Flying Free (Equine RP)

Faith

Faith nodded "okay let's try there", she started to fly toward the log. She didn't say anything for she was thinking of the humans, and of what they did. will they notice the food missing, she didn't know why it would matter if they did or not. But it bugged her a little, she hoped he would be there so that they could eat.

Quet:
Quet flew down to the ground, looking around for the foal. "It's Quet, your lead stallion. I'm here." he called out, keeping his voice even as he continued to search around.

Orfao
He let out a shaky sigh of relief. Brave, fierce Quet was coming to save him. To Orfao, it was as if a knight, a king, and a warrior were all wrapped up in one flutter-horse. "Okay," he called out. He wanted him to find him soon.

Charzi
She landed by the log. Quet wasn't there. "We can wait. He's probably busy." She smiled at Faith, her stomach growling.

Quet:
Quet finally found the little colt. "What were you doing that caused you to fall? I can't have my flutter-horses getting themselves hurt. Not with enough dangers already." he droned, pressing Orfao to answer. "Well?"

Faith

Faith landed on the log, "yea I guess we can" she had been hoping he was here so that they could eat. "what do you want to do until he gets here", she was thinking perhaps some sort of game as they waited. There was no telling when he would get there, so they might as well have some fun while they waited.

Orfao
He looked down, embarrassed. Heat rose on his cheeks, and he felt like a bad flutter-foal. "I was playing," he mumbled. "Sorry." He was genuinely sorry, and worried Quet would be mad. Somebody had told him a rumor that Quet could get really mad. Orfao wasn't sure if they were just trying to scare him, but... He was still worried.

Charzi
"I don't know what we could do." She gazed around. "Want to kick this around?" she poked the small stick snub that had cracked off.

Quet:
Quet sighed, glancing disappointingly down at the foal. "At least you're okay." he murmured, hovering slightly above the ground.
"Come on, let's go back to the main camp area." he told Orfao, flying forward.

Orfao
His blush grew in intensity at Quet's disappointment. When Quet started to fly, Orfao was hesitant to say anything. "Excuse me," he finally squeaked. "I can't fly yet." He looked down at the leaf he was standing on and shuffled his hooves, his tail flicking nervously. Was he supposed to be flying already? His stomach tossed.

Faith

Faith looked down at the stick, "okay why not". he went to one side of the log, then turned so that she was facing Chariz. "Who ever gets the stick past their opponent gets a point", instead of them just kicking it she was making it into a game. "Sound good to you", she spread her legs out slightly getting ready for the stick to come flying.

Quet:
Quet landed. Of course he can't. With my luck, why should he? Quet thought sarcastically.
"Okay. We'll walk then." he decided, looking back at Orfao.

Orfao
"Okay." He followed, a bit nervously. He had expected him to be more mad. "Mr. Quet?" he asked tentatively. "When am I supposed to fly?" It had been a topic he had been thinking about a lot recently, wondering when he should just jump off a branch and rely on his wings.

Charzi
A gleam of competitiveness appeared in her eye. "You're on!" She kicked it hard at Faith, expecting her to block it. This would be a fun way to spend the time.

Quet:
Quet smiled slightly at being called 'Mr. Quet'. He peered sideways at the foal. "Good question. Have you tried just flapping while standing yet? That might help you decide when you're strong enough."

Faith

Faith smiled as the stick came flying toward her, she waited up it got closer before kicking it back. She felt just the tip of the stick that she hit, if it had been more on the left she would have missed it. She lowered her head slighted moving from one hoof to the next, waiting for it to come back "is that all you got" she grinned.

Archer

Archer opened his eyes, he stood up stretching. He hadn't slept that long which he was fine with, he looked out of the tree he didn't see anyone around. He lifted off hovering in one spot as he looked around some more, he yawned and began to fly looking for something to drink.

Charzi
She grinned back. "Nope." She stopped the ball and began moving forward, passing the ball from one hoof to the other. She gained ground toward Faith. She was close, to the side, and getting ready to kick it in... She kicked it.

Orfao
"I try sometimes. I can feel it starts to working, but I don't go up." He glanced back at his wings lying along his back. They looked nice and strong. But he knew it was deceiving. He plodded along with Quet.

Quet:
"That's why you keep flapping to strengthen them. You'll fly one day, just wait." he replied, twitching an ear. It's going to take a long time to walk.
