Welsh Pony Breeders

Hey y'all! I was just curious who's in the business of breeding Welshies rn because we don't have a club and I'm just interested to see who I should be keeping an eye out to see potential sales from!

meee! i do driving welshies though, only got into them recently and i'm still on foundations, but i'll start breeding my first 2nd-gens in a few weeks!

I breed Showjumping Welshies! I have two groups: my lined/mixed lineage group that I'm finishing breeding, as well as a larger foundation herd I'm also finishing. I just had some for sale but I will be having more in the next few weeks. :)

I originally started in this game with lined dressage and show jumping Welshies, but for over a year now I focus on foundation projects.

At the moment my biggest active herd are racing Welshies (need to put the 2nd foals of my 2nd breeding group up for sale and the 3rd group is going towards their last breeding), but I need to pick up my show jumpers again, which are on the 3rd/4th gen.
On my spare I got groups of driving Welshies started and for ages I've been wanting to start a dressage herd.

Sadly there isn't an active Welsh pony club anymore. Anyone willing/able to run it? I'd definitely sponsor it to get one going, but I know myself too well that I'd be horrible running it + not being a native English speaker I'd struggle too much with news letters/running competitions and such

Ahhhhh, I'm hearing I need to get into driving welshies XDD I personally breed every discipline EXCEPT for racing and driving ... whoops. Thanks for your responses guys!! I'll be sure to keep an eye out for your names. 

I feel like the Welsh Ponies community shrank a LOT over the past couple years. If a new club started, I would be so happy to support! But I also understand that if there isn't a lot of us, that could make it harder to sustain a club *shrugs*

Show jumpers and dressage are still around as well though. And yeah, just a handfull of players, but that's the case for a lot of breeds I'm afraid.

Will someone volunteer to run the club?

I do indeed!! I just got rid of my racing horses, but that's okay, maybe that will be a project for down the road :3

Idk if non-deluxe members can run clubs at all, but if they can, I'd be down to volunteer!

I am going to have a side project for Welsh. Jumping and Dressage. I already have a herd but need to decide pairs. I will have line bred and clean lines.

I have some show jumping Welshies.  Breeding for low NSS (I have one really good stallion in storage) and flaxen and silver genetics.

Well seems like there's still a couple of us around ^_^

@Star, I looked it up on the help page (as I never had a club before), but only need to be a deluxe to start a club (which I am) and then any player can be appointed an admin.

Sooooo.... do we feel like we need a club again? If so Star and I can put our heads together for it, and other help is welcome as well of course

i'd absolutely support a club if you guys start one!

I went ahead and donated my own monies to open up 10 more member slots plus the horse registration feature.
If any of y'all join and wanna donate to get more features (more member slots, polls, contests, item vault, etc) that'll be fine otherwise it'll eventually get there.

I put Welsh Pony and any discipline to be able to register, any points/stats/etc are allowed. 
With that also said, I'll need an admin or two. x_x

As Starry Skies and me were already discussing, think they'd be a great 1 admin, but I'd be okay on joining in, mostly for sponsorring purposes though xD
