Working With Horses (Lizzy)

As the title says, I GOT A JOB! WOOOOOO! Well, its actually only for today and tomorrow (Saturday and Sunday) on this Curwood Festival. I got paid 40 bucks for helping Chip with the horses, as well as getting an additional 8 bucks for taking the money a woman gave me so that her child could ride Mabeline as Maverick was busy with another kid riding him - I might have to bring up the eight bucks with Chip tomorrow, if he ever remembers that.

Anyways, so yeah. Well, first my mother and me got to ride Maverick and Mabeline. Mother got Maverick, a tall pony sized bay and possibly tobiano stallion. And I rode Mabeline, the smaller black and possibly tobiano mare. Well we didn't have Pepper or Shadow, but Maverick was a good stallion. Then we had Flower the small black shetland pony, like real pony sized as well.

It was fun riding the horses and then helping Chip with the horses, my mother even got to lead Flower in four laps around the area that we lead Mabeline and Maverick around in. This time with no barriers at all, as we were next to the old house that gets showcased a lot so a LOT of space for the three ponies.

I even got to lead Flower around the area as well, for exercise and that the shetland shouldn't for too long with the lead being tied to the branch and all. The horses were originally tied to the trailer but we moved over to the tree so that the kids could pet the horses and pick out which one they wanted to ride. Flower didn't have her saddle and saddle pad, so she wouldn't be able to be rode but she came along anyways.

I also showed to the parents and kids that you could feed the horses leaves, just not a lot if they got full or didn't have to eat if they didn't want to. One kid fed Izzy or Izzie(?) a lot of leaves, as goats would eat anything, but Izzie was a silly boy with the three bunnies as well. Such a silly boy that he kept looking and watching me; so I always said "what you want?" or "whatcha looking at?" with that face that was questioning. Such a silly goat really.

Thank you @Star Stable Ranch! That means a lot to me with the support, but unfortunately they had a double blow out on the trailer's tires today- just as they were coming to the festival to set up and all that. So I can't do work no more, it's sad but I didn't cry at all in the moment. I know I have support, but it was alright since they'll be back in July for Flint's July festival.

Chip also gave me his mother's phone number and name, so just in case I want to go and call to say who I am; Chip will answer it since there's thousands of voicemails and messages, but it'll be alright.

I also got to spend a 20 dollar bill on a purse with the iconic scream mask but it was colored black since the purse was white, I got four bracelets for two of my friends one has "best friend" and the other with a cool rock that's sealed in one of those cases when you want to keep it fresh forever.

I also got mom a bracelet with a LOT of orange beads, it was cute so I bought it for her. I also got a bracelets with a lot of golden colored beads with a few red polished fake gems; I think that it symbolizes wealth royalty, since its gold and red after all.

But yeah, today it was up and down but it had some good in it. And I enjoyed the day for what it had in store, but I'll call the phone number tomorrow - as my mother and me agreed on it - and see if I can still get a job of some sort. It would be fun to do and plus I already got experience with the pony ride ride so I just need a little bit of guidance and I'll be good to help in anyway that I can.
