Other than what Raptorfang said about the legs, and the neck being to thin, the head is slightly to small I think. nd not really correctly shaped. The jaw "line" I usually draw coming up past the neck, to shjow separation of the head and neck, because you usually see that on a real horse. And where you going for a roman face? If not, there should be a bit more of a slope after the eyes.
