's not that scary." She paused to get her breath. "Trust me, I know scary." She was exhausted, but every time her eyes started to close she jerked them open again. She couldn't believe the Voice could do something like that - make her scared of the dark. 

Ariel
"Hm. Have you had any ambrosia yet?" She asked. "If not, it'll help. But don't use too much or you'll explode."

Jade
"No, I haven't had any." She had a feeling Ariel wasn't joking when she mentioned exploding. She took a square and bit into it. The flavor wasn't like she had expected. She didn't know what exactly she was expecting, but definitely not her mom's specialty buffalo chicken chip dip. She could even taste the saltiness of a homemade tortilla chip. "Mmm," she hummed.

"We're..... not entirely sure." Alex admitted, "One second we're talking about strawberries and the next you're unconcious and possessed on the ground." He sighed tiredly, taking her hand in both of his and resting his forehead ontop of their entwined hands. "We were so worried."

Jade
She stared at him a moment. "Didn't... the Voice spoke to you guys." Snippets of memory came back to her. "Through me." She looked at her hand in his. "Did I hurt anyone?" she asked in a whisper. She could never live with herself if she had hurt anyone. She didn't care that some evil being was controlling her. It was her body, and she should be able to control it. 

Alex
Alex shook his head quickly, looking up. "No, Jade, of course you didn't hurt anyone." He said, in as reassuring of a tone as he could. "Everyone is okay."

Jade
She sighed with relief. "Good." The ambrosia must have been working, because she started to feel a bit better. Her headache faded, and she sat up in the bed. "I keep ruining your day," she said. "First I broke your leg, then I snapped at you during the video, then I fell out by the Big House, and now this." 

Alex
Alex shrugged. "Well, my day started off by me coming within inches of being viciously mauled by a goat-cat thing, so it could really only go down hill from there."
