Gabe shook his head and chuckled " id believe it" He said as he stood and motioned for her to follow him down the latter. He climbed down slowly and scooted past others in the barn out to his drowsy horse

Brook

Brook smiled as she was led to Firefox. She stroked him as he sniffed her smelling beatrice's sent he grumbled and whinnied out into the near distance." He looks so tierd..why?" She said as she pet him on the head.

Gabe
Gabe studied his horse carefully " i dont know. Did Dr. Klein give him any medication?" Gabe's eyebrows stop up as Fox nickered lowly at them and lifted his heavy eye lids slowly to peer at them.

Brook

"I'm not sure that she did.. He may be depressed" she said as she looked at the poor stallions face. He looked down in the dumps as he searched around for Beatrice.

Gabe
Gabe nodded slowly and grabbed his horses face gently. Gabe lifted Fox's bottom eye lid down to check for discoloration. His eyes were a normal color so he let go and checked his mouth for any over grown teeth that may be making it hard for hm to eat or may be causing pain. Gabe sighed, nothing.

Brook

"If he's not in any pain it must be something on the inside with his feelings...he looks sick and sleeps all the time. Those are symptoms of depression" she said looking at the horse.

Gabe
Gabe nodded " yeah.. i just wanted to make sure" he said. His eyes burned as his horse grunted and squinted his closed eyes. A stream of water leaked from his big eye onto his face. Gabe sighed and rapped his arms around his horses neck. gabe used to have many horses and his most favorite, before Foxfire, had died of depression and stopped eating because Gabes father had died. The horse had missed the man so much it starved and wouldnt move from its stall until it finally collapsed.

Brook

" you know what he's depressed about.." She said as she looked at the horse's watery eyes. "Poor guy" she said as she watched the horse mope around sluggish as he moved almost so if he were in a funk.

Gabe
Gabe sgrugged " i wish he could tell me.." Gabe burried his face in his horses coat and breathed heavily. He leaded on his chest and listened to the steady beat of his heart. Gabe smiled sadly as his eyes burned with fear and sadness.

Brook

" I have an idea.." She said as she sped out of the door of the stall. She clipped a halter on Beatrice as she moved her into the stall next to him. Beatrice gave a low nicker at him as she nuzzled him in the nose.

Gabe
Firefox opened his eyes and nickered to her. His eyes were glassy as he looked at her and groomed her as best he could threw the stall. Gabe smiled " i hope this works" Gabe sighed as he watched the horses tend to each other. Foxfire stamped his hooves at Beatrice and nipped her playfully.

Brook

Brook smiled as the two horses perked each other up and spoke to each other. Beatrice through her head as she snorted. Winnying to him and licking him through the bars. She pawed as she stuck as much of her face as she could through the bars.

Gabe
Gabe smiled as he watched them talk. Foxfire let out a low whinny and stomped again before turning around and giving her a sniff. He purked up his ears and lifted his top lip and flapped it around at her. Foxfire snorted and tickled her rump.

Brook

Brook smiled as the two seemed happy "he already looks better" she said as she looked to them Beatrice snickered as she turned and gave him love bites. She closed her eyes as she flared her nostrils and snorted pushing her body sideways against the wall of the stall. Pushing at it.

Gabe
Gabe chuckled " look at her! she's in love" he said as he watched Beatrice lean on the stall. foxfire whinnied loudly to her and snorted to her. He wiggled his muzzle and lowered his head to her as he pushed on the wall. " do you think she's pregnant?" Gabe whispered as he grinned at them.
