Your worst profit?

What is the worst your profit has ever been? When I say worst, I mean in the negatives type worst :'D

Mine is currently looking like this:

Expenditure: $2,062,390 | Income: $1,438,788 | Profit: $-623,602

rip to me. i have an art addiction and i'm not afraid to say it. I will say I have brought myself back up quite a bit as my profit was around $-1,500,000 earlier in the month lol

when the recode came was released I had ended up with a few negative million lolol
I was busy buying horses, tack, arenas, and a bunch of other game crap with art on top of it x3
Thankfully it didn't last long.

I've never been up in the million evd scale, but I've had like -90k profit!!

Uhhhmmm this month...
spent quite a bit starting a new line of 64 Trakes, then buying a gazillion credits to color swap most of them...

i cant remember but i think i was negative a few hundred k in profit, maybe a few million? when we first opened the recode i spent a ton of money.

But how do you even make that much money in the first place... I have about 2 mill but wow lol

^^ playing the game strategically, selling art, and not buying anything other than what you actually need.
Budgeting does wonders lol

*cries* I've only ever hit 1 mill twice in the four years I've played this game because I AM TERRIBLE WHEN IT COMES TO SPEND MONEY

Well not all of our artists- and when we do try nothing sells. It's kind of odd because i'm not AWFUL. But I know EV has always been that way.

I'm fairly good at budgeting and such when it comes to playing the game though- and I don't really buy anything besides what I need.

You're right, not everyone's an artist and it's kind of sad that art can be the easiest way for artists to make money on here as that puts non artists at a disadvantage. Thankfully there's being a bit of a shift in people playing the game more and focusing on art less than pre-recode.

You asked how we made that much money, that's more or less how potato and I made ours. Everyone does it differently, there's a player in here with several million who's made it purely with their ev horses, it took a crap ton of time and effort on their part o.o

My worst was probably a 1.5 million loss. I'd bought arenas.

I made most of my EVD with games and item sales on old EV, now I just mostly collect interest. I only really bought horses from the RC, and never sold any horses. I contested only occasionally, I do more contesting now. I'm an artist on other sites, but never got into it here, so none of my EVD was made with art, if that gives you some hope to make your own fortunes without it.

Mine wasn't so bad until I started getting into buying art and characters xD I think the worst it's been though is still a small amount compared to you guys. It was like -$160k or something a little while ago. -$150k? I can't remember. I'm at about $60k back in the positive right now though. I've started limiting myself as to how much I can spend on art LOL it's my biggest expense

@Vedette I've got 12 mill and I'm not an artist. I do have to say that this October I will have played EV for 5 years, so it's not like I made that much overnight. But yeah, it's possible to play the game and make millions.

Collecting interest, wishing for money daily from the fountain, and selling excessive treats and items that I don't need but get anyways from the riding center is very helpful.

I also hardly ever enter horses in shows anymore because that sucks out so much money that I hardly see anything back from.

This November will be 8 years for me. I made some of my money by art but I haven't been making any in the last year or so. I made quite a bit of money when I get halfway through lines of horses and decide to sell them all off...
