do you have permission from the artist to use these lines? the rules say to ask first before selling for game currency but the artist doesn't seem to have any activity for the last 14 years. just wondering if you managed to get permission from them on another site. c:

Gonna add a lil bit here.. Nala, your recolours are great! But I do feel the price may be a bit high for someone else’s lineart. I’d pay no more than 25k-35k for free lines(I personally don’t even buy recolours on free lines) I just wanted to let you know my thoughts. Again, you have great recolours! It might be appropriate to adjust the price c: but that’s just me! Lol

it happens, no worries! even if they are free you must make note of and respect the artist's wishes, some free lines are not allowed to used for profit at all while others can be freely used to earn both game currency and irl money.
different artists have different rules, and may even have different rules for their individual pieces of art. it can be confusing to keep track of but when in doubt, it's best to either ask the artist or simply find another set of lines if you cannot contact them.

Also, iiiii have free lines lol no tag lines but large art. If you choose to use them just follow the rules on there(oh wait I forgot I had free tag bases on there lol)

Also, what are bases? And what do you do with the

bases come with a color layer and can be lined or lineless art, with or without shading. either way they're basically "ready to use" and can be colored in immediately after download.
your art program will need to be able to open PSD files (image files that can store many individual layers together instead of compressing them all into one layer like PNG and JPEG) in order for you to use them. some artists offer PNG versions of their bases to people who can't use them.
you will also need to read any rules about modifying the other non-color layers (e.g. the lines or shading layers, or adding decorations to the artwork) as artists have their own preferences about how much you can modify their work.
