PRIVATE RP between Laney and Raptorfang

Two knights:

"ahh yes sir" she said cowering.

Burden

Burden knew he couldnt stop.. so he pressed on... dragging the dead waited bosdy through the woods as dawn rested upon the two horses.

Cerberus:

"Answer me, knights." Cerberus growled, eyes ablaze and voice low.


Atrev:

-2 hours of Burden dragging him later-

Atrev thrashed. "Jaw... broken." he muttered, eyes still closed. "Need... water. And food."

Burden

Burden realized what he had gotten himself into. " that broken jaw aint gonna help you with no bloody eating right now... we need to get to the north kingdom. We are just a mile outside of it. if you can walk lets go" He said as he was very tired of dragging him around...

Two nights:

" the horned one and the knight found a way to unlock themselves from everything. it was during the 1 minute switch"

Atrev:
Atrev climbed slowly to his feet. "Yes... yes of course. No eating." he said, dazed. "Okay. Let's assess my condition. Fractured jaw, glass jabbed into my left front forelock, deep cuts... why does my rump sting?"

(he gets a brand like Burden, but Burden has to tell him what it is, okay?)


Cerberus:

Cerberus narrowed his eyes. "Useless guards. Put the mare in the room. Lock the door and window. Then, come back out and face me."

Burden shook his head once more" no we have no time we must get back to the king" he said as he began to pick up a trot through the wooded area.

The Two nights" yes sir"

Atrev:

"Hey! Slow down! My foot has been impaled, in case you didn't hear." he snapped, slowly limping forward. "Wait... where are my other two spies? Did Cerberus kill them, too? God, I'm such a dimwit. What kind of troop leader leaves his followers behind?"


Cerberus:

"Good. As soon as possible, please."

Burden

Burden shook his head" they were killed... get over yourself it happens" he said pressing the stud to press forward " strong knights push through and fight through any amount of pain for there kingdom" He stated as he began to slow his pace to a walk as he did so.


The Two Knights


" he said please?? do you think he will kill us?" one of the knights whispered to the other. They locked the mare in the room and then walked back to were the king was.

Atrevido:

Atrev stopped in his tracks. "You're kidding me, right? What if one of them had been my friend? My sister? Look, dude, I don't have many people left. I thought you could be my friend, but now I'm not so sure." he said with disbelief.


Cerberus:

"You returned. Thought you would jump out the window or something. Anyway, you failed me. Very much so. What do you two think would be a good punishment?"

Burden

" I'm sorry to be so harsh about these things because it is truly devastating to loose a knight. But we have to keep moving. The south has probably sent out search parties by now... if we dont get across that border we are doomed." he said, e hated to be so strict and so blunt but he knew they had to get back in time before they could have a full blown conversation with anyone.

Two nights:

" whatever you wish, my king" they both said in a very scared tone.

Atrev:

Atrev just trudged forward. "I guess."


Cerberus:

"Answer me." Cerberus growled, staring at the guards.

Burden

Burden noded as he could see the gates to the south kingdom" were almost there!" he said with relief as they neared the gates.

The two knights

" ummm... make us keep up on cleaning castle and court yard for a month" they said quickly as they knew there sentience would be death.

Atevido:

"Yeah, yeah, okay. I know the head knight. No need to rush in. He'll freak out." Atrev huffed, limping badly now.


Cerberus:

"A month? That's a bit short, don't you think? A bit short for everything, not just maintenance. You know, too short for my time as king, too short for prisoners' time in the dungeon, to short for dying." he snarled. "Extended deaths are great punishments for inadequate guards, don't you think?"

Burden

" if he knows me he wont fret" Burden rushed as they stopped at the gates.

Knights

" please sir no" they both said pleading to the stallion.

Atrev:

"He won't if I didn't know you before I was captured. He's younger than me. The only way either of us could know you is if... have you somehow changed in appearance and name? You don't look so old, so I at least would have known you."


Cerberus:

"I'm tired of you not answering my questions. I'm not meant to be feared; I'm meant to be respected to the full expense. That means stop cowering and answer my questions. The problem with most horses is that they fear me, and... well... you'll find out." he growled menacingly.
"Any last words, useless traitors?"

Burden

"I'm not very old... no one knows how long i have... because well nothing has been born that looks lke me, my appearance is young" he said as he walked up to the guards who looked as if they looked as if they couldnt believe there eyes.

knights:

"No Please my king, we are you best forces" They pleaded
